The location was very good for our needs. Close to tube and bus routes into town and King's Cross station. The people at reception were very welcoming. The apartments were very nicely designed and everything we needed was available.

One of the cupboard doors over the washing machine didn't close properly. The reception was informed but it wasn't fixed during the 4 days we stayed there. This is a small point though as everything else was very good.

We have just had a fantastic 2 night stay in the standard one bedroom apartment in Camden. The welcome from the reception team set us up for a wonderful stay. There was nothing 'standard' about the apartment, so comfortable and spacious with loads of lovely touches. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

The area the apartment is located in isn’t very nice & we constantly felt scared when we walked out the front door.

La posizione, la pulizia e la dimensione dell’appartamento. La cucina con lavastoviglie e lavatrice con asciugatrice era molto bella e dotata di tutti i comfort (pastiglie per lavastoviglie, detersivo, strofinacci, posate, pentole, bicchieri, insomma tutto!).

L’unico appunto è che l’appartamento non ha balconi e le finestre non si possono aprire essendo il nostro al pianterreno. Inoltre lo scarico della doccia aveva un problema e scaricava poco e male l’acqua con il rischio di allagare il bagno.

Dit is een appartementencomplex, dus geen ontbijt. Maar wat wel anders was dan bij vele andere appartementen: in de keuken had je olie, zout en peper en in de koelkast een halve liter melk en twee mooie literflessen water. Plus nog een chocolade om de gast welkom te heten! Het appartement heeft dure en goed werkende (Miele!) apparatuur en een volledige en scherpe messenset. De locatie in Camden town is op ca 20 minuten loopafstand van het St. Pancras internationaal trainstation, dus erg handig voor reizigers van Eurostar. Camden Town is een bijzondere buurt; aan de ene kant jong en upcoming, aan de andere kant nog armoedig en vervallen, maar bruisend en vol leven en zeer makkelijk met openbaar vervoer gebonden met het centrum en alle andere plaatsen in Londen.

Zoals vaker in appartementenhotels, was ook hier een deel van de keukengerei versleten, dat was het geval van de pannen en de pannenspatels. Ook het mooie Nespressoapparaat lekte en was duidelijk een onderhoudsbeurt aan toe. Omdat we een hele week verbleven, kregen we een 'complimentary schoonmaakbeurt'. Deze vier echter tegen, want behalve stofzuigen werd er niets anders gedaan; geen nieuwe handdoeken, geen vuilnis weg gehaald.

The apartment was so modern, comfortable and clean and we loved the location of the apartment. We had a warm welcome from the time we left our luggage there; as we were early for check in to the actual check in time. We were shown to our one bedroom apartment and the lady was very helpful. Everything we needed for our short stay was there.

The sofa was comfortable but could have been more wider; was fine for someone short but not quite for me. However for a few days it was okay.
