My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. Booked last minute, but very much enjoyed the house. It was a short walk to the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed the personal pool. House was close to lots of dining options too. Might have to book this house again and bring our kids and grandkids since there is plenty of room!

The house is at a great location. A short walk gets you to the beach in no time. The house was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed at in Hilton Head over the past 15 years. The outdoor shower was nice to have and everyone enjoyed the pool. Would love to stay here again!

This home rental was the best time we’ve had while visiting HHI. We’ve been bringing the dogs the last couple times and having a private home made all the difference. Having a fenced in area was perfect as well. The house is fully stocked with items to take to the beach (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, wagon and coolers) which is a very short walk down the lane. I also enjoyed coming back from the beach and relaxing by the pool with my book. Lots of outdoor seating for the family as well. The hosts were super communicative. It was the perfect vacation!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was another wonderful visit. The property is in a great location and well provided for a fun and comfortable stay at the beach. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future!

The house was exactly as described. Excellent owner communication. Quiet part of the beach was fantastic. Plenty of nice beach chairs and a beach cart to use. Very clean. A bit awkward for the middle bedroom. Recommend whoever gets up the earliest takes that one as you have to walk through it to get to the two other rooms (and master bath.) Pool was perfect. Great location close to Coligny. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

This house is an ideal location, just steps away from a private beach walkway — additionally, close to Coligny and just outside of the Sea Pines gate. With its location south of the circle, the beach is quiet and so enjoyable. The pool and yard are well maintained and the house comes with plenty of outdoor lounge chairs, tables and beach chairs. It has everything you need!
The house itself would be tricky for more than 2 couples, as there are only 2 bathrooms(1 of which is very small). The extra beds seemed geared toward smaller kids, with plenty of sleeping space for them. The kitchen is well stocked and the house comes with lots of games and beach reads.
The fact that this house allows dogs made our stay even better! There was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for the dogs to enjoy. We searched far and wide for accommodations that would allow us to bring our fur babies and we feel like we found a needle in a haystack with this house! I would definitely recommend this house!

We stayed here for Spring Break. It was close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. We rented bikes and rode to Coligny plaza daily in about 8 minutes. The house was clean and well stocked. The heated pool was small but nice and the teenagers enjoyed it. The only issue we had was the middle bedroom is not private, you have to walk through it to get to the other two bedrooms. We had teenagers in that room who were unhappy if they were woken up by this. Younger kids probably wouldn't be an issue. Overall a great week and would stay again!

Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. The home is in the perfect location with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping while still being set in the middle of a quiet HHI neighborhood.
There is so much room in the home to accommodate a much larger family than ours. Cleanliness is an important factor for us and this home was very clean.
There are a large amount of beach necessities such as chairs, umbrellas, wagons, etc. They have thought of everything for a day at the beach.
While it was too chilly for our family to make use of the pool on this trip, we would have definitely put it to good use in warmer weather.
Everything was in good working order and the remodeled bathroom was quite nice.
If we had one suggestion, it would be for something to be done about the hot water in the master bathroom shower. The water is lukewarm and as the days became chillier during our stay, our showers became more uncomfortable. It seems that the mixer on the shower handle may need some adjusting as there were no other issues with the rest of the home having hot water including the shower in the second bathroom. We purchased a small space heater hoping it would help but unfortunately it didn’t; the water just was not warm enough.
We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would not hesitate to rent this home on a future HHI trip. The hosts were attentive and all in all we had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed the home and being able to walk to the beach and lots of fun places in Coligny Plaza. Would definitely recommend renting bikes to fully explore Hilton Head.

The house is perfectly placed for easy access to a less crowded portion of Hilton Head's beaches. The home's pool is shaded from the sun. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. We enjoyed our stay.

The house and location were as described. The house was clean as was the pool. The one problem we had was that one of the bedrooms was a walk through to two other bedrooms. This room also only had bunk beds therefore having kids in this room is pretty inconvenient. One full size bed would make more sense. We did request early occupancy as 4 of our kids arrived via plane at 2pm. We contacted the host who said they would let us know as soon as the cleaners left. Our kids sat outside with their luggage in the heat—until the 4pm check in time. No cleaners ever came or left. Understandably Hosts don’t have to allow early occupancy but, I wish the Hosts would have just stated there would be NO exception. All and all I would recommend this rental..and have. 😊

We had a lovely stay! Pool was perfect for our 5/7 year olds. The beach access is really easy and the beach is much less crowded in this area.
Bedding and beds super comfortable. We would definitely rent again.

The house couldn’t have been located at a better location. It was a great stay for our 3 family group. The beach was just a short walk away like listed and the pool was a nice size for the kids. The only down side was the bedrooms got a little stuffy at night. Overall great experience.

What a wonderful beach home to enjoy with the whole family. The location is perfect with a big yard and a pool that is just the right size! The kitchen is well equipped and the decor throughout the home was ideal for a beach home. The owners are super nice and very communicative. We are already planning to return next year! I could not recommend this home any higher.

