My friends and I had a great stay

My girlfriend and her brother stayed 4 days in this beautiful home, we loved the neighborhood. Easy access to restaurants, entertainment, as well as highway access. Quiet neighborhood, great place for a family to stay in, we did take a look at a few home in the neighborhood. Plan on moving to Albuquerque soon, and this neighborhood is #1 on our list. The homeowner was also very helpful, easy to get ahold of. He also offered any services if needed, we definitely will stay here again, and I do recommend if you have a family to stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of open space for everyone to enjoy.👍

I won’t say all that was wrong but this house needs some love and TLC. Missing the mark in many areas.

Plenty of space for 5 adults, a baby, and a dog. There is a comfortable living room, a large kitchen, and a fenced backyard, A nice suburban home. It suited all our needs very well.

This property was super cozy and in a quiet neighborhood! The king bed was comfy (and I heard no complaints about the bedroom by the kitchen either) and it was nice to have two bathrooms - though the king bedroom's was pretty tiny. The oven and stove top worked well and the kitchen had enough pans to make breakfast and cook comfortably. the backyard is pretty big and would be nice to relax outside too! There were enough linens in the rooms as well as in the hallway closet to take care of everyone staying, so that was a plus as well. Host was kind when I interacted with them and everything was clear in the house rules binder. I would absolutely recommend them if you are in the ABQ area, as my first VRBO experience, this home certainly exceeded my expectations.

Was very easy to communicate with the owner. The house was advertised and met our needs.

Perfect size home for me and my parents, with some extra room for the nephew to visit and run around! Super comfy beds were an awesome plus as well. Would definitely stay again

Very nice, kitchen had everything you need to cook minus a couple things. Big living room, fenced yard for my doggies. Comfortable beds. Great place, had to request another night, host was very accommodating, Great Place

The property was in a good location, and overall a good rental. The blinds on the back doors need a bit of work and there was pet hair on a lot of the pillows and blankets and the master shower was very slow draining. These are minor things and would not prevent me from recommending this location to others.

Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable stay and very relaxing. Host was awesome. Enjoyed the house.

Joel is a nice host who was very responsive to our requests. He provided the access code ahead of time because he knew we would be on the road. He also contacted his maid service to look for my wife's wedding ring, which she thought she may have left there by mistake. The home is spacious and has a large, fenced yard. We would recommend replacing the couches in the family room.

as the title indicates, this is why I chose this VRBO. It was more usable for a large family on a budget than for us. Owner responded with some missing items while we were therebut overall the owner needs to view other properties for some ideas on staging , cleaning and supplies.

The location of the property was great! There is a lot in the area to do. I love the quietness of stay as well. Everything was just as listed. Thank you.

Check in and communication w host downgrades due to being told that we couldn't get property address until the day before. I looked that up in VRBO policy and it is 30 days. No real problem because VRBO automatically sends address 30 days before. I was just surprised host didn't know this. House OK, but a number of mainly maintenance issues need to be addressed with possible code violations; ceiling fan with extension cord to wall socket that is pulling away from wall. Steps into garage, patio, and at front door awkward and borderline dangerous. Silverware shortage eg 2 table knives. No toaster? Admittedly I didn't let him know, but we believed things like the last 2 are no-brainers, and the safety issues would have been obvious. Very nice back yard/patio that we enjoyed. House very clean.

We needed a space to live for awhile in the midst of trying to buy a house, and this house was a perfect temporary space! We wanted an area where our toddlers could play safely and was close to the grocery store and more. This completely fit our needs! Joel was very kind and very considerate of what we needed, so easy to work with!

We stayed with Joel while we moved my daughter cross country. Great house. Cute Northeast neighborhood close to everything you need. We loved having the patio space to enjoy the weather. Joel was communicative and easy to work with. We hope to stay again in the future when we visit ABQ!

The house fit our needs perfectly. It is a well kept property, in a nice neighborhood. It was close to a lot of attractions. We used it for our home base. We went for a hot air balloon ride, enjoyed shopping in Old Town and went for a train ride. We would stay here again

We loved the house, it is in a cute older neighborhood that is not super close to the downtown area or plaza, but not a far drive. We were aiming to be closer to the airport for a 6:00 a.m. flight and this fit the bill. Beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains from the home.

The property needs some tender care--deeper cleaning, repair of numerous small items, etc. It is convenient from the highway and not far from hiking. The neighborhood has a lot of large, aggressive dogs; they were behind fences but unnerving when walking in the neighborhood.

Great location on the east side, sunrise over the mountains is nice! Overall cleanliness was decent, however some pet hair was on the couches during our stay. Excellent selection of kitchen supplies! Communication with the property owner was very fast and he was easy to work with. We are glad we stayed.
