Our family has stayed several times. Neighborhood is quiet and close to attractions.

House was FABULOUS, perfect location & very roomy.

Great place. Quiet, clean and could not ask for better hostess than Cheri. We had one visit from a friendly dog who wanted to play but I didn't have a problem shooing him away, even though he clearly wanted to stay. 😊

We stayed for 4 nites - it’s a convenient location to explore the area and atttractions!

House very clean. TV’s and refrigerator could be updated. Bed were very comfortable and it was located in a good location to get to things.

Everything was as great as first time. Tv in bedroom not working correctly. Very clean, cozy.

Everything was very good except there were only two steak knives. They were four of us and we had to hear and knife that’s not good other than that everything was good.

The house is super easy to find and located close to everything. The house has charm and everything you will need. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will return for sure.

Great house! Pet friendly. A fenced back yard would be great as there is no leash law. The neighborhood dogs running free were friendly for the most part but a secure place to take your dog out would be nice.

Had a wonderful time watching old movies and talking about the ‘60’s. Third time at this rental. Could not ask for a better hostess. Property was clean and quite.

The home was enough of what we needed to just sleep there. The area around it looked a little challenging but no issues.

We enjoyed staying here! We were surprised at how big the house was when we walked through it. If you use the futon, you have an extra bedroom, although not private as there is a bathroom you share with the back bedroom. Loved the big comfy couch and that they have a good kitchen layout. We did notice 2 of the neighbor's large dogs who kept coming around, my aunt is scared of dogs, but what can ya do about others?

This is a great place to stay. Close to downtown and other attractions. We enjoyed this trip and stay!

Nice house. Safe neighborhood. Wish north Carolina had a leash law. Lots of neighborhood dogs loose. Owner was very accommodating.

Cute cottage. Close to all Mount Airy has to offer! Clean and beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is ok. Neighborhood dogs were always around and came a little too close for our liking. We brought two small dogs that could never go outside without the other dogs coming around. If we didn’t have dogs with us- I would have no complaints. A non-dog lover may be bothered by this.

My sister and I took our small kids to the surrounding state parks. This house was a great home away from home, central location to everything, easy to be in. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at your property. The house was as advertised and the lot was roomy! Just a couple of suggestions: the towel rack in the front bathroom needs to be tightened and back bathroom sink needs drano.

The property was nice and advertised, it's a short drive to most things in the area. I would book this property again.

The layout of the house was fine. The location was good. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The inside needed a deep clean. The rooms were dark and damp feeling. The front porch looked like it has never been cleaned. The bedroom closets had bags full of damp rid and water and had a musty oder The beds were terrible and squeaked everytime you moved. I washed every one of my clothes I hung in the closer when I got home. It is pet friendly so that was good. I have a little dog and the grass was so tall he had a hard time trying to walk thru it when he needed to go out. I am not usually a negative person but I will not be staying there again.

We came to celebrate our daughter's wedding 😊 Vineyard House was just adorable and was only 15 minutes from the wedding venue. It had everything we needed from a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom linens, super nice laundry facilities all the way down to pet supplies and doggie bed, which our lil dog took to right away! It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, perfect or walking my dog. She even made a new friend with a neighborhood dog! 😊 We enjoyed our stay at Vineyard House very much and hope to return again someday! ❤️

The house was exactly what we were looking for; very clean and great location!

We loved staying at the Vineyard House. It's a surprisingly large property for being in the city and affords lots of privacy and relaxation. It is conveniently located near a shopping center with grocery and other stores yet is away from the main road tucked away in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We plan to visit "Mayberry" again and when we do, we will be staying at the Vineyard House.

Great property and area for our anniversary stay. Property owner was great and willing to answer any questions we had and very prompt with all necessary information leading up to arrival date. We would definitely stay again!
