If you stay at this property, you will never want to leave. Clean, comfortable and perfect for a kidless vacation! The grounds are immaculate and make you feel like you’re in a heavenly oasis. My title says it all. It was great for small family of 3. The pool was the reason we stayed there and we thoroughly enjoyed it during the excessive heat. Owners quick to respond to messages.

Beautiful property with AMAZING garden, yard, and pool! We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this property which is full of positive energy and thoughtful attention to detail. The accommodation is well-appointed and has stunning views of the expansive gardens, patios, and pool. Really one couldn't ask for a more peaceful oasis, especially so close to the top restaurants and bars in Midtown Reno.

This property is a total gem. We were in Reno for a club volleyball tournament for my teenage daughter, which is always busy and exhausting and I just wanted to be away from the smoky casino scene. I found this property online and it far exceeded my expectations. My daughter's teammates and families were extremely envious to see the pictures of our home away from home! The cottage is right in the owners' backyard, which is clear from the listing, and Luisa is just as others have said -- she cheerfully greeted us upon arrival (after sending an email that laid out the check-in process and property expectations AND quickly answering additional questions I had about the area). Afterward she left us to our complete privacy, although when we had a couple of hiccups, such as a dead battery in the fireplace thermostat, she responded instantly and took care of the issue as soon as humanly possible. The cottage is beautiful and comfortable, perfectly spacious for two or even 3 people if you use the sofa bed, as we did. The yard is gorgeous and the neighborhood adorable -- we managed a couple of pleasant walks and had some good meal nearby. We will certainly return when we are in Reno again!

Property horrible

The studio is very well furnished , immaculately clean, and quiet. I stayed there for two weeks while I attended a training and the hosts were very welcoming but unobtrusive. Highly recommended!

Staying here was a little slice of heaven! Louisa, the Host, is amazing, great communicator. She has gone the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The huge property is beautifully landscaped and private - lights everywhere - very magical! Just like staying in your own private resort with hammocks, tons of comfy seating areas, beautiful heated pool and hot tub! The cottage is extremely well appointed and immaculate, softest bed and beautiful linens, has everything you need for a wonderful getaway or staycation! We spent most of our vacation at the cottage as it is so comfy and relaxing and did not want to leave!!

Beautiful garden cottage with pool and hot tub. The owners have taken great care to provide a quiet and relaxing environment. I would definitely stay there again. Using the pool at night when there was a heat wave was pure luxury!

Beautiful pool, property, and amenities. The Place was very clean and everything was as listed. Luisa was an absolute pleasure to work with and we won’t hesitate to come back if it’s available when we come to Reno next.

It went very well

I must have missed where it said on the listing that this was in the homeowners back yard! So was taken back by that when we arrived. This is great for a couple but if you want privacy maybe not. Was given a list of rules on the day of arrival and had to coordinate a meet and greet with owners upon arrival. I am used to contactless check in so it was a little weird. Other than that the facility was heavenly and owners very friendly. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable.

This cottage is perfect for 3 to 4 people. It was very clean and comfortable. The property grounds are beautiful and relaxing. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the peace and read s good book. There is a nice jacuzzi and pool. Unfortunately we were only able to enjoy the pool the first day because weather got cold. Kitchen area is small but perfect for basic cooking. Our host Luisa was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The owners were great. Also on top of communicating with us and helping with any questions we had. I suggest if you're renting here the summer would be prime time at this rental. The stores are very close and easy to get to. My family enjoyed a get away honeymoon here and thankful for the experience.

We stayed for our anniversary. We are very Covid conscious, and needed a comfortable and safe getaway. We have stayed many places, and this was the best ever. The cottage was lovely, the pool was great, with the water temperature adjusted perfectly as requested. The hot tub was large and wholly adjustable in every way. The landscaping and beautiful back yard were above what anyone would expect. Luisa was wholly responsive to every request. We would give 10 stars if that was possible.

We were so lucky and happy to have found Luisa’s cottage for our short visit in Reno! Thank you Luisa and Buddy for sharing with us your guest house and for being very accommodating. It was a well designed guest house and a beautiful and relaxing garden! Even the plentiful outdoor sitting areas were perfect. Too bad we didn’t get to venture around the area more and check out your recommendations but it gives us just another reason to stay at your place when we visit Reno again.

Often times, pictures are better than the actual place. Not so here, the studio, grounds and location was amazing. Our host, Luisa greeted us upon our arrival was was available. Very, very nice!

It was way Beyond of what I expected

We spent an enjoyable 2 weeks in Reno staying at Louisa’s lovely cottage. The place was nicely appointed and well supplied with everything a couple might need for a long weekend, or an extended stay. Our view out in to the lovely garden outside created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Our hosts were amazing and dealt immediately and efficiently with a few things that came up during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to a couple or a single person who wants to be in a more relaxed setting than a hotel or casino. Thank you Louisa and Buddy!

I loved this space so much and Luisa is the best host ever I enjoyed all the design details and the help and knowledge about the community in Reno. I can actually call Luisa my first friend in Reno🎊
