It has all you need, the beach is public but directly in front of the apartment. View is awesome. We also got our luggage delayed by the airline and owner was extremely helpful to assist when it was delivered next evening.

It's a bit difficult to find.. from main road go south towards the beach, in the small road located west from marked location. After a few meters you find an entry gate on left side. Drive through, shortly before a security warden office on left go to the parking at the right side

The photos posted by the property on Booking.com don`t really do justice to the property as it is far nicer than the photos depict. The attention to detail upon arrival was exceptional versus other self-catering properties that we stayed at (we visited Mauritius for two weeks). Upon arrival there was bottled water and milk in the refrigerator, a fresh loaf of bread in the kitchen, a bowl of fruit on the counter as well as tea, coffee, sugar salt etc (all complementary). The property is fully serviced (there is a friendly housekeeper that comes in daily to clean the villa - none of the other properties we stayed in offered this service). The kitchen is large and well appointed with all the necessary utensils. Only the main bedroom has a bathroom on suite but the bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds and clean linen. The patio, a couple of metres from the water, is partially covered and has comfortable patio furniture. We spent a lot of time on the patio soaking up the beauty of the ocean. The sea in front of the property is not really an idyllic swimming beach but you can swim safely in front of the property. The property has a canoe / kayak that residents can use and it was great fun paddling in the calm ocean. This property was good value in relation to others.

It is difficult to fault this property but bear in mind that the beach if front of this property is public (all beaches in Mauritius are open to the public) and as such there were a couple of tourists and locals walking past the property (and a dog on the odd occasion).

Location in the beach. Although it was winter and the weather was not ideal, we really enjoyed it.

We struggled to get in the first day and pick the keys.

Everything. The lovely gesture of a loaf of bread, butter, milk and fresh fruit when I arrived. The villa was cozy and exactly as advertised. Lovely Adeline who assisted with my checkin was super friendly and nice.
