The location was easy to find. Front office arrival staff: Young man did a great job. Gave us some advice that we appreciated. In the morning the front safe another great job. Explaining breakfast procedures. Maintenance staff were cordial and engaging.

Trying to find ice maker on our floor. Found out it was on first floor near the elevators.

Location, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.

Room was tight and small. No digital key available I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone.

Love the hotel itself. Clean, great hot breakfast & staff was ok.

The hotel had a water issue so I had zero hot water. Let it run for 20 min. When i asked front desk abt it was told i needed to run it longer. I just wanted a hot shower. Went to desk next day after running for over a half hour, still no hot water so asked to change rooms. My new key card didn't work to new room & as i approached the frt desk person to was complaining about me to maintence. I never had hot water & staff could have been friendlier. They should have told guests abt the water issue.
