Questo lussuoso appartamento luminoso e arioso è di recente costruzione e ha grandi finestre che si affacciano sulla piscina privata, con una splendida vista sulle montagne oltre.
E che piscina - una dimensione fantastica per una proprietà privata e con la rarità del riscaldamento! Concedetevi!
L'appartamento ha 6 camere da letto, 6 bagni, tre zone giorno, 2 cucine completamente attrezzate e una scelta di spazi da pranzo.
Le cucine sono nuovissime cucine di design e i bagni di grande qualità, con la villa stessa totalmente incontaminata.
La grande piscina ha Piazza Romana e riscaldamento per l'uso fuori luglio e agosto ed è completa di un ampio patio con sala da pranzo all'aperto e mobili rilassanti, un sacco di lettini di qualità, barbecue, ping pong e quelle viste!
Prenditi un po 'di tempo lontano dallo stress della vita reale e rilassati in questa beatitudine toscana per una settimana o due.
NB: i proprietari hanno un appartamento nella villa ma hanno un accesso separato sul retro della casa e un parcheggio proprio ecc. Non usano il giardino o la piscina. usano la proprietà a tarda notte per dormire e partono la mattina presto dopo aver controllato la piscina. Privacy totalmente rispettata.

Nicciano è situata nel cuore della Garfagnana, circondata da una lussureggiante campagna e lo splendido scenario montano è ciò che la vera Italia rurale è tutto.
Il villaggio medievale è a 5 minuti a piedi e c'è un bar / negozio di base per l'essenziale. Appena sopra il paese si trova un piccolo borgo (10 minuti a piedi per lo sci di fondo) che ha un fantastico ristorante a conduzione familiare dove è possibile cenare all'aperto con squisite specialità fatte in casa e cibi coltivati in casa. Questo ristorante è aperto da giovedì a domenica in alta stagione e da venerdì a domenica altre volte.
C'è anche una buona pizzeria che è a 15/20 minuti a piedi (o un paio di minuti in auto).
Il villaggio locale di Piazza Al Serchio con i suoi bar, un paio di ristoranti, un supermercato, la stazione ferroviaria, il fiume e il mercato del martedì mattina quando il villaggio prende vita, si dice a 3 minuti di auto.
I panorami da questa proprietà estremamente tranquilla sono magnifici: la casa si affaccia sulla verde e fertile valle del Serchio, con vista sulle Alpi Apuane e dell'Appennino.
Questa è davvero la posizione perfetta - un luogo ideale per rilassarsi in mezzo alla campagna, ma abbastanza vicino a tutti i servizi locali e una base conveniente per esplorare in auto o in treno.

Castelnuovo - città mercato locale con mercato del giovedì mattina, festival regolari sia culturali che musicali e un po 'di vita ... 25 minuti
Barga - bellissima cittadina medievale e artistica con cattedrale, grande architettura e ristoranti rinomati. Strade acciottolate e piazzette, spesso impreziosite da musica dal vivo, sfilate jazz o mercati sotto le stelle ... 40 minuti
Il Buffardello - parco di arrampicata e zip wire con percorsi adatti sia ai più piccoli che agli adulti più avventurosi - 15 minuti
Fortezza di Verrucole - viste meravigliose da questa fortezza medievale, e c'è anche un museo interattivo che i giovani tendono ad apprezzare in quanto possono cimentarsi anche in un piccolo tiro con l'arco - 15 minuti
Lucca - A Lucca, è possibile noleggiare biciclette e noleggiare intorno alle mura della città ancora intatte, vagare per le strade acciottolate, visitare bellissime chiese, salire sulle torri e fare shopping fino allo sfinimento, fermandosi ovviamente in meravigliosi ristoranti e gelaterie ... Si possono anche ascoltare spettacoli di Puccini ogni sera dell'anno, in una delle chiese locali ... Poco più di un'ora

