The house is tucked away off the main road. Very quiet. Awesome view from the back portch. I saw a bald eagle every morning while i had my coffee. Would definitely stay here again

Place was great, but a few things are missing: Washcloths, dishcloths, only 4 teaspoons in kitchen, mixing bowls, another one or two spatulas, storage containers (many lids, but no containers), lightbulbs were out, especially on stairway. Another suggestion would be more seating in living room & a list of local tv stations(no streaming during rain). Also, some more seating for upper deck, some comfy furniture for people to sit on and enjoy the view. It was really hot, so we stayed in one day and the next day it rained.☹️ Place was very relaxing and all of us enjoyed it. This review is just a few things that need updated. Thanks again for a nice place for our group to stay!

The property was very clean. The rooms were very comfortable and each decorated uniquely. The purple room was supposed to have a pull out couch, I don't believe it was, but no worries, there were two queen blow up mattresses in the closet with extra blankets so it was very accommodating. The whole house is decorated so uniquely, with allot of Coca Cola memorabilia, allot of crosses and scripture quotes and saying. Very nice! Loved the Master bedroom! It's bathroom had two separate sinks, a shower, toilet in a small room within the bathroom, and of course the jacuzzi, which was very nice, but sadly didn't have a chance to use it. The Master bedroom is big enough that our daughter and her husband brought their own blow up mattress and stayed in it with us, still plenty of room. The view was spectacular!!! Sunrises and Sunsets are just magnificent from the balcony. Our group of 13 was there the end of June, beginning of July and it was great to sit on the balcony or in the living room and watch the fireworks across the lake and right next door. It was awesome! Sitting on the deck we also saw a bald eagle fly by, it was so cool! Just like pictured in the description of the listing. I wish it was a little closer to grocery store and marina, but we made it work and we had a great time. Can't remember if it was in the listing or a review, but it mentioned you should do your shopping and bring the things needed, food wise, so we did just that. Otherwise anything else you might need was already there, cooking pots, utensils, glasses, plates etc. Thank you George & Collie for sharing your beautiful home and Thank you Tresha for reponding to my messages so quickly, and answering all my questions. Sitting on the upper deck overlooking Bull Shoals Lake and watching the eagles fly by - it is so quiet that you can hear the water hitting the shoreline 300 feet below; we were reminded what peace and quiet really fells like. Even watching storm clouds roll in was magnificent.

We loved staying there! It had plenty of room for 6! Beautiful view of the water in the back and trees in the front. Absolutely loved the bird house in the front!

This place was such a blessing! It had plenty of room for a family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. Definitely had room for even more people if your group is larger. The layout of the house worked well and the balcony view is beautiful. I took so many pictures! The owner was helpful and got back to me in a timely manner when I needed something. It was about a hour from Branson, where we enjoyed fun activities with the kids! If you have a toddler bring a travel gate or you will have to watch them closely due to the stairs. I did not let me kids go out on the balcony without me being out there because I have smaller children and there is a spiral staircase. This is no fault to the owners or the house, just warning parents that have kids under 7. I hope to stay here again when we return. It was a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay!

We loved the location as well as the check in process which was smooth. Bed was very comfortable! Slept better then ever !

We loved staying on this property. The view was incredible-we just made sure the kids weren’t out back without adult supervision because of the drop off. There was so much space, even for 15 of us. The kitchen pretty much had all the dishes and cooking tools we needed to prepare and eat all our meals there. The space was clean and comfortable and we received quick responses to questions.

Chose this property because of location. Very nice house & very well stocked with everything you need! View is unbelievable!

We rented this to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. It was perfect. Enough rooms for all the kids to have a room and the grandkids slept on air mattresses and couches. The view was beautiful! Perfect get away!

Amazing home to just get away. It is a little remote so bring groceries with you. The manager told us that prior to coming. The lake has a million dollar view from the back deck of the lake. We did have an issue with the AC going out, but the owner pulled off a minor miracle and had someone there within 2 hours! So get ready for some back porch sitting.

Quiet and secluded.

This house had so many stories to tell. Very comfortable & amazing views of the lake. Location was perfect for our family getaway. We loved floating the river & boating on the lake. Then coming back to the house to sit on the deck looking over the lake

Positives: Amazing view, great family area for gathering, close to lake. Negatives: uncomfortable beds (master is a sleep number whose controls are not working) and home not very clean (stains on sheets and mattress covers, bathroom was not cleaned well). As an FYI, I have email the property owners and they said they are in the process of taking care of the negatives.

Loved our stay. The house was large, well stocked, and family friendly. Property owners were great and helped immediately with any questions we had. Highly recommend this property. Great view and close to lake accessibility.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids were all able to hang out downstairs (bonus that the hungry teens could use the kitchenette) and the adults were able to relax and enjoy some quiet upstairs. Plenty of space!! The view was absolutely beautiful regardless of where you were in the house! We will definitely be back.
