Their was nothing to dislike

the staff was amazing, absolutely fantastic and very hospitable. from the waiters to the receptionist to the housekeeping, all were kind and helpful.

Honestly, I liked it all and felt very calm and happy.

Rooms were very comortable and aesthetic interiors. Staff was friendly and service was on point. Rooms and property were hygeinicly clean. Overall stay was nice, even the rooftop restaurant had a nice vibe. Thank you, Sierra.

Exepected swimming pool to be little cleaner and bigger.

Excellent hotel with really great facilities and nice, very helpful staff! Wonderful interior design is joy for the eyes. Very tasty breakfast and lovely swimming pool are the icing on the cake!

The hotel was modern and decorated nicely. Our room was great; spacious and comfortable. Nice decor too. The breakfast was good and the view from the rooftop was quite good also.

The music at the restaurant was quite loud and would go on until 23/23:30 every night. Hallways are quite echoey.

The hotel has been decorated beautifully and the views from the rooftop restaurant are fantastic. The pool, although a little cold is nice and private.

Lack of soundproofing on doors to rooms.

Brilliant hotel!! It is very artistically and tastefully decorated. It has all the amenities that one requires to be comfortable and you can notice a lot of attention to detail. The colour scheme and style, the size of the rooms, the cleanliness of the hotel, the welcoming staff and the rooftop bar were all splendid. Special mention to the amazing breakfast views from the rooftop and the live band that plays on the rooftop on Friday and Saturday evenings. In regard to the location, the auto rickshaw stand is only a 5 minute walk away. The lakes and the old city only about 10 minutes by auto/uber. This hotel is super amazing value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a lake view, though distant but can be enjoyed.

The bedding and fixed upholstery in the rooms and the cafe can be maintained in a better way.

Only that they could do with some softer shutting doors, there were very loud banging doors from early morning to late at night, everything else was perfect

The place and the cafe is quite good.

The reception staff and other staff in general is pathetic, ill mannered and super rude. They asked us to vacate the room after 1 night as for the weekend they had booked the property at a higher price despite our booking being confirmed for 3 days. After multiple arguments and calling up some higher ups, they budged. Not recommended.

The pleasant wall paintings with lovely hues and color. The roof top restaurant- SOUL in evening and night had good ambiance. The food preparations were good enough and service staff was courteous towards the guests.

We booked 'Deluxe King Room' which turned out to be much smaller. The room had a basic single wooden chair with a small table for single user, a rod fixed on wall with a couple of hangers and inferior quality console. There was hardly any view from rooms except some under construction sites, barren land and some view of neighboring properties. Even from the restaurant on roof top the view of tail end of lake looks like some backwaters. Variety of breakfast items was average. The quality of plastic plates/bowls etc were quite inferior and need to be discarded. Food was expensive for the standard of hotel. The rooftop bar/ restaurant was open for the locals/outsiders and that made it noisy, unruly and somewhat uncomfortable for the in-house guests. Location was somewhat distant from the center of city and the charges for local conveyance is not reasonable for example, a distance of 3 to 5 km would be 200/- one way by auto rikshaw.

Only little issue of ventilation in my room otherwise completely satisfied with the hospitality and evrerything.

The beer was crazy expensive - 800 Rupee for a beer (more than 9€)…. I had to negotiate with the reception for the price for a taxi to the airport. You would think they would have a fixed price… Also a bit loud in the evenings
