Questa nuovissima casa nella pittoresca Uptown Sedona ha lo stesso fascino e comfort del Peach Tree Inn, proprio accanto. Con vista da godere dalla veranda non rimarrete delusi dalla posizione di questa casa! La planimetria consente il relax e dispone di tutti i servizi di cui gli ospiti avranno bisogno per un soggiorno meraviglioso. Tutti gli arredi sono nuovi e sono stati selezionati pensando all'ospite. Le camere sono dotate di letti queen size e abbastanza spazio per gli ospiti per rendere la propria casa. Ogni stanza ha una scrivania per ricaricare telefoni e computer o un posto dove lavorare. Le camere dispongono di TV, quindi gli ospiti possono rilassarsi nel letto e guardare un film. Ci sono due bagni completi che hanno ciascuno una doccia spaziosa. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare qualsiasi pasto tu possa voler pianificare e divertirti con un grande tavolo da pranzo. We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The house was super cute, very clean, and quite comfortable especially after a long day of hiking and off-roading at some of the Sedona sights. Even better was the location - it was within walking distance from many local shops and restaurants. And the apple cider jelly and coffee cake mix was a nice added touch. We would definitely stay here again!

This has probably been our favorite place that we have stayed in Sedona. The house was so beautiful, the amenities were amazing and the location was perfect. We absolutely would love to come back and stay again!! Cannot recommend this place enough!!

The house was very comfortable and well put together. It is clean and spacious. I was with a friend and we each got our own room and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need. There are trails and restaurants within walking distance of the home. I would definitely recommend this house for a nice relaxing getaway to Sedona, AZ.

Although only two of us in this two bedroom house, it worked out perfectly. The property has new high end appliances and plenty of room. It is also @5 mins from the Main Street of Uptown Sedona with all the shops and restaurants you need. All round excellent.

This house made our stay great. We were able to walk down to everything. Lots of parking which is really lacking in downtown so it made our trip so nice not to have to worry about parking

What a gem! We absolutely loved our stay. The location was great, the home was beautiful and clean, and the amenities were thoughtful. This house exceeded expectations on all counts; Spacious, newly finished and fitted with classy/comfortable everything. Aside from the basics, this host clearly took care of the little stuff that matter too. The location is incredible; quite street but 1 block from all the Sedona shops, restaurants and activities. The house was perfect for two couples - a great location, clean and roomy. We loved our stay and Sedona! Check in was a bit confusing because the address in the listing didn't include "A" or "B" but the owner was very helpful and responsive so we quickly found it!

The place was bigger than expected. Very comfortable. Wish we had the e option for 2 twin beds so my kids didn’t need to share the bed. They liked the place, so it wasn’t a big deal

Two couples in our 60s stayed for 4 nights and we all agreed would have loved to stay longer - the place is perfect location, view outstanding and home had everything we needed - we enjoyed weather wise a lot of snow and high 50’s. Our two favorite walking distance eateries The Elote ❤️ and Sedona Beer we ate there twice - so close we walked back home to wait for our table! Will be back God willing🙌😎

A beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped house situated in uptown Sedona. Easy walking into town and good access to restaurants. An ideal base to tour Sedona and surrounding areas. The house is really well laid out and has everything needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend. We would definitely visit again.

Beautiful home, great location to uptown Sedona. Exceptionally clean and convenient to major roads to easily head up toward flagstaff and southwest toward cottonwood and Jerome or southeast to phoenix. Lots to see, food to enjoy and the scenery (even right out the front door!) is breathtaking. Would be worth staying an extra day or two to enjoy the comfort and relaxing atmosphere of the home. We give this place an A+++ rating and highly recommend it. Host was quite helpful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was in a perfect location where we could walk to many shops and restaurants in uptown. We lucked out and got a reservation at Elote, which is right around the corner from the property. It's also a very short drive to get to hiking trails. We went to Devil's Bridge, and it took us about 15-20 minutes. The house is nice, with two rooms almost identical in size. A full kitchen and a nice view from the front of the house. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Sedona.

On top of all that Genna the host was gracious and always ready to respond and help. The location of the house was AMAZING! The property was perfect for 4 adults. My sister & brother in law traveled all the way from the UK to meet us for an Arizona vacation. We had everything we needed and the property was decorated to an high standard and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend this property.

It was very nice with roomy bedrooms and bathrooms! Nice big doorways that would work well for persons with disabilities (we were not disabled though). One of the beds could be a challenge for such a person.
Great location to walk to Uptown.
Only negative is that one of the bedrooms should have been cleaned more thoroughly. The bedroom our guest used had long strains of dark hair in the area on the desk, chair, and some on the floor. It definitely was human hair and not pet hair. More detailed attention should have been given by the cleaning crew.
However, we really liked the property. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and had a great experience overall. The location is super convenient yet quiet. Views out the front window were stunning. Perfect spot for a couple or small group.
Beds were comfortable (one softer/one firmer), and linens were nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. Host allowed us to access the property early and was responsive to messages.
A few things we noted could use some attention: the living room fan was noisy and the thermostat was not accurate. However, HVAC worked fine and we were comfortable; did not take away from our experience.

We have stayed in several VRBO properties throughout the country, and this property was by far the best. The property was immaculate, and well stocked with paper products. The room were all spacious, and the front patio was great for relaxing. The location is convenient to the town, and we were able to walk to Brins Mesa from the house.

Excellent location, walking distance from things to do and great restaurants! Spacious home with cute decorations. I wish there had been a little better instruction on where it was located. We came in at night and weren’t aware that the entrance is on the cross street to the address given. The porch light wasn’t turned on, so it was a bit confusing at night to get oriented.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Sedona and in this beautiful home. It was perfectly clean and warmly decorated. The location was perfect for our hikes around the area and our Pink Jeep tour. We loved that we were able to walk home from dinner in Uptown. We would love to come back to this area and would definitely stay here again!
