The house was super comfortable and well-appointed. By far the best thing about this place was it's location and amenities. We made ample use of the pool and the grill. The place is also steps from the public beach and several restaurants, and an easy drive into Morehead City.
Beyond the house, Steve and team were super responsive. We had a couple small needs in our first couple days, and Steve jumped on my requests quickly and got our needs met.

The bungalow was absolutely perfect. The location can't be beat. You are in a small, quiet, and friendly "neighborhood" of 8 bungalows that share the pool. We never shared our pool time with more than a few friendly folks and often were the only ones in the pool. You are steps from the ocean and bars/restaurants. The bungalow had everything you might need and was even more spacious than expected. Steve was so fast and friendly with information. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay at this bungalow with two adults and two teens. Location was great to the beach and a couple of restaurants. It was a 15-20 minute drive into both Beaufort and Swansboro. We enjoyed the pool and coffee on the porch. This property may have been the most well stocked VRBO property we’ve stayed at. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We loved this property and our getaway.

The property was cute, clean, comfortable and well maintained! The kitchen has minimal counter space and almost no pantry space (not a criticism, just plan accordingly). It also had a beautiful spice rack selection and ice packs in the freezer! We did experience an air conditioning issue, to which the host responded quickly and additionally placed three window units, just in case the issue recurred. That was over the top and much appreciated. The area is quiet and very convenient to the beach and nearby restaurants. The house was stocked with full sized shampoos, conditioners, body wash, extra paper towels, trash bags, etc. there were a lot of towels. That made the trip easier as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!!! I would choose it again.

A quick Galentines weekend. Everything was just as described the house, was very clean, It was in a great location within walking distance to a coffee shop, a bar, the beach, and some restaurants. Steve was great to communicate with and I would definitely stay again

Stayed for a long weekend while visiting family who lives in the area. The bungalow was quaint, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and plenty of space for the 3 adults and 2 children. Steve and management replied promptly with any questions we had. Great location and close to beach.

I cannot say enough great things about this beach bungalow or the owner.
First, Steve is the best! So easy to work with reaches out during the process of booking and as you approach your trip. Then if you need him at any point in the trip, hit him up on VRBO message or he will give you his number and responds instantaneously. We even ask Steve for a great local fish restaurant and he had an answer for that and it was spot on!
The house is wonderful. 3 Queen bedroom master suites, with a family room and kitchen. A nice little porch to sit an relax in the morning, afternoon and evening. The kitchen is full stocked with more than enough to make full meals. There is even a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Steve, even keeps the cupboard under the sink stocked with tide pods and dish-pods. There are many bath towels, hand towels and washcloths, so you never have to worry.
The little 8 bungalow community has a nice, small pool to relax in, if you are not into going to the beach or after the beach. The beach is a very short walk, maybe 2 minutes from the house. There is a fresh made donut shop, ice cream place, restaurant and some bars all within walking distance.
It is just a perfect setup and we would absolutely stay here again, when our travels take us back to Atlantic Beach.

The property is well maintained and stocked. Clean. Nice location. Pool was a little small but was nice. The showers are a little tight so if you are a large person that might be a challenge but it was fine for our family. Will definitely go back to Atlantic beach!

This was perfect for a short weekend stay to celebrate a wedding. It was right near everything, including the beach! Very nice neighborhood and easy to get to. This was perfect to come back to after a long day of wedding events or just being out on the town.
Definitely will be staying again!!

The bungalow is clean and is only two blocks from the beach. We appreciate that the kitchen is very well stocked with all needed pots and pans as well as lots of spices/coffee. The pool is very private. We really needed this beach week break and the bungalow’s cleanliness helped make our week a very special stay. We highly recommend this bungalow and will definitely come back in the future.

This is a very cute and very clean place that has everything needed to help make your stay nice and relaxing. Close enough to beach, shopping and food so you never have to venture far out for anything. My daughter and I had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this little corner of sunshine! As someone that travels as much and often as possible, I was extremely impressed with how clean this place was and wanted to praise the cleaning crew! The entire property inside and out was very well maintained!

Location was everything! The property is just what we needed for my dad’s 65th birthday surprise. The bungalow was very, very nice and clean. My niece absolutely loved the easy pool access and walking distance to Sunset Slushies! Definitely hope to be back!

Grandpa Grandma through our babies to their babies had a unbelievable beach and pool experience which included family games, golf, dinners and shopping trips!! Not to mention many other adventures!! Great family bonding!! Many thanks!!

Beach Bungalow!
What a wonderful property! Great location. The beds were super comfy and the bungalow was nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend to anyone headed to the beach - just not when I’m going, because we plan to stay there again!

LOVED THIS BUNGALOW community of 8 bldgs. Well stocked kitchen with quality items. Comfortable beds. Super comfy living room furniture. TV's in all bedrooms. Beautifully decorated. Walking to shops, restaurants, bars and most importantly, the beach. Perfect location. Owner, Steve Gillooly, was fantastic to work with. He responds promptly to your questions and provided detail directions and all information needed about the Bungalow. Highly recommend any of his units.

Perfect place to stay!
We stayed at the Bungalow with a group of friends and family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is awesome! It’s in the perfect location and within walking distance to the beach as well as several restaurants and bars. My only complaint was parking, but we stayed over Labor Day weekend so that’s not really a complaint for the Bungalow, but rather the town of Atlantic Beach. Highly recommend!

Great location at for this cute bungalow
I had a birthday beach trip with my girlfriends which was great. This cute little home had everything we need. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. I didn’t realize the room on the top floor was a loft and had no doors. Be the home was clean and stocked with all seasonings, cooking supplies. Even though we didn’t cook but I almost wanted to. The beach is a very short walk along with lots of restaurants around the beach parking lot.

The only negative is the house wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3:30 and the cleaning staff were seating on the sofa talking on the phone.

Short stay 7/22-7/25
First, I know I didn’t get on the app for info so thank you for providing the info by email. The place was adorable and so convenient to places without driving. I had other family members staying elsewhere in the area and a couple of them came to check it out and liked it as well. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Parking
It was the 4th of July which had a lot to do with this review. Communicating with host about parking for 2nd car resulted in $26 parking fine from the town. Also, never could log in wifi and no instructions on how to use tv’s

Awesome Cottage!
This is a GREAT choice for a stay at Atlantic Beach! Very well furnished and attractive cottage, fully equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay!
The property was very clean, located a short walk from the ocean, with a nice private pool!

Great Bungalow!
Great space for our family with older kids to enjoy the beach. Decorated beautifully and well stocked with everything we needed. Comfy beds. Nice location. The pool was also a welcomed treat.

This is a nicely appointed property; new, with all new furnishings and appropriate bedding.
There is not a lot of extra floor space for air mattresses, teens, etc, however for 3 adult women it is plenty roomy.
Great beach access and the pool was an added bonus! Steve maintains a great little treasure at Atlantic Beach!

We loved our long weekend at the bungalow . Such a beautiful , cozy and quite rental . Easy Access to everything : beach , dinning and shopping . Steve thought of everything we might have forgotten . We will be back next year ! Kim

Beautiful, clean, great location. Not sure if we parked in appropriate spaces. Only one space marked for unit but we had 3 passes. Check in process was only minor negative in that we had to call twice to get instructions emailed to us well after the check in time. Otherwise, perfect place to stay!!
