Location, access and views were beautiful! Plenty of room for my husband and I. Our Son, Wife and 4 children, 10, 9, 4 and 3 with our dogs

We arrived at the property about 20 min after our scheduled check in time. The lockbox code was correct, no problems there, however, it was empty! The online guest portal gave me a text only number and a number to call if you have any problems…but I could not get a response from either of these numbers!! When I finally got thru on the call line, the person tried to convince me to check into a hotel and get reimbursed. But finding last minute hotel reservations in August on the Oregon coast is impossible! Finally after I repeatedly told the person that we NEEDED TO GET INTO THE PROPERTY, they connected me to the local management company. I don't know why they didn't do this in the first place, the local management company was immediately helpful, got us in to the property within 20 mins of the phone call! The location is incredible, we kept sliding doors open most of the time for the ocean views and air! The beds could be updated, the mattresses seemed pretty worn, but overall a very nice place to stay at the beach.

This rental is spacious and has a great view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the foosball table and fire pit are a great plus. Perfect place to stay for a larger group.

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great. The view is great. Beach access is easy. Plenty of room. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Knives need to be sharpened and the plates and glasses are in an awkward place. But other than that, we loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home on the Oregon coast. The view from the house is spectacular. We are two older couples with a small dog. Enjoying the view outside those huge windows was our favorite part. The weather in early November was perfect, because we only had two days of rain the whole week. The walk to the beach was directly across the street and easy for us. We enjoyed the great coffee shops and restaurants in Depoe Bay.

We had a nice stay in this house. The location is great. Kitchen and living room were nice. We do suggest one more love seat as a couple of us had to sit on kitchen chairs as we gathered to relax. Beds were fine but one of the beds in the basement was held up by some pieces of wood in one corner. All in all, we enjoyed our time and we were mostly comfortable.

Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, dis ware, pots, pans , appliances, etc. housekeeping had done a nice job of cleaning. it ihad lovely view of ocean over roof tops. There were no blinds on the view windows causing a huge glare every afternoon. There appeared to be short in the dining room light fixture. The downside for our group was that there was only one bathroom with an actual shower, The other bathroom had one tub and a hand held spray feature which was not a shower unit. The downstairs is largely unfinished with furniture , a TV, and beds. The half downstairs is in the garage downstairs.The basement has an outside door and large window but smells musty. We rented it for the two and a half baths, view and proximity to the beach. It delivered on 2 of the 3 priorities.

Clean. Good location. Easy to get to and check in. The furniture and furnishings are a little worn but this didn't detract much from the stay. Upstairs bedroom mattress has seen better days

Overall, this was a great home to stay at for a beach retreat with friends and family. Tons of room! The house itself is nestled in a quiet neighborhood off Highway 101. It's not on the beach, but it sits high on a hill overlooking the homes in front and has a fantastic view of the beach. Beach access is effortless with a short walk down the road that leads to a trail that takes you right to the sand. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals for a large family or group of friends, though the dishes needed some cleaning. Other than that, I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a great view! I will definitely be booking again!

This is a lovely home that can accommodate a lot of people. Check out the bed arrangements and space. We especially enjoyed the deck facing the ocean (so did our dot) -- perfect for morning and evening relaxing.

This house was perfect for our family of 8 to stay for two nights. The main level with the deck looking out onto the ocean was perfect for our dad with mobility limitations. The house was equipped with every possible kitchen/cooking utensil needed. The whale watching was amazing, and there were plenty of binoculars available to further enjoy the resident whales. The firepit was enjoyed by all. Very nice to be able to enjoy a fire near the ocean without having to do so on the beach. The only thing we would recommend is to have more bath and kitchen towels. There were not enough of either on hand. The two smaller beds shown in the photos are in the basement, which is very nice, but are far away from parents if intended for small children. So, we ended up making a make-shift bed in the loft for the kids, which they treated as a fort and was just as fun! Great house, great location, and we hope to stay there again next summer!
A note on the check in process: Check in time of 5pm in the summer seemed somewhat unreasonable. With the prices of a night's stay, and check out time at 11am the next day, it seems there should be discounts given for this very late check in time. I understand the need to have time to clean a large home as this between visits, but with the check out pre-cleaning done by renters such as starting the dishwasher and a load of laundry, this should be reconsidered.

