Great house for our family and friends! Hot tub was wonderful, enjoyed often! Location is great for restaurants and access to lots of activities around town. The house could use just a little tlc, but was great for our purposes and well-equipped with everything you need! Highly recommend it!

What a fantastic property! We've booked homes for family vacations many times over the years and have been fortunate to have had good experiences. But our stay at The Bluffs was by far the most exceptional. Everything about this property is top notch - it's been perfectly maintained, is INCREDIBLY clean, furnished nicely and comfortably, has plenty of bright living space, ample lighting, a pretty pool area and putting green, and is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The bedroom layout was a welcome surprise; main suite on one side of the house, 2 bedrooms and full bath on another, and one bedroom and full bath separated from the two bedroom section by a wall. This gave each family a feeling of privacy and separation. Todd was extremely welcoming and incredibly quick to respond to questions. He ensured we had a Pack 'n Play awaiting when we arrived (which was in perfect, spotless condition) and was incredibly gracious. Everything was well stocked and organized, making for the most pleasant, carefree, and relaxing stay. We hope to have an opportunity to return and rent from Todd and Stacey again!

House is in a good location, has beautiful views and the pool/hot tub was a huge perk to our vacation! Todd was responsive and everything you needed was included with the house! Our family gathered here everyday to bbq, tell stories and make new memories. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Beautiful property! Had a wonderful stay here visiting for U of A Family Weekend. The house is gorgeous and very well maintained. Loved the layout of the house and it fit our family of 7 perfectly! Our favorite piece of the property was the pool deck. We spent several hours outside in the backyard every day. We loved it! Easy breezy check in and check out and quick response from owner. Would love to come back again!

Loved this home! The perfect space for a small group only 25min from downtown and Saguaro National Park. Can tell they really thought about the little details to make guests feel at home!

Our family loved everything about this property! The rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The pool was perfect for the hot summer days. So many toys for our 3 year old to play with. Float mats to relax and cool off for the adults. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. We had plenty of space for our multi-generational family, and everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. We loved having the heated pool and spa and being in a nice walkable neighborhood with a park nearby. The visit was capped off with a UofA football win. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit.

Great home with a nice set up. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi and well appointed kitchen. We had a great time at the National Park & Forrest nearby. Host is super responsive to phone calls so if you don’t get them through vrbo, don’t panic, just give them a ring & they will be there for any questions.

The house was exactly as advertised. Our stay was in mid-October and I’m so glad we paid the extra for heating the pool. We had friends that stayed in other places that could not use their pools because they were already cold. There were so many things like condiments already provided in the fridge and pantry that I recommend checking inventory before you go grocery shopping. The house was comfortable and perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful and clean and working with Todd has been easy and communicative. I am so grateful that we had the chance to stay here with our bridesmaids and groomsmen.

What a perfect place for our family to meet up for a mini reunion! The location is great ... easy access to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. There's a park around the corner with an easy hiking trail and a beautiful view. We walked it every morning. The home is spacious and immaculate and the beds comfortable. With four bedrooms and a great living room, there was plenty of space for us to gather and quiet places to unwind. We didn't cook or eat at the house, but we sure appreciated the well appointed kitchen (including the electric kettle!). Todd is a 5-star host, so helpful and responsive. Would recommend this home in a heartbeat!

This home has everything you could possibly look for. It’s immaculately clean, the backyard is wonderful and the location felt very safe yet close to everything. For those wondering what they have vs what to bring: shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand soap, paper products, coffee filters, plenty of silverware, plates, cups, condiments, etc are all there! Things you should plan to bring: bug spray, lotion, sunscreen, coffee. If you’re debating renting, DO. IT. I’m hoping we will be back! Thank you for sharing your home.

Enjoyed this house very much. It is spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished, with a very inviting pool and spa. We really enjoyed the large dining room table for our family meals. The only thing I missed (a very small thing and probably personal preference) was a curtain or drape over the sliding door. Todd and Stacey are always available and very helpful. We love Tucson and this house made our stay so enjoyable.

Our stay was as well as to be expected!! House was beautiful and well kept.. The pool and outside area was wonderful. We even purchased more hummingbird food because the birds were beautiful!! Don’t hesitate and book!!

Enjoyed staying the week for golf and relaxation. Oro Valley was a good location. 15-30 minutes to just about everywhere. Todd was great to work with. Great house.

Our family really enjoyed the house. It is very comfortable and the backyard is a great place to hangout. The boys loves the putting green and the poiol.

Property was perfect in location and amenities we were looking for. The layout was perfect for 4 guys on our annual golf Trip. The putting green was an added bonus we enjoyed. Great property. Will stay here again when we return to Tuscon.
