Nice hostel in a good location. Hostel and rooms are basic but comfortable, safe and clean.

Perfect location in el centro, comfortable and very cute. The host María is so nice and will help you with anything you need. super sage neighborhood and walkable with plenty of good food nearby.

Great location, clean, staff are proactive with contacting you.
I didn’t realise that there wouldn’t be anyone there. I didn’t know where to pay, and the housekeeper had to contact the property manager to help me. She also helped me with a taxi - she was great! But it’s a lot of money for an unstaffed building where the lights on the staircase don’t work at night.

Had to contact staff on WhatsApp to get into the hotel on two occasions. My key didn't work at one point.

Breakfast was really basic, on the second morning there was no coffee available, and even when told about it , the host didn’t provide it. There was no toilet paper for replacement, and no one at the property to help. Shower water didn’t warm up.
Better shower and breakfast, certainly more attention toward the guests and their needs, the host didn’t seem to care.

The room was big and the bed very comfortable. Room had a lovely terrace. Good internet. The owner is very nice!

Location was great, just a few minutes away from main square. Room was spacious & bed comfortable. Good value for money.
We supposed to have a “continental breakfast” included in the room rate which in reality was bread and eggs left in the kitchen with a dirty pan underneath the sink. The owner got quite irritated when we questioned the lack of breakfast. Shower flooded the bathroom.