Lincoln Beachhouse
A short 4 night stay. The house is in a great location. Best house in the neighborhood-just steps from the beach. The large deck was great. The fireplace was an excellent added benefit. Our small dog also enjoyed the open space concept, and the brightness (when the sun was out ). We cooked all our meals, and plenty of utensils. One item missing in the kitchen is a corkscrew. Would be good to be able to enjoy Oregon wines. We would stay here again.

Great view and good accommodations. Lower floor is obviously under construction and not really usable. Thankfully we had some cancel in our party. Overall, would book again.

Great location, needs maintenance/cleaning
This is our 2nd time renting this house. Two years ago it was gorgeous, spotless and well maintained. This time there were a number of things we were surprised by that showed the maintenance and cleanliness standards have been lowered. The dining chairs are toast, one of them broke upon the first person sitting on it. Several others are on their way. The fridge leaked the whole week inside (must be ice maker) and got everything wet, as well as there are broken bins/shelves inside. The washing machine sounds like something is broken, it clanks loudly no matter how balanced or light a load you have going. The floor on the sides of the washing machine are thick with dirt, sand, and socks/linens, as if it hadn’t been cleaned out for years. Some of the bed sheets were torn. There were also a number of spider webs formed (one was right on the microwave) and lots of spiders found in the basement.

Incredible views
Overall stay was fantastic. We had one member of our group with mobility issues and the house and view were perfect. The only negative was not that bad…the basement still needs some work. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home on the Oregon Coast
This home boasts a fabulous location and view. We chose the home because of the location and 3 king size bedrooms with 2 additional queens in the basement. It was perfect for our family.

Enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed staying here very much. The views of the ocean from the deck and living room were amazing.
There were just a few things that need to be fixed before we would stay there again:
Microwave wasn’t working
The ceiling fan in the living room needs to be dusted( half inch of dust on it)
Really need to have all new frying pans.( they were old scratched up Teflon pans)
Pot holders are needed in the kitchen

Great house. Great location. Had everything you need.
The only complaint I have is the place was a little dusty. Ceiling fan had quite the build up. Other than that the house is in a great location. Close to the beach. Fire pit. Great views. We had a wonderful time.

This house has a beautiful view and a great location just a few steps to the beach. Great big picture windows that give full view of the coast from Living room, kitchen and dining room.

Great location
We stayed here with our family at the start of the pandemic. Clean, quiet, comfortable house. Hassle free check in and check out. Beautiful location. Will be staying with meredith again at a different property in a few weeks. Great experience overall. Would 100 percent recommend.

Great location, house and had lots of fun.
Everything was great with our stay except for the wind storm that blew of the deck :( The only suggestion I would make is more and better bath towels and fixing the fire place which was listed add an amenity that we were looking forward to.

Unique, attractive house with good location. Nice whimsical touches, The upper lavatory faucets are a match for our 1/2 bath. Good access to beaches. In need of more thorough cleaning, mold on ceiling of bathroom. Non-functioning amenities, (jetted tub, as fireplace.) Was not informed by management co. regarding broken deck railing under repair(?) nor of apparent remodeling in progress in lowest floor. Please note non-stick coating flaking off of cookware can be a health hazard. Had We known, would have brought our own. Recliners, definitely need replacing. Did not live up to pictures, but potential there for an ideal rental. Had questions for owner, but could not contact through mgt co.

Nice place. Close to beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house wasn't as clean as I expected. There was dog fur and sand throughout. It would have been nice to have more toilet paper and garbage bags, for I our group of 9. Showers were really small. Beds were comfortable, and close access to the beach was nice.

Fantastic views, great for group gathering
This home was just as pictured, with a fantastic great room featuring a beautiful open kitchen, dining room, and living room. Lots of extra space in the basement (including two twin beds) for groups with kids. The furniture is very tired and could use an update. Other than that, everything was perfect.
