The owners of this property were amazing! Helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable of the island and assisted with all the comforts needed for a wonderful vacation! The house is updated, gorgeous and well equipped for those that want to prepare meals like we did. We will definitely be back!

We could not say enough positive things about our time on Spanish Wells. Tara and Jody are very quick to respond and are wonderful hosts. The house was clean, in a great location, and had all necessary items. The beach was quiet (no one but us often on the beach) and the sunsets were amazing! My family also loved the charter with Captain Kid and we would highly recommend this excursion. No one in my family was ready to leave this beautiful location or the warm and kind people we met on the island. We can not wait to return to the Cozy Cottage.

The property was just as advertised. The owners were easy to communicate with and quickly answered my questions. The house was located on the best part of the island in my opinion. Street was private and took about 2 minutes to walk to a private beach where chairs, kayaks were located. Water was nice for swimming. Also took a fishing charter with Capt. Kid and Sons--wonderful experience. We have been to several other out islands in the Bahamas and Spanish Wells definitely has the most conveniences as far as grocery stores, restaurants. Extremely happy with the house and Tara, the owner. If you go have them arrange your ride from the airport to the ferry with Pinder's. Very low stress vacation!

Amazing property.. quiet and clean. Golf cart was an added bonus. Jody and Tara are amazing hosts! Beach is so close and they provide everything you need for a fun day at the beach! Do your research about the island beforehand so you are not surprised by grocery and food prices. Truly a slice of heaven!

Tara and Jody are wonderful hosts. The property was modern, clean, and very well appointed. The hosts were very responsive to every request or inquiry and made us feel welcomed. Spanish Wells never disappoints as it is still one of the best kept secrets in the Bahamas.

Everything was wonderful. House was clean and had everything in it we needed. Property manager was very responsive. Beach was outstanding - not many people there - at times had it completely to ourselves

Owners Tara and Jody Pinder were awesome. Very helpful from start to finish arranging our ride from the airport to our home. This included a 15 minute taxi ride along with a 15 minute water taxi ride where we met Tara with our golf cart waiting and a tour to our home. The cottage was lovely and felt like home. The location to the beach was great. Having the golf cart was such a blessing as well. Transportation to and from the airport was so easy so thank you for setting all that up. The restaurants were all good but a little pricey. The fishing trip was disappointing but overall it was a fabulous time and we would recommend your Cozy Cottage for sure. Thanks again and hope to be back next year!

Spanish Wells is a perfect place to relax . Jody & Tara are excellent host. You will not be disappointed.

Jody’s and Tara’s place was amazing. They were very welcoming and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was perfect and well equipped. We are already talking about coming back with our extended family. If you’re looking for a laid back and family friendly island that isn’t overrun with tourists this is your spot.

Jody and Tara are excellent hosts! They met us at the dock and took our luggage back to the house and answered all of our questions. We chartered 3 days with Jody (Captain Kid) on his boat and everyone had a fantastic time. Our kids commented on our way home that this was the best spring break that they ever had! We are looking forward to going back!

We had a wonderful two week stay at Cozy Cove Cottage. The house is brand new, very pretty, and really nicely built. Tara and Jody are truly wonderful hosts. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport and drove us from the ferry dock to the house. They were very quick to respond when we had questions or needed anything. The house is very comfortable. We were three couples and it worked out perfectly. Tara and Jody have a compound of five houses. All are new construction and beautifully landscaped. The beach is a very short walk from the house, down a lovely sandy path. There are beach umbrellas, lounge chairs, and a hammock at the beach. The rental includes use of double kayak, which is kept by the beach. The beach is spectacular! We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, and walking on the beautiful beach. We saw sea turtles, rays, and, of course, lots of beautiful star fish. Our two week vacation at Cozy Cove Cottage was truly magical and memorable! Thank you, Tara and Jody!

When I say everything was perfect, I mean EVERYTHING was PERFECT!!!! The house was incredible…beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed!!! It literally is steps away from a beautiful path that leads straight to the gorgeous beach and ocean!! Having use of a golf cart was a major plus!!! Communication with our host was always easy and prompt and so very helpful!!! Our family rented all 3 of these beach houses for our son’s wedding and it literally was PERFECT!!! We will rent again for sure!!!!❤️

Great location for family gatherings and enjoying the beautiful island. The house is top notch and the host was very helpful with planning family excursions on the beautiful island of Eleuthera.

Great location , very safe area, quiet, steps away from a beautiful beach. Well equipped 3/2 home with a nice patio out back and a wonderful outdoor shower. Beach chairs and sunshade provided at the beach. Very clean and comfortable and the hosts were very responsive!

This was by far the best vacation rental I have stayed in. The property owners were AWESOME!!!! The home was immaculate, the decor was very beachy and you can tell a lot work went into it. I would defiantly rent here again.

Jody and Tara are wonderful hosts. They respond immediately to any requests. Their helper, Rodney, took perfect care of the premises. Everything was just as presented on their web site. The beautiful beach is right down a short sandy path and there are plenty of comfortable beach lounges there. I think they’ve thought of everything. They arranged our trip from and to the airport and met us at the port and took us back to the port. We even had perfect weather every day.

This home was perfect for our family of 5 . Jody and Tara are wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped on the island . Short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen . SW is a very friendly and quaint island , perfect if you want the opposite of a Resort experience. Had a magical excursion with Capt Kid and Son and explored with a boat rental another day . Easy to get over to Eleuthera to explore there as well . 5 stars !!!

Everything about Cozy Cove Cottage-its owners, location, amenities-was phenomenal! Jody and Tara were THE best hosts! This was our first time to the island, and they were incredibly informative. If we had any questions, Tara was just a text away. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The kitchen provided all the essential tools for cooking. We can not rave enough about Cozy Cove and the Pinders!!

What was supposed to be a group trip turned into a solo adventure at the last minute. I absolutely loved the house and location. I truly felt safe and at home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with me. See you next year!

During our 10 day stay on Eleuthera, we took the ferry over to Spanish Wells for 1 night to celebrate our friends birthday and stayed in this lovely cottage. When we arrived, Jody and Tara were there waiting for us with our golf cart! Now that's service! We followed them in our golf cart to the cottage with was so nice. The cottage has 3-bedrooms w/ 2 1/2 baths which was perfect for us 3 girls and everything was immaculate! We were there such a short time so we didn't really get to use the nicely equipped kitchen but it has everything you need. The walk to the beach is beautiful on a nice (short) sandy path. It took 3 minutes to walk to the beautiful beach. We also spent a little time on the back patio which has beautiful cushioned lounge chairs. The beds were a little firm for my taste but overall we thought it was great and would definitely stay again!

Jody and Tara are amazing hosts, and helped coordinate golf cart rental and transportation to and from the airport. Cozy Cove was clean, welcoming, and homey. We are absolutely in love with Spanish Wells, and will definitely be planning another visit.
