We showed up to a unit with no heat, a broken fireplace, no shuttle bus pass like stated in agreement, and after being advertised "Pet Friendly" we were told we weren't supposed to bring our pets. (EVEN THOUGH THE FRIDGE HAS INSTRUCTIONS FOR PETS). It took 3 hours and several different agents in the middle of our 2 day stay to get anything even remotely rectified. After staying in several areas of the village i can promise you this one is lacking far behind any of the others. Won't be touching another property with Vacasa's name on it again. Head office should look into retraining property managers and support workers.

Having been in this unit in Sept.2021 and it was a lovely visit so I booked it again in June 2022. Sadly the unit was not cleaned properly and the carpets smelled of stinky feet. Guess I am cancelling my September 22 planned visit. What a shame.

Incredible location near all the ski and snowboard rentals. 5 minute drive to the base of mountain. Plenty of free parking at blue mountain. The condo had all the essentials in the kitchen and toiletries. Very nice. 5 out of 5. Will stay Again soon!

It was very clean and we had a pleasant stay. There is a certain smell stuck to the room which was a little unpleasant but after airing it out, it becomes bearable. Other than that, we enjoyed staying very much.

Hiking trail right off the parking lot takes you up to the top of the ridge and connects to the trail that goes all the way to a blue mountain resort restaurant and the gondola down to the village; very steep at the beginning, we had to stop several times on the way up- but easy after that...
Shared saltwater pool is well maintained and clean; hot tub was in use, but the jets were not functioning and the water was visibly dirty. Gross...
Short walk to blue mountain village, where everything is awesome but terribly expensive ... we dined there the first night and then hiked & picnic’d for a couple of days, made dinners and breakfasts in the unit and caught a movie in an empty theatre in Collingwood the night before we left. Gas bbq would be a welcome addition- there are charcoal bbq’s available all over the place and are apparently all that are permitted...
Check out the ‘scenic caves’, not really caves but more like ice-split deep canyons and granite cliffs with centuries of cedar overgrowth and moss and ferns... it was really cool, and miles of great trails thru old growth forest too, groomed but otherwise pretty much untouched for 80 years or so if I understand the history...
The unit itself is a one bedroom apartment with a small but modern kitchen and adequate bathroom; bed was super comfortable with plush comforter that we kicked off whenever we weren’t running the AC at full blast; lighting could be a little better over the dinner table but adequate; the 4 digit door lock is easy to open, but ridiculously slow to lock when you are leaving- you have to use the code to lock the door but you have to wait for it reset before you leave - I’m assuming there’s a shortcut that I didn’t figure out in the few days we were there... I’m nitpicking at this point...
We booked at something like $260 a night around end of May for a July date; was going for $143/night for August bookings the last time I looked. No idea what it goes for in ski season. I’d rent this unit again for sure...

Condo 505 at North Creek Resort The Blue Mountains, ON was excellent. The condo was gorgeous. It exceeded my expectations. Everything is there for you. From towels, to paper towels to pots and pans, utensils. I couldn't believe it. It made my stay less stressful. I only had a few issues that could be improved. That being said the checking and checkout times could be improved. I found 4 pm checkin and 10 am checkout times to be to early and to late. Maybe 3 pm checkin time and 11 am checkout time? Also the hot tub was not working at the time of my stay. I was disappointed because I really wanted to use it but couldn't. I was looking forward to soaking in it after a long day of sight seeing. My last complaint is about the people who stayed above me. They would stomp on the floor at late hours and I didn't sleep well the entire stay. I was very angry about that. I mean can't people be a bit more considerate of other people and not stomp on the floor. You can walk without stomping. Hopefully my next stay the people who are above me are alot more aware of the people below them. Overall I was very impressed with North Creek Resort and would definitely stay there again.

Great stay but one MAJOR thing missing!
We enjoyed our stay and location. However we were told we would be getting an email with shuttle details. We did not and it was a major set back for us. We could not find the details and were unable to contact anyone to get details. We ordered a cab that we waited for for 35 min then took our car to get to the village for dinner. This meant we could not celebrate our honeymoon with drinks as planned. The next night we walked down a dark unsafe highway to get to dinner. On our way back we saw a shuttle however cold not use it as we had to book a ride. Again we had a dark cold walk back. We were extremely upset by this oversight of not getting the details and basically ruined our stay.

