The location was perfect for our long weekend. The golf carts were great and the set up worked well for a multi family stay.

The place was awesome! 2 golf carts to go anywhere beach or pool. My son has 2 15 month old twin girls so the separate floors were awesome. My dad , my husband and I stayed on the first level . We had kitchen, living room two bedrooms and a bathroom on our floor along with a patio and a view of pond with the ducks, geese and swans . Perfect for 2 families. We enjoyed our stay and plan to go again!

Great location. Not far from beach and stores. Nice having golf carts on the property to use . Having the extra living area downstairs was nice to have. The game room was fun in the evenings after the pool and beach. Overall we would go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was plenty of room for all of 6 of us. The location was great and the community was very nice. The golf carts were a great help in transporting us back and forth to the beach. I would suggest getting a new housekeeping company as the house could use better cleaning when guest arrive. Also the furniture needs to be updated. Overall, a wonderful vacation and I most definitely would stay again.

Very nice house and beautiful community. Was very disappointed in the outside maintenance of the yard and landscaping compared to all the houses around us. Very dirty under beds and furniture.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house! It is roomy, comfortable and equipped with all we needed to prepare and enjoy family meals. The golf carts were great for getting around within the community. The pools, private beach access and quiet family environment made this spot perfect for all of us. We would definitely book this house again.

We had a few issues once we arrived/ stayed our first night. Contacted the owner and got a response back right away. Over all nice place to stay.

Up on arrival the neighborhood was gorgeous. The house was everything we expected. From the views off the decks the rec room and let's not forget the access of the golf carts to get us to all the amenities. The indoor pool was great for my 4yr old grandson the dog park was a hit for my 1 yr old pup. And of course we all enjoyed the quick trip to the beach. The evening gatherings playing the board games ping pong differently added bonus. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook meals without needing to leave. Oh and the people in the neighborhood were very friendly. We would love to stay again but for a lot longer next trip!

This property is exactly as listed. Plenty of room for the large group we had. Check-in was slightly off. I was not told to go to admin building for access to my parking card. The guard shack did not have my parking card. The others in my group had their cards at the shack. It was slightly confusing due to it being under the drivers name, not the reservation name. The house had great printed pages for all information in the community. Over all this location was Amazing! Looking forward to getting to book again in the next few years! Other than missed communication (on my part), our stay was great. The house is huge with a great layout. The neighborhood was pleasant was nice to travel with the golf carts. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The house was very spacious. Being in a gated community offered security. Used the golf carts to explore and go to the store. That alone saves on gas. Very peaceful. Easy access to the beach, stores and restaurants. Would definitely rent in this neighborhood again.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues that Linda and Carol addressed very quickly. The decor is nice. The beds were comfy. We always enjoy the turtles and fish and ducks and geese. The use of golf carts made it easy for us to get back and forth to the beach and pool. Thanks for everything.

This was such a great vacation there were tears when leaving. There house set up was like a private apartment in the ground floor and then the 2 stories above. We didn't understand this when renting but loved it! It allowed some to sleep late some to stay up late and it didn't disturb others. This was the most complete kitchen with plenty of dishes for a large group. Unfortunately, a lot of people abuse Teflon coatings so some of the pans were chipping. We had a couple minor issues that the owner was very responsive to and fixed as quickly as possible. One thing, we rented the linens(it's a service, not the owner) and they left enough for the main beds but not for the fold outs. Be sure you specify with linen company in advance. Also, arrival is on Sunday(we love that) but it makes it difficult to get the card necessary to open gates, especially one to private beach parking. Also, be aware that the private parking is at Garden City Beach, not Surfside. That means there are very different rules regarding umbrellas, canopies, dogs, etc. The recreation available within the community is phenomenal! Well maintained tennis courts, pickleball, boccee, 3 pools, baseball/soccer field, yoga class, ice cream social, we loved it all! They have equipment for everything at the guard shack except tennis.

The family enjoyed our stay. The golf carts made going to the beach very easy. The whole family enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables, it was hard for anyone to leave and go to bed. The house is much nicer and larger than the pictures indicate.

We had a terrific experience. The house was even better than we expected. The private parking for the beach via the golf carts was the icing on the cake. I can't think of one thing wrong with the property or location. Thank you, Carol, for your excellent communication, too.

We had a great stay here. The listing is accurate and the house fit our needs. We had plenty of space, the two golf carts are a major bonus because otherwise you would have to rent thorough the development at an additional charge. The kitchen was well equipt. We were able to reach the property managers equipped. Ourx stay with questions and with the minor issues that came up. My only "negative" was that the cleaning service between the prior guests and us was not very thorough. I understand sand is inevitable in a bag house, but don't think they cleaned the floors at all. Overall a fantastic stay.

The house was very well stocked with everything you could need. Loved the golf carts. Private beach parking was great.

Annual trip for 6 friends and we could not have stayed at a better place. The two golf carts were a great add, location was perfect, pool and beach access were great also. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful and comfortable home. We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary and renewed our vows. It was also my 65th birthday. We had the best time riding to the beach in the golf carts. We did the renewal of the vows at the house and everyone was so happy. We even had a nice reception. It was so nice; the beds are comfortable, everything that we needed was there. Our stay in our Garden City rental was perfect for 2 families and 7 children ages 9-17. The house was big enough for everyone to stay comfortably and was beautiful and clean. The golf carts that were provided with the stay was a great bonus and very useful, plus the kids enjoyed the rides :) Definitely will look into staying in this neighborhood or same house next year!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of ten. Of course there is room for a little improvement (bottom level bed is rickety and uncomfortable; the geese from the pond in the back have taken over the back patio space) but overall this is a great home for a family for a week. Having 2 golf carts was so convenient. Also, the beach access area for Oceanside Village is really a big plus. It is such a nice, friendly neighborhood as well. It would be nice to have a good map of the neighborhood at the house available to use to show exactly where the pool is located, the beach access, etc. Our family would definitely rent this home again.

We booked this location for our family vacation. We had three families here and we all fit perfectly! We had a great time and the kids loved fishing in the pond in the back yard. We would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with a lot of people. Carol was a great host as she answered all of our questions promptly and we had everything we needed.

Very well appointed kitchen and beds were all comfortable! Two laundry spaces made it easy for our group. Loved the two golf carts and easy beach access!