This villa, location, and host are all SUBLIME. Simonetta is kind, accommodating, and in constant contact for any of your needs. Their home is beautiful, it is clean, and the amenities are over the top. Upon arriving, there were pastries for us to enjoy. Over the next week, we were given the opportunity to sample local products, even some that they made themselves. We had coffee available to us every morning too. The rooms and space was exactly as described.
The pictures of the property do not do it justice. This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been on vacation. There were 10 of us for the stay and everyone had everything they wanted and needed. There are grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. It is a quiet area with zero tourists. The local restaurants were delicious and fresh. The owners did a great job of making us aware of locally sourced restaurants too! I would highly recommend the chef service offered at the house. The menu is impeccable and the chef is so kind and accommodating. We did dinner two nights at the house and it was definitely a highlight. Everything is paired nicely with wine too!
The property is about 4 hours from Milan, 2+ from Florence, and other locations. I would stay at this place over and over again. I hope we can get back soon. Thank you to the owners, the property managers, the chef, and everyone who made our stay a dream.

We just came off a one week stay at this property and had a fabulous stay! The villa itself is very spacious and we had more than enough room for my husband and me on the upper level and our four adult children plus 2 more family guests for a couple of nights. Everything was provided for us so we didn’t need to purchase anything other than food for the week. Simonetta and her dad Antonio were awesome and spoiled us all week! We arrived to a fully stocked fridge full of beverages and pizza and a dessert. When I told Antonio I didn’t drink coffee, the next day I found my favourite tea. The following day he picked fresh berries off of their farm and dropped them off and another day we had fresh hazelnuts also picked from their property delivered. Whenever we had a question, Simonetta answered us right away. She also gave suggestions on some fun things to do in town. On our final day, my son-in-law needed to find engine coolant and because it was a Saturday the gas stations were closed. He ran into Antonio in town and he took him to see his mechanic who ensured he got him what he needed. On our final night Simonetta made us a delicious lasagna and tiramisu complete with limoncello and more red wine to complete our wonderful vacation. These personal touches will never be forgotten by this wonderful family who owns this villa. They live at the villa but you never see them except for Antonio who comes first thing in the morning to clean the pool. The drive to get to the property was full of beautiful scenery and mountainous, winding roads. So much beauty all around us. The nearby midieval villages were nice to explore too and one was within walking distance. We did day trips to Cinque Terre and Florence as well as Forte De Mari with its beautiful beaches. We also enjoyed having some local gelato from Lago Gramazzolano which was the most beautiful lake about a 10 minute drive away. One of our highlights was also the night we hired Chef Alessio to cook for us! What an incredible meal and experience for us. Even his table setting was beautiful. What a lovely eve we had dining al

A Week in Garfagnana
Our stay at Piazza al Serchio was wonderful. My husband and I brought our 3 children and their families to celebrate our upcoming 50th anniversary. In total we were 8 children, ranging in age from 3 to 16, and 8 adults
Simonetta, Raffaello, and her father could not have been more accomodating They treated us to cake and some pizza upon arrival plus wine. When the local pizzeria could not accomodate 16 on a Sunday, they ordered for us and her father drove us 3 villages away to pick it up. They booked us a fabulous family meal with the unforgettable Roberto Divini
The area, Gargagnana, is a little bit of mountainous heaven and a beautiful respite after touring Rome. The countryside, quaint villages and mountain lake are so memorable. Pisa and Lucca are close by plus we got to spend a day in the Cique Terra.
The villa was very inviting. The children and family loved the pool area and large terrace for family meals..This was a great place for a Tuscan vacation.

To put it simple, a wonderful stay!
One thing is to find a beautiful home. Another thing is to find as well welcoming hosts who literally have hospitality in their DNA. We couldn't have asked for more. Whenever we needed recommendations or advice of what to do and where to go, the Host within seconds would get back to us. The house is modern, pristine and incredibly spacious. Perfect for children and pets to run around in the garden feeling safe that there is a fence all around. I could go on and on, but to put it in simple terms, just book and I can assure you that you will never want to leave. We will definitely return.

