Questa bella casa di famiglia spaziosa è a soli 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Rotorua. Con splendide viste sulla foresta di Redwoods e sul Mountain Bike Park, che dista solo pochi minuti in auto o in bicicletta.
Questa casa è stata recentemente rinnovata con una cucina e un camino nuovissimi. Anche la sala spa è stata rinnovata con una nuovissima piscina spa deluxe.

La zona giorno è spaziosa e open space con un ampio salone collegato alla sala da pranzo e cucina. Il salone ha una confortevole suite lounge con stufa a legna e smart TV. Fuori dal salone è un grande ponte con mobili da giardino e un barbecue per quelle serate estive.
Al piano inferiore è presente una zona soggiorno separata collegata alla piscina termale all'aperto per godersi un bagno caldo dopo una giornata trascorsa fuori.
Il doppio garage è perfetto anche per parcheggiare o riporre biciclette o giocattoli che ti accompagnano.

Perfect accommodation for our large extended family group.
Facilities were good, including spa, kitchen lounge and the multi bed downstairs was perfect for several cousins.

We had 3 generations for our family holiday and the house was great for us all !!
We had a minor problem with the air con unit and the property manager was immediately responsive and so helpful.

We loved staying at this property. There was ample room for all three families and we loved the downstairs area for the kids. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we come back to Rotorua. Thanks heaps

Generally enjoyed the stay; quite disappointed with the water pressure both of the upstairs showers which was very poor; and palm and hand prints on the windows.
The garage was a great place to store the 7 bikes we had with us and the location to the Whakarewarewa mountain bike park was excellent.

Spacious and versatile
We had two families with 5 very lively children and 5 adults, including one grandparent, and there was space for all of us. The kids loved the big circular, reviving chair!

Perfect for a group MTB trip
A really spacious property with a great kitchen and dining area for a group meal after riding. Bigger than we expected, with an extra lounge the kids could use. Quality beds and bedding were great. We're already planning a return visit!

Plenty of room for everyone
Sunny, large and well-appointed property. Lounge area is great but the deck could do with an umbrella to add shade. We enjoyed the spa pool but it was concerning that all of the safety clips to secure the cover were broken. Also, the lock on the door to the spa area was a door handle height. A worry for us with our 3 year old. Upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable but downstairs was noisy with every footstep above creating creaks. Nice neighborhood and the property manager was lovely.

Recently stayed here with family and friends - fabulous house for a group. It comfortably fits 3-4 families.The kids loved the large bunk room, their own TV room downstairs and the spa! The kitchen must have been fairly recently renovated and was very nice to use - the upstairs kitchen / dining / living area is a great social space.It was very cold in Rotorua when we stayed, but the fire and plenty of heaters around the house kept us warm.Would highly recommend this property.Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic house for a group
Recently stayed here with family and friends - fabulous house for a group. It comfortably fits 3-4 families.
The kids loved the large bunk room, their own TV room downstairs and the spa!
The kitchen must have been fairly recently renovated and was very nice to use - the upstairs kitchen / dining / living area is a great social space.
It was very cold in Rotorua when we stayed, but the fire and plenty of heaters around the house kept us warm.
Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect property for our group
The house was perfect for our group of friends, having downstairs area for kids to sleep and hangout in the 2nd lounge was ideal. Nice quiet area and still in easy location to everything too. We would come back for sure.

We found this house to be well size for our extended family who were travelling for the Tarawera Ultra Marathon. The kitchen is very nice with plenty of kit (glasses, plates etc.)
Two things for improvement, 1) update the bathrooms, they don't match the newness of the kitchen. 2) some more new/sharp kitchen knives. Neither of these stopped our enjoyment of the property, I would stay again.

Beautiful Home

Excellent!
The house is conveniently located within short drive to most of the Rotorua attractions. All the beds are comfortable, clean linens and towels provided which allowed us to pack less. Spa is really nice. Safety gate on top of the stairs gives us peace of mind for our toddler.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this house. Thank you!

The house is very clean, welcoming and in a great location. Great for families.
It is so nice to enter a home that is welcoming. The owner and property manager takes pride in this home and you feel it went you arrive. There are plenty of beds, very clean and in a great location. My kids appreciated the WiFi and TV channels available as well as the space.

GREAT STAY
This house was great!!! So much space & so many rooms - the bunk room had soooo many beds you could fit a whole sports team in this house no problems. Dealing with Becs was great & she was able to change things for us when things changed at short notice. I did have an issue at the house but calling the number given we got a response straight away - we did find it was us in the end & not the Spa pool that had the issue lol but the lady who we got on the end of the phone was still helpful & patient with us. Would definitely come back again on a trip to Rotorua

Amazing home for families to stay
This home has everything you need. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to rent. Beautiful outlook, spacious, clean lots to keep kids entertained. We will definitely be back.

Such an amazing property! We knew this home would cater for all our needs but it definitely exceeded our expectations on arrival.
It was warm, cosy and smelt divine when we arrived. The beds were super comfy for our aching bodies and the spa area was perfect for socialising.