Our first trip to Hilton Head was a success and this house was great! Beautiful, clean, and so close to the beach! We had our first seafood boil and the house had everything to help us make this a success! It was our grand dogs first trip to the beach and this pet Friendly house and island was great! We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!!!

After several visits to the island in our past, we decided to revisit after a long hiatus. First time on South Forest (usually stay North), but enjoyed the less crowded beach. Had a nice stay. Loved the proximity to the beach and the house decor is cute. The house met our needs but the bathroom shower/bath could use some updating/repairs. Katie was a lovely host and quick to reply. Nice home for a family trip especially if dogs are coming along. Thanks for sharing your home.

Our stay was absolutely PHENOMENAL! The property owners were incredibly nice and super responsive to any questions or concerns we had! We will definitely be staying here again! Everything was perfect! Getting to the beach was from this property was not only fast but it was also a very pretty walk! It’s so close to the beach that you could here the waves while sitting outside around the pool! We Loved it!

Our stay was very pleasant. The location was great. A short walk to the beach was perfect for little legs and bringing beach gear. The house was set up nicely for parents, kiddos, grandparents and dogs. I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was and how generous the linen supply was. Heating the pool was a good choice as the weather was not hot and the kiddos swam everyday. Pool floats were available also. The outside enclosed area for the dogs was shaded so the dogs were very happy when they were put out there. If we were to rent this house again at this same time we would bring a leaf blower. The trees in that area were dropping a lot of brown seed type debris. It was easily tracked in the house and covered the chairs. Just a thought for the next renters. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Although this property can boast a 5 star location (some traffic noise) it certainly does not compare to other 5 star properties. The space worked well although we had to go through the children’s bedroom to get to two of the main bedrooms. This house is not suited for 12 guests although there are bunk beds everywhere; the main bathroom is very small & dated as is the master. A two slice toaster that set off the fire alarm most times and a small eating area best suited for 8 guests at best. The kitchen was well equipped (many dishes chipped), beds were comfortable yet towels need to be refreshed. Upon arrival we replaced the shower curtain liner, removed the rusted rod & plastic on the tub window, washed windows, swept around doors at the front and side, tidied the yard removing dead planter urns, planted flowers in the window boxes and cabinets under the kitchen and bathroom sinks were nasty as was the shower in the master bathroom. We were there for three weeks and did not hear from the property mangers except in response to our concern about the bathtub which was not draining when they replied that “it had a mind of its own” - so out we went again to the shop to get some Draino. The pool worked well for our 6 & 8 year old but should really be described as a plunge pool. Of course it’s HHI and we enjoyed every moment we had together with our family and friends.

We loved this little house…..beautiful neighborhood, quick walk to the dog friendly beach and the bike path is across the street! Comfortable beds, great water pressure and a nice yard with a pool ! Loved it!

We had never been to Hilton Head and went with family to celebrate New Years. This is house is in a great location. A minute walk yo the beach. Restaurants 5-10 minute drive away. Sea Pines which is a great neighborhood to explore with restaurants and boat cruises etc just down the street! When booking this house I didn’t realize that the four bedrooms were in the back of the house and three bedrooms were clustered together making one of the bedrooms a hallway to get through to the rest of the house.
The house was well equipped and had a great beach cottage feel! Yard is great — pool smaller than it looked to me on line and house sits on a corner lit so you hear the cars go by.

What a cute beach house! This ended up being perfect for our family get together as we are all in different states. Large driveway for 3 cars. Cute little pool, although it was too cold outside to enjoy. Nicely kept yard and another backyard that is gated for dogs. All of the furniture was very comfy. Smart TVs in each room. ALL linens provided which was a pleasant surprise. I brought extra towels and blankets but they literally had everything already nicely displayed in each room. Stacked Washer and dryer in one of the rooms came in handy! They also start you off with a set of paper items as well. If you run out of anything there are so many popular chains just a few minutes away like CVS, Walmart and Harris teeter. The kitchen had so many utensils and even bakeware, cups, plates pots, pans, a mixer, toaster, blender... Everything! The decor was so cute! The neighborhood was scenic, lots of people running, walking their dogs, bicyling. Although it was in walking distance we Didn't get to go to the beach. Either way there was so much beach equipment in the side yard. Very cool!
All in all, I highly recommend this home. The owners are very sweet and incredibly thoughtful with how they do business. Thank you!

This is our second time staying at the house. We were in town early and were able to check in a little early. We love how close it is to the beach. The house is super clean and decorated great. It has everything you need. Also love that the house is dog friendly. We will be back again to this house.

The house was perfect for our family - including our dog. It had lots of amenities to make our vacation with our two year old easy and fun. The location was perfect- just a block from the beach. We also loved the pool in the yard and enjoyed exploring Coligny Plaza - only a mile away.