Extremely impressed!
The villa and the area around was amazing, properly maintained, nice and very clean rooms and 2 well-furnished kitchens, much appreciated.
Raffaello and Simonetta are very hospitable, offered countless amenities like wine, delicious local sausages and cooked Lasagne for all of us.
We could simply text them via WhatsApp, they were very helpful booking tables for dinner and answered all our questions quickly.
Everyone liked the house and especially the view. We would definitely go there again and can recommend this beautiful place to you.

Skønt feriehus - masser af plads.
Dejlig feriebolig med skønt ude/pool område. Sødt og opmærksomt værtspar. Vi blev forkælet med vin, kage og brød. Vi var uheldige med vejret, hvilket var helt usædvanligt dårligt for juli måned. Huset ligger skønt oppe i bjergene, men lidt langt væk fra alting, når man har flere regnvejrsdage og skal ud og se ting. Vi brugte meget tid i bil. Havde vejret været godt, havde den afsides beliggenhed ikke været noget problem. Huset er super til flere familier.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, auch der Pool ist sehr schön und groß. Alles ist super gepflegt und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Leuten plus Baby und uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen. Würden definitiv wieder kommen, auch wenn die Anfahrt etwas anstrengend ist wegen den vielen Kurven.

We had a very good stay for a week in the villa. We were family of 15 persons and we all enjoyed your stay. The swimming pool was very good and the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and everything was very good and we enjoyed cook our dinners and were planning to go to a restaurant but we loved the big table were we could all sit and enjoy dinner and the excellent view. We got dinner the second night from chefs in the neighborhood and that was also excellent. The owners gave us lunch on our last day , 2 kinds of pasta ,coffee and the children icecream and Antonio the father of the owner came everyday with some fruit and cleaned the pool and was helpful in all ways. Thank you so much .

Best villa with pool in Tuscany
The villa is sited in the picturesque mountain area of Tuscany. The setting and views from poolside area and adjoining dining balcony (complete with BBQ) are amazing! Decor and furnishings in the villa are to a very high standard - with a ‘designer’ flair, and cooking, dining and entertainment facilities are exceptional. Location is close to lakeside area for swimming and restaurants, and Pisa is only 1-2 hrs drive away. This is without doubt the best villa we have ever stayed in, suitable for a large family, with lots to do for adults and children of all ages - ‘infinity’ pool (with underwater viewing window), table tennis, and table football. Our hosts - Simonetta & Raffello, were very welcoming and helpful, and owner’s father Antonio - who was responsible for the daily cleaning of pool along with ‘state of the art’ robot cleaner was very generous in providing us with homegrown salad produce from his garden. We could not have wished for a better place to stay at in Tuscany than this Nicciano villa.

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Villa in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Sehr nette Vermieter!
Wir waren für eine Woche mit 16 Leuten in dieser wunderschönen Villa inmitten einer tollen Berglandschaft. Nach einer etwas strapaziösen Anreise (recht viele Serpentinen bis nach Nicciano) wurden wir sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Die Villa ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr viel Platz. Der Pool war die gesamte Zeit Dreh- und Angelpunkt für alle 8 Kinder. Die Erwachsenen konnten sich dabei in den Liegestühlen entspannen, Tischtennis oder Tischkicker spielen und es gibt genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten mit vielen Nischen und Sitzplätzen.
Früh am morgen wurde der Pool gereinigt und wir bekamen mehrmals frischen Salat aus dem Garten vom Vermieter...zum Abschied sogar Pizza für alle.
Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus; nutzen allerdings einen seperaten Eingang hinterm Haus und sind so gut wie nie zu sehen. Wenn jedoch mal Probleme auftreten sollten (wir hatten z.B. einmal Stromausfall), sind sie sofort helfend zur Stelle.
Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit an einem tollen Ort mit netten Menschen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Amazing views and pool
Lovely spot in a hidden part of Tuscany, situated in the hills the views of the valley from the pool are beautiful. We were made to feel very welcome by our host Raffaello, and his father in law. The property is spotless and and food and wine out for us on arrival.
We were a group of three families with kids ranging from 2-8. The villa was really spacious and well equipped, with nice extras for the kids like ping pong and baby football. The pool is fantastic and a really good size, the solar heating means that it does take a little time to heat however. The villa is ideally placed for surrounding the local area, we took advantage of the local train station for day trips to Lucca and Equi Terme, which was really easy. Plus we did a day trip to the coast and Cinque Terre which was well worth doing. The local village is a short scenic walk away, where you can stop for coffee, and pizza and explore the river and old town.

