Excellent breakfast. Please provide more bananas.
Our lightbulb by the bed was burnt out. It was replaced immediately. We had a problem all night with the A/C. When we walked in, it was freezing. Turned up the thermostat. Went out to eat. Came back, it was still freezing. Turned it up some more. Middle of the night...still freezing. Turned it off. It never got warm enough for my sister and me. I shoould have turned on the heat!

Great personnel, breakfast and room amenities. The A.C. ran all night and the controls did not work and the A.C. display was broken. We froze all night and it was very noisy. I got a very poor sleep.

Everything was wonderful. Location was perfect, staff were helpful and friendly, beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean - the cleanest hotel room we’ve stayed in, in years.

Very accommodating for a family of 5. I would highly recommend the family suite, it was huge and very clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in 433, Queen suite with 4 people. It was clean, had a small kitchenette & sofa so we weren't so cramped. Beds were clean & comfy, bathroom was immaculate clean, plenty of towels. The only issue we had was that the outlets in between beds were worn out and didn't work. But we plugged into the USB port, and it worked fine. Def will stay there again! Only 8 mins from Rockill Sports Center.
Outlets in between queen beds on nightstand were worn out & loose. Our cubes wouldn't work when plugged in. But we were able to use the USB port on nightstand and other outlets in room. Other than that, we had a perfect stay!

The carpet in room was stained and so was the couch. I would not sit on the couch. Albeit, this was a “dogs allowed room” but with the $50 pet fee for every pet that stays, I would think extra maintenance/ replacement would be feasible for these rooms.

first room had stains on the carpet, but when we asked for different room, they upgraded us to a suite, free of charge, which was nice of them to do.
