Completamente aggiornato ma comunque caratteristico e carino, questo alloggio è la vacanza perfetta. Close to family in china spring, in the country and perfect for big family.

The house is great! Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Well stocked with supplies. The barbecue and hot tub both work great. My only criticism would be that It’s a little farther away from downtown than I thought it would be (about 15 minutes). Not to far out though. Would definitely stay there again.

Very well kept house out in the country. Big back yard to watch eclipse. Property managers were very attentive and quickly addressed our needs. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub and grill worked. Plenty of soap products. We brought our Roku and connected to tv no problem. Good WiFi.

We celebrated my mother-in-law's 80th birthday during our stay. This property was clean and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was excellent. This place is out in the country, but we got to most restaurants and things in Waco within 15 minutes. Quiet, nice location.

Aesthetically charming, clean, and perfect for our stay with 8 adults aged 20-83. Master bedroom and another bedroom with soft, comfortable mattresses, roomy, good water pressure. Room with twin beds perfect for daughter and elderly mom using walker. Brother and daughters boyfriend chilled up in “game room,” those mattresses were not that comfortable, however there were enough blankets to pad them. Definitely will stay again since my brother works at Baylor. Wonderful time!

We had a great girls trip to Waco and we loved staying here. It is a great location just a few minutes outside of Waco. It was very clean, nicely furnished, and very welcoming. We enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of fun. The property manager kept in touch throughout our stay, was very helpful and gave timely responses. I would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience with Donnie, Jess plus Brandy… the home was just as expected! The hospitality and communication was above and beyond all expectations! We would definitely stay with them again if we come back to Waco. I was in Waco with my four kids ages 9-19 and my mom. The house had plenty of space and plenty to do. Thank you again Donnie for your hospitality and kindness toward our family.

Hands down one of the best experiences we have had. The home was amazing, very clean and inviting. The host has thought of absolutely everything to make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door! It’s a very peaceful setting just minutes from Waco so after a busy day spending time with family and or visiting the sights it was great to sit on the front porch and just enjoy the peace, beautiful surroundings and just relax. Don’t pass this little gem up, you will not be disappointed ! Will definitely book here again on our next trip to Waco. Huge thank you to the host for sharing such an amazing property!!!

Set in a very quiet area, you have a wonderful vista of the cattle grazing just across the road! The home is beautiful, and the interior appears much larger than the pictures. Our group of 5 friends had plenty of rooms to choose from, and 3 bathrooms was a huge bonus. Our favorite thing besides the cute and comfortable interior were the porches! My only suggestion might be to add additional outdoor seating to both.

My 3 friends and I, all women in our 50’s & 60’s, stayed for the weekend and we absolutely loved it. We never left the house - played games, enjoyed the hot tub, cooked and relaxed. We each had our own room. Having 3 bathrooms was very convenient, kitchen is fully functional, laundry room, screened in porch, etc. Sometimes when you rent these rural properties, you cross your fingers hoping it’s as private as the ad portrays - this one is. You can sit out on the porch or in the hot tub and feel like you’re in a relaxing country setting with complete privacy. It was super cute, comfortable and EXTREMELY clean. If I could give it 6 stars for cleanliness, I would. Highly recommend.

Booked this property for 3 older adult couples to visit Waco. Perfect quiet location just out of town but convenient. Easy commute each day. The house was spacious, clean and meet all ours needs. Lovely place, lovely people to work with. This definitely has some of that Magnolia charm and all the things you could want in a vacation home. It is on a country road about 20-22 minutes from downtown Waco and the Baylor campus. Lovely sun room, games for the kids and a hot tub. We would certainly stay here again. A great experience.
