FANTASTIC UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF PINE MTN & QUIET GET-AWAY FOR MATURE COUPLES.
Casa seminterrato sciopero due camere da letto e due bagni. Tutti i comfort, tra cui cucina completamente attrezzata, soggiorno e sala da pranzo, prima camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Seconda camera da letto con bagno con letto matrimoniale. Lavanderia separata con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Vicino a numerosi parchi nazionali e stazioni sciistiche. Splendidamente arredato, perfettamente pulito.

The highlight of this location is definitely the million-dollar view of the mountain, cliffs and rocks! We traveled as two couples and stayed for two nights at this beautiful location which was perfect for our needs. The master suite with a queen size bed was on one side of the home, and the guest room with a king-size bed and wonderful bathroom down the hall was on the other, so it felt like two master suites. The home was immaculate, decorated beautifully, and well-stocked. The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. Our host was great at communicating and very responsive. The location was in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities. We would definitely stay here again!

This was such a great property to stay at. So many thoughtful touches that it felt like staying at a family members house. Host was very great to work with, house was exactly as described, and it was located in a quiet area. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This property delivered on everything that was promised. The communication with our host was top notch. The ease of entering the property couldn’t have been simpler. Let me tell you, we notice properties where we question if it’s been cleaned properly-this home is immaculate. As soon as you enter, you feel at home. It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. And the views!!! When we were in the house, I spent most of my time in front of the large kitchen window framing the magnificent mountains. The property is located to fuel stations and grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We were there to relax, and we did just that. Anne was so helpful with information on places to eat and to visit. While the weather did not cooperate for our weekend getaway, we were able to not feel trapped in our rental, but enjoyed all the comforts of home it had to offer. We will be staying again. 5 STARS PLUS for this host and her home. Thank you!

This southern Utah vacation spot is a perfect quiet and private getaway. The breathtaking views can be enjoyed from inside the home and the patio. The home is extremely well kept and you will find thoughtful accommodations everywhere you look.
Anne Marie (The Host) was very friendly and kept a consistent stream of communication from the beginning to the end of the process.

Ann was great. Place was wonderful with views of the mountain and small canyon in the back yard. Nice decor, well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils and very comfortable beds! This place is in a great location to access anything you want to do within 15-20 minutes.
We’d stay here again without any hesitation.

I recently traveled to St. George for business with my family and we stayed in AnnMarie's home. AnnMarie is an exception host. The home was very clean and had all amenities needed. The location is easy to find and accessible to St. George and surrounding areas. We will definitely be staying at this location again. It meet all of our expectations and even more.

Had a very positive experience! Accommodations were as explained. Everything one would need was available and all appliances and equipment was in very good condition and working order. Ample room for two couples or smallish family. Centrally located and away close to shopping and restaurants. Highlight was sitting outside on cool evenings looking over canyon. Plan to stay again. Ann the owner was very helpful with very detailed instructions. Very enjoyable stay

This was the most well thought out rental we have stayed in. And great care went into all the little details that made this a very comfortable stay. I loved all the large windows that allowed for views into the small canyon and the mountains in the distance. We will definitely return when we are back this way.

You’ve made a mistake if you pass this up. Great memories!
This is the perfect place for two couples who want to explore Zion,Bryce NP, or St. George area. This area is great for golfing, hiking, and car touring. You wake up sipping your coffee admiring a great mountain range sitting on the patio which was very peaceful. Our host had many suggestions which panned out; even better than our research. If you pass this house up, you’ve made a mistake. The host had continuous contact with us , answering questions and making knowledgeable suggestions. The only thing that needs to be added is valet parking… We parked in a very neat and secure garage. 100% recommend!!

We visited St George for the Ironman race for 1 week (3 of us). After staying at dozens of rentals over the years, this is by far our #1. The location is quiet and peaceful with incredible views, and also close to downtown.
Our host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Lovely home near Zion National Park
This rental is the basement unit of a two-story home. You need to be able to transport your luggage down outside steps. At the end of the stairs, you will find a patio with a beautiful view of a ravine and sunset. Inside you will find beautifully decorated rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sole negative of this home is a noisy sump pump that is located next to the spare bedroom. The host responded immediately to any question and need. Our reason for visiting St. George was to access Zion. The South Gate to Zion was less than an hour drive.

Excellent stay
Ann Marie is a wonderful host, with a warm and friendly personality. She lives very close to the property, communicates clearly, and responds quickly to any questions. The space is extremely comfortable - modern, but "homey." It's very well furnished and appointed and it exceeded our expectations - our best ever VRBO experience. We will absolutely stay there again if in the area.

Perfect Relaxing Stay
We had a great relaxing time. Ann Marie was fantastic. She had everything ready and when we arrived in the dark with all the outside lights down the side walkway and to the entrance door that is located on the backside of the home in the walkout basement. It has an amazing view with no back yard neighbors. The beds were very comfortable. Great entertainment room with very comfortable recliners and couches. Even though the place is located in north of St George it was very quick and easy to get to down town area with direct routes that really didn't have a lot of traffic. If your looking for a quiet, relaxing place that is located in a perfect neighborhood just outside of the busy city streets, this is a great place for that. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Gorgeous backyard views!
Great downstairs condo in a residential area. The backyard walkout patio was the perfect place to relax. Two separated bedrooms made this a really nice option for sharing when sharing the space with friends. We had four adults and had plenty of space. Communication with host was clear and timely. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time in Utah!
AnnMarie was a tremendous host and made sure everything was going great. She messaged me every day to check up on us and even gave us a little advice on when to go to Zion to beat the traffic. The home was amazing and clean and had everything we needed. I can't forget about the amazing view the home offered! Walking out the house was my favorite part about this place because of the view. I would love to stay here again if I had the chance!

Home was beautiful, lots of thoughtfulness in every part of home to make you feel comfortable. Extra things added to the enjoyment, such as high quality soaps and lotions. Peaceful with amazing views
Great location, close to freeway, shopping etc. but very quiet and peaceful. Property is in excellent condition, very clean with an incredible, unobstructed view to the Northwest of Pine Mountain, other rock structures. Owner is hands-on and does everything necessary to ensure you have a great stay.

Perfect Stay
What a perfect state! When looking at properties, the description and pictures this particular property made me feel like this place was clean and well taken care of. Once arriving, I was able to see that was absolutely the case! The home was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Pride is obviously taken in
wanting everything to feel that way.
A bonus was that the view out the windows was absolutely beautiful. It made us forget we were in a neighborhood, but with the Bonnie of being in a neighborhood- easy to find, and close to all the things we needed and wanted. Communication with AnnMarie was wonderful. She was kind, helpful, and gave us great recommendations when we asked. We will definitely be returning the next time we’re in the area. 5++++
