It was a wonderful space with 4 different rooms/zones. The photos don’t really do it justice. A nicely appointed kitchen with tea, coffee and milk provided was just what we needed. A lounge dine where we could relax as well as a seperate bedroom and separate bathroom was really nice after staying in hotels. Host was lovely, rooms were very quiet, and very clean. Bed and linens were great. And a bus stop into town only 50 metres away. And parking as well was a bonus.

The host was great craic even after I managed to reverse into her garden fence while I was trying to park! Breakfast was great in the morning and she even provided me with extra coffee on request to fill my flask for my day out. Location was great too, only a 10 minute walk from the seafront and decent restaurants

Owner of guest house was very rude and intrusive .Came to the guest every night .First night ;she came to take something she hid under bed .And was trying to tell me that I should switch off lights due to high energy bills .She was very intrusive ; no respect for her guests .Please do not go here .She will keep on coming into the guest house .

Great place for a last-minute booking. It was clean, cosy, and well maintained, and the owner was really nice and accommodating. We arrived at almost midnight. She was asleep and she still opened up for us when we called.

Perfect location for Kassam Stadium (Oxford United Football Club) Spacious

The accommodation was very cold when we arrived. There were no 'tea towels' or paper towel to dry the cups and plates and only one small kitchen cloth. The door key was a little difficult.

Our stay at Erlinda's place was exceptional, the place was clean and tidy, very lovely furnished and well equipped. Erlinda was very responsive and when we needed some extra crockery she dropped it round withing minutes. The separate entrance made the space feel nicely separated from the main house and is was very quiet. The pictures on the ad don't do it justice, much more light and spacious than anticipated. All in all, perfect for our purpose visiting the area for some academic event.

the shower room

lack of utensils no washing up bowl no sink plug no fire blanket no tea towel the bedroom had a outside door that was blocked off by a wardrobe the bed felt damp and we never saw the owner at all parking was on the road/pavement ( not safe ) not happy with stay at all and certainly not worth the money

It was a distance out of Oxford but there was a bus stop almost by the front door with easy access to the city centre
