this studio and its host Frances are exceptional. Comfort was found not only in the studio but in the fresh bread!

The setting of the interior was beautiful, calm and a comfortable space with all the essential amenities. We also appreciated the level of cleanness and privacy given, as well as the tranquil grounds the property sits on.

We loved our stay at the Meadowbrook Studio, it was comfortable, warm and cozy and it was absolutely perfect for our stay. Frances was so lovely and she had left beautiful homemade brown bread, cereals, orange juice, and treats for us. Thank you so much Frances

Location amazing - nice and quiet! Perfect place for rest and charge batteries. Clean and comfy - really comfortable bed. the selection of tea, coffee, snacks - exceeded all expectations (breakfast - WOW!!!).

The apartment was just perfect - clean, comfy and warm with a nice modern finish. It was prepared better than a 4 star hotel standard. The owners are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Francis has made us delicious scones that we had for breakfast. Oh, and the homemade brown bread... Yum! Place is in a nice quiet location and close by to local towns.

I was overwhelmed by the little touches. Things that made to stay so lovely. Francis was lovely to speak to and she even gave us some fresh scones which was very kind. It is well located and beautifully kept I would recommend this to anybody.

The fridge was full of delicious breakfast food. The studio was cosy and beautifully decorated. The hosts were extremely welcoming. The shower pressure was very good. The kitchenette had everything I needed - microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge. The outside seating area was gorgeous. It was the perfect stay.

I would change nothing! It was a gorgeous studio, with a beautiful outside seating area, lovely surrounds, very quiet. Nothing to be changed!

For us, it was a good location - slightly out of town but a very short drive in. Frances and her husband, John, were great hosts. It's similar to a little granny flat at the back of their house, totally independent with one self-contained room with kitchen equipment in the corner, and a lovely bathroom. Must add that the shower is one of the best I've come across away from home, though a little on the noisy side. Towels were changed every day of our three-night stay. Breakfast was included and stocks were replenished fully every day with fruit and bread too. There's access to fridge, kettle, toaster, and microwave. We were able to store two bikes in the shed. Have absolutely no complaints and no hesitation in recommending.
