(Cucina) Moderno e completamente attrezzato con lavastoviglie, forno con grill e piano cottura in vetroceramica, forno a microonde, tostapane, bollitore, lavatrice e frigorifero / congelatore e seggiolone. (Sala da pranzo) tavolo rotondo in pino con quattro sedie abbinate. (Area coperta da cucina) con panca da picnic. (Salotto) con due divani letto in pelle TV Lettore DVD, porte finestre che conducono sul balcone e quattro sedie. (Servizi igienici al piano superiore). Each year we book a long weekend in early July to celebrate our anniversary. Weather the weather is good or bad the location is magical. The apartment is perfect, to be on the beach is such a treat, the staff are lovely, everything you need has been thought of. I would recommend for anyone wanting a moment away from the real world!

Lovely, modern, warm, nice decor, comfortable apartment. Had everything you could want. Fabulous location right on the gorgeous sandy beach. Would certainly recommend and we will return asap. Really good cafe underneath. Great food and very friendly welcoming atmosphere.

The house is amazing and situated so close to the beach, it is fully equipped (except a tea towel) and our stay was so relaxing. Will definately be returning.

Wonderful apartment right on the beach. Fall asleep to the sound of waves. Easy access to local restaurants and bus service to Rye. Loved It!

It was an amazing holiday. The location of the apartment was on the beach, the property was immaculate.

Overall very good. A couple of small improvements would have helped a lot. The shower does not drain very well and overflows, there were only two part used toilet rolls in the apartment. There was no washing up liquid. There is a dishwasher but we were only left one dishwasher tablet for our 3 night stay. Also, this is advertised to sleep 6 people. The camp bed in the living room is not very good at all. Luckily there were only 5 of us so 4 of us had a bed, and the fifth just slept on the sofa.

Last minute booking
Weather forecast was great so last minute booking. What a gem of a place!
Roll out of bed onto the beach!
3* for neighbourhood only because of drunk youths at night and the 5.30am wake up of the tractor and rake cleaning up after said youths and the idiots who leave their rubbish on the beach but DON’T let that minor inconvenience put you off because unless you’re loaded and can afford a house on the beach this is the next best thing. Comfortable accommodation even with 5 adults. Lots of places to eat and drink locally but also equipped well enough to self cater too.

We booked a short stay with our small children and they absolutely loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely book again.

After two years of cancelled holidays we finally booked one we were looking forward to only to have a phone call the day before that we had been double booked. The host apologised and asked what we wanted to do but as we did not want to let the children down & was such short notice we agreed to go still. The host promised us a free dinner which we did not receive and we left a day early as we were too overcrowded. We were downsized from a two bedroom with three children aged 14 11 and 1 to a one bed which was completely too small for us all. Very sad that our holiday was ruined and we had to leave a day early as the children were too uncomfortable. I have contacted host about a courtesy stay but have had no response unfortunately so hope this does not happen to anyone else.

The property has everything you need for a very comfortable stay including lots of stuff that isn’t included in the description from hair straighteners to kites and fishing nets. Oh and there is a handy Bluetooth speaker built in to the desk. Beds and sofa are extremely comfortable and there are plenty of extra pillows and bedding. The kitchen has absolutely everything your one at home does, including dishwasher and Tassimo coffee maker. The wi fi is brilliant and copes very well with multiple streaming. The staff in the cafe below are absolutely brilliant, not only is the food fantastic but the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. We will definitely be returning soon.

This apartment is everything you need for an adventure by the sea, what ever the weather. Today is our last day and we are very sad to be going. Unbelievable location
We loved the flat and actually being on the beach. It was well furnished and comfortable. Our only comment was that it was tired in places and needed some maintenance. The following were issues -
2 blinds did not close and the blind in one bedroom was missing. The sliding door to the upstairs balcony was very temperamental and difficult to close. The frying pan is in desperate need of replacing. Some extra information would be helpful - instructions for the microwave, what to do if the electric goes off and a torch would be very helpful.
None of the above spoilt our holiday or will prevent us from returning but make it the luxury accommodation it is advertised as. Thanks

Lovely stay right on the beach
Great communication from Emma, we were slightly delayed going in but this was due to the cleaners being called back by the manager to improve the clean. House is well equipped for a family of 4 and the location is unbeatable!

Super Lage einfach traumhaftschoen direkt am Strand besser geht's nicht
Ein bisschen mehr Geschirr und Besteck wären wünschenswert. 5 Messer, Gabeln und Löffel, sowie Geschirr für 5 Personen sind ein bisschen wenig wenn man bedenkt das die Wohnung für 6 Personen angeboten wird.

Perfect setting for a holiday
We had a great short Half Term break at the apartments. The location is fantastic - surrounded by the beach and dunes, with children entertained day and night just by where we were. Lovely sunrises from the balcony. A very nice place.

An English seaside paradise !!
An amazing luxury beach apartment situated in the dunes, with everything our family could possibly want. We had most relaxing stay and it was perfectly located on the beach and close to the restaurants. We would recommend staying here for a unique seaside adventure !!