Ett lyxigt boende med fantastisk utsikt och tillmötesgående hyresvärdar
Huset är stort och modernt inrett med allt man kan behöva under en semester. Vi bodde 12 st och det fanns gott om plats. Poolområdet är riktigt fint och den uppvärmda poolen är väl tilltagen! En simtur där på morgonen med den fantastiska utsikten slår det mesta :)
Det finns bra med parkering vid huset om man kommer med bil, vilket kan vara bra om man vill åka och handla eller göra utflykter runt om i de vackra omgivningarna.
Det är också nära till tåget vilket vi nyttjade och åkte till Lucca en dag samt Cinque Terre en annan - vilket gick oerhört smidigt.
Raffaello och Simonetta som äger huset är oerhört gästfria och tvekar inte en sekund med att hjälpa till med allt ifrån att ordna med en vinprovning till att överraska med pizza och vin när vi kom hem en från en dagstripp i Cinque Terre. De är inte påträngande utan genuint trevliga och hjälpsamma!
Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende! Vi längtar tillbaka!

Surprisingly better than the photo's suggest
We stayed here towards the end of August and it was great. It really is a very well put together apartment and immaculate, though realistically we spent most of our time outside by the pool. The photo's on the website don't do it justice. Having done Florence, Sienna etc to death, we were happy to go somewhere more remote but were surprised when we got the info pack how much you could do in the region. Lucca I would say is a must, and an inexpensive 1 and a bit hours away by train. The family didn't disturb us (they're gone during the day and unseen at night), only to bring fantastic tomatoes from the father's plot and they phoned once to ask if they could cook dinner for us, which they brought down and then left for us. Paradise!
The property is as stunning as the view from the pool/terrace. It has been well designed with no expense spared with well landscaped garden and of course the stunning pool. All are maintained to a high standard. Our visit was made even better by the hospitality of the owners - Raffaello and Simonetta and their family who know to balance hospitality and privacy. There are some fantastic mountain walks nearby and we took road bikes. The main tourist bits are all a day trip away by car or train (We did Florence, Lucca and Cinque Terre). There are plenty of facilities nearby although the evening view from the Terrace tempted us away from the local Restaurants and to take away instead!

