I book there every time I come in town to see my family.

I booked a reservation for two Queen size beds and the gentleman that I spoke with said like he was Indian, he charged me $104.60 for two rooms. I made reservations for and when I got to the hotel they didn’t have my rooms. the young lady tried her best to help me. my room had a big hole in the wall and a big hole in the hall behind the room entrance door.

Poor location. Many warnings about property being stolen at night. The staff was alright at best. Had to put down a deposit because the usual tenants of the location usually broke something.

Breakfast was cold cereal and outdated milk. The juice was mostly water. Very disappointing.

I ended up not even staying there. I mainly booked it for the indoor poor to get there and find out it was closed but not told that on site. Ended up costing me so much more for a last minute reservation someplace else

Bed was comfortable

Ist room we were told to go to was dirty (bed wasn't made, trash can not empty, smelled like marijuana). The marijuana smell hit us as soon as the elevator doors opened on the floor we were supposed to stay.

Staff were great! Very friendly & helpful.

Area looks suspect (gate around parking but it never closes) Pool & hot tub closed indefinitely due to Covid ?! No blanket on the bed or provided. Also, 2nd amendment folks no weapons allowed.

Room is presentable.

Room 103 toilet floater keeps running. Need to adjust floater. One big towel only for 2 people. Wrong faucet size for vanity. Curtains need a hook. The bathroom floor needs a drain cover. Toilet is not bolted properly. The staff is not conversant. Coffee is too weak. There is nothing on the food cooler. You have to ask for yogurt I will not recommend this place even on a one night stay.

there was no hot water I couldn’t take a shower the toilet was so little I could say for a 3 years old but the worst ni hot water also the attendee was trying to charge an extra fee for a tax and when she couldn’t find the reservation at the time I got there she asked me in a not so polite way where did I get the reservation from and how much did I pay when I told her the total price she said that it was so cheap and honestly I answer to her that I didn’t get it for the price but because I was tire unable to drive anymore that I card less about the price all I care was to have a bed to rest she offered me to pay there and cancel the reservation later but I refuse I won’t ever stop again there nor any hotel with that name brand

I didn’t like much about the property. the beds were decent and room was a good size.

there was a dead cockroach in our room, the shower/bathroom is tiny and it is in the worst part of Memphis possible. I didn’t do research as this hotel was a last minute decision but don’t stay here if you want to feel any sort of safety. it was in a bad part of Memphis

horrible service, room were dirty when I checked in had blood old spatter on curtain and the lamp and trash see attached pictures pay a little extra and go somewhere else..

after reporting the room the front desk didn't do anything ans said come back in morninf to speak to manager no one is there to help next day called and they hung up on me ans still charged with stay when I didn't even stay.. we went and found another place