Nice cozy p;ace with outdated amenities.
Heater in living-dining area was broken . Fire place was just nice to see , but no heat (fan) was working .
Cold air draft under the terace door and windows was unberable.
Unit was very clean and staff tried to make us as comfortable as posible .They brought 2 portable heaters but still was to cold down close to the floor .
All together very nice place but because of low temperatutres over night ( -23 C ) we had to shorten our stay.

Great location
Disappointed with the cleanliness of this unit. It needs a deep clean. The main areas were tidy but it was not clean. Food in the floor below the stools, dishes in the dishwasher that although were clean - were not. Food on the kitchen walls, pots and pans dirty, cutlery with food baked on, hair on the shower walls and on the ceiling, heaters and wall art not dusted - just not clean anywhere. Vacasa did an excellent job in following up but once I was in, I did not want to have someone in to clean.

Chintzy and missing essentials but expensive
We stayed over Christmas at this place with our dog. The listing said "fireplace," but it was an electric one -- and didn't even work consistently. The electric heating system is very old and works on movement sensors, so it was either freezing cold or incredibly hot and we kept having to turn it off and on. As well, some basics were missing, such as missing batteries in the remotes, only two coffee filters, and just two soaps for the dishwasher - very chintzy.. Finally, the photo we got pictured and listed a hot tub that looked like it was next to our condo or right in front. But no hot tub - when I called management, which was in Florida; they said they had no office in Blue Mountain. We called for the replacement of batteries, filters, etc the repair people were friendly, but even they commented that the condos we were in were old and needed upgrades. The office said that someone would phone me to compensate us, but nobody phoned. We did have someone stop by with a bottle of wine, but that was it. We would definitely not stay there again. Cheap and chintzy and false advertising and so expensive.

Weekend escape
This was a very lovely space. The only thing we could find was a cutting board. The location was great. We went into the village to look around and walk.

It was very difficult to contact the property manager because no one was on site.
We were unable to lock the door to go for dinner after we arrived. We called four different people who were unable to tell us how to do it. We waited 2 hrs before anyone came. The last person, Beth was the only one who seemed to take our situation seriously she insisted that someone would assist us and she stayed on the line until someone came.
Written instructions should be made for unlocking and locking the doors.

Lovely condo - had everything you need! Easy 20 min. walk to the Village. Only suggestions: include simple instructions to open and close the door and the keypad on the door - there is a key hole on the lock and the tendency is to look for a key, and please replace the blow dryer (did not work).

Nice!
This is the 4th unit at North Creek Resort that we have stayed in this summer. All the units were clean and functional. However, of the 4 units, this one one comes out on top in terms of attention to the little things - for example, appliances (small and large) that are just a bit nicer, appropriate quantities of dishes, cups, cutlery, etc. You can run the dishwasher and still hear the tv or get some rest. The couch appears to have been replaced not too long ago and is quite comfortable. Would definitely be very happy staying here again.

Great condo!
Condo 505 was a great home-base for visiting the Blue Mountains region. The pictures were exactly as shown and it included all the essentials you might need. We particularly enjoyed the south-facing deck, as we got some great afternoon sun. It was also spacious enough to have dinner out there too. The pool was great, although generally busier in late afternoons. The walk to the Village was a pleasant 15 minutes. Plenty of towels supplied and the bedding was fresh and high quality. As our two daughters were sharing the pull-out, we did have to buy an extra blanket as only 1 extra blanket was supplied. Also, only four pillows were supplied, so if you like extra pillows might be worth it to bring your own. The only downfall to this condo is that these buildings are of early ‘90s wood frame construction, and being the ground floor, you can hear a lot of the movement from the unit above. It was fine all week, but a more boisterous group arrived on Friday night and kept us up for most of the night.

I stayed in this condo with 3 other friends and it was super cozy and perfect for four. The only thing was that the fridge was not working so our food did not last us the 2 days. Other than that it was great!

Nice little suite in this complex, however you can hear every little movement of the guests in the unit above! Also the fridge was broken, maintenance tried to repair but we ended up receiving a cooler w ice to put our food & drinks in!

Blue Mountain ski trip
My family of three (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at condo 505 and had a lovely little ski vacation. Well appointed and very clean. Small space but suited our needs perfectly.
