The location was very good. The breakfast was very good, the staff helpful and the room was so clean. Massive balcony was a nice surprise. Everything was very well. Definitely will stay here again when in Pescara.

Nothing all very good

Appartmends needs some updates and repairs. One specific issue is with the climate control, as the cooling system in the mansard apartment appears to be struggling to keep the space adequately cool during this hot summer. Your assistance in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Everything! Great breakfast, lovely and helpful staff and clean, spacious rooms. They also lent me a bici which made my stay so much better as could get to the centre so quick!

The room had a large balcony Up to date bathroom Air condition and Tv we’re good. Small fridge with a variety of beverages in the room. The owners father was very kind and came to open the main door of the apartment building and our room. There was parking in the back which is shared with McDonalds (it’s dirty). Need a key pass to get in.

The breakfast was all pre packaged items. The property is not a hotel. It’s a guest house. The room smelled bad probably because it was not used for a while. The water pressure was ok but was awkward with spurts every minute or so.

I liked the cleanliness most of all and the receptionist is very kind. I definitely recommend this place.

albeit we stayed for one night, the apartment was in mint condition, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The stewards were super friendly, and they treated you as family.

Good stuff, comfortable bad

everything was very good! they met us near airport, show the room. room was very cozy and clean. everyday was a cleaning (but not changing sheets everyday). terrace was very beautiful. breakfast is common Italian- we don’t like it too much (we like eggs or cottage cheese for breakfast), but we found what to eat, because the the variety was amazing.

as I’ve said: sheets weren’t changed, breakfast is Italian, and knowledge of English. but nothing from all of these 3 things are bad :) I would give 10 out of 10.

There was wifi and the room was clean. The staff member that checked us in was very friendly and helpful and did his best to communicate with us in English which we appreciated.

Unfortunately for the price of the room I expected more. The shower didn't work properly. The facilities in the room were fine, with thoughtful details such as a hairdryer, but the decor and fittings were dated and sterile. the bedding wasn't great.

Hospitality

3 nights with 3y old baby, beginning of June. Everything was new, i think they just renovated the place, kitchen/breakfast area is very nice, i had one of the best cappuccino ever, better than bar. Really! Room wasn't very spacious but we stayed only 3 nights and we only came for showering and sleeping. Bathroom was ok, blow-drier was there which helped a lot. My room (501, simple double) wasn't very noisy despite the fact it's on the reception and kitchen. Terrace view is awesome in the night time. Bed was comfy for me, and quite spacious since I didn't even feel my baby which slept in-between us. AC worked very well. For short stays it's perfect!

The property lived up to our expectations. The apartment was well cleaned and the staff was super friendly. We were provided with an extra cot bed for our newborn with no extra charge. The breakfast was plenty and delicious!

Perhaps some more visible indications would be a good idea as I faced some difficulties in finding the property in the evening. The location is a bit far off from the city centre but certainly it is live area