Extraordinaire
Nous aimerions mettre 6 étoiles pour cette location car elle mérite amplement une étoile "bonus" mais cette option n'existe pas ! L'appartement, moderne, en excellent état, correspond bien aux photos. Il est très correctement équipé : vaisselle non dépareillée, casseroles de qualité, produits de première nécessité (huile, vinaigre, sel, sucre,...), TV dans chaque chambre, grand écran dans le salon,... Les extérieurs sont également magnifiques, très bien entretenus (tous les matins dans la plus grande discrétion), avec une vue splendide. La piscine-miroir est immense et somptueuse. Le mobilier est parfait, les transats sont en nombre (6 + 4 chaises longues). Tout est d'une propreté impeccable. Il ne reste plus qu'à se laisser vivre. Merci à Lorraine, l'interlocutrice première qui gère cette location et qui a patiemment et rapidement répondu, avec Samantha, à toutes nos questions. Nous voulons également remercier les propriétaires de ces lieux, Raffaello et Simonetta, qui sont réellement des gens d'exception. C'est la première fois que nous rencontrons des hôtes si attentionnés et si généreux avec leurs locataires. Les mots sont très largement en dessous de la réalité. Cadeaux de bienvenue, boissons fraîches pour petits et grands, et bien d'autres surprises que vous découvrirez si vous avez l'excellente idée de louer cet appartement... Nous aimerions mettre 6 étoiles pour cette location car elle mérite amplement une étoile "bonus" mais cette option n'existe pas ! L'appartement, moderne, en excellent état, correspond bien aux photos. Il est très correctement équipé : vaisselle non dépareillée, casseroles de qualité, produits de première nécessité (huile, vinaigre, sel, sucre,...), TV dans chaque chambre, grand écran dans le salon,... Les extérieurs sont également magnifiques, très bien entretenus (tous les matins dans la plus grande discrétion), avec une vue splendide. La piscine-miroir est immense et somptueuse. Le mobilier est parfait, les transats sont en nombre (6 + 4 chaises longues). Tout est d'une propreté impeccable. Il ne reste plus qu'à se laisser vivre. Merci à Lorraine, l'interlocutrice première qui gère cette location et qui a patiemment et rapidement répondu, avec Samantha, à toutes nos questions. Nous voulons également remercier les propriétaires de ces lieux, Raffaello et Simonetta, qui sont réellement des gens d'exception. C'est la première fois que nous rencontrons des hôtes si attentionnés et si généreux avec leurs locataires. Les mots sont très largement en dessous de la réalité. Cadeaux de bienvenue, boissons fraîches pour petits et grands, et bien d'autres surprises que vous découvrirez si vous avez l'excellente idée de louer cet appartement... Super beliggenhed
Fantastisk bolig med super udsigt og dejlig pool. Værterne udviste en exceptionel god indlevelse, og gjorde mere end forventet for at gøre vores ophold uforglemmeligt. Nærværende uden at være påtrængende.

Fantastisk!
Fantastisk sted med den smukkeste udsigt. Vi nød en uge i den skønne lejlighed, hvor alt overgik vores vildeste forventninger. De søde værter/ejere var meget venlige og gavmilde, og meget behjælpelige med at få det bedste ud af vores ferie.
Vi kan klart anbefale stedet til andre, og kommer helt sikkert tilbage en anden gang.

The house is perfect and has everything a family needs to make this a wonderful stay.The accommodation is in a great location with fantastic views across and along the valley.We were delighted that Piazza al Serchio had a train station only a five minute drive away from the house with parking which allowed us to explore Pisa, Lucca and Florence. It was a very early start to get to Florence but well worth the easy journey. Our son enjoyed a day out climbing and zipping around at Parco Avventura Selva del Buffardello in San Romano that is around 10mins in the car.We drove to the nearby Lago Gramolazzo and onwards to Campocantino, Vagli Sotto and had a great dinner in the restaurant there.The most important thing for us was to be able to relax on the terrace and swim in the wonderful pool while enjoying the peace, tranquillity and amazing food.Our stay was made even more perfect by our hosts who were generous, kind and exceptionally friendly.

Fabulous
Thank you for suggesting Simonetta and Raffaello’s apartment.
It was beautifully situated and very comfortable. Initially the pool was a bit cold, but when we mentioned this to Raffaello he immediately turned it up. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay perfect and we struggled to do justice to the large basket of fruit and vegetables left for us by Antonio, Simonetta’s father who lives next door.
The countryside is stunning and the mountain roads an “adventure” at every corner. Future guests would be advised to get a car a bit more powerful than a basic Fiat Panda. It did require first gear round some corners on steep hills and a lot of time in second.
We ate well at the two pizza restaurants and now realise what poor fare you get in English “Pizza” houses. The Agritourismo Caveliere was also excellent but do not expect to be out in under 3 hours!
We can strongly recommend the apartment, the countryside, the friendly locals, the good local food, the wine and our charming hosts.
