The views are great, the unit and lobby is clean. The restaurant in the other building is amazing.

First the check in process is horrible. I had to send my ID and bank info to multiple numbers and email. During these times with fraud going on thats very uncomfortable. I booked a 2 bedroom with 2 full beds for 4 adults. The unit had a trundle. The trundle was a double bed and a twin that pulled out. I’m not sure why they would think an adult would want to sleep on a twin bed on the floor. What if I had a family like grand parents or some people with a disability? How is getting up and laying down possible for them. The patio furniture was broken. The walls looked like people have moved in and out a million times. When I called about the beds and let them know about the patio furniture they said a manger would call me back and I never received a call back. Going to the beach you could only have 1 umbrella and two beach chairs although the reservation was for 4 adults. There was no beach towels provided so your laying on dirty beach chairs and you dry off i guess with the sun. The beach chairs and umbrella was so close together that just seem like a violation during this pandemic. Entering the Pool all bags have to be checked. When we asked the security guard why she couldn’t give a response and she had no gloves on. I guess it was for glass. The Pool furniture on the 6th floor needs to be maintained. We booked a cabana and no one came to clean it up it was full of ants, bird poop and stuff that fell off the tree. There was no cover provided so we had to use multiple towels and do it our self. They make you pay $130 and minimum of $50 at the bar for a cabana. No one serves you so you have to walk back and forth to the bar. Anywhere you go, when you book a cabana you get service as well. If not, it should just be free of charge and on the basis of whoever gets there first.

This is not a hotel rental, no maid service - dirty. There was no WiFi, no television. Beach is tiny, if you aren’t there early you are not getting a chair. Valet parking takes a long time. This may be a new unit, but It is very much overpriced and not a good value. Location stinks, no restaurants in walking distance. I would not recommend this property.
