We loved the property. Owners were sooo helpful. It’s $25 to go to downtown Cabo, but this is not a party trip. Luxurious accommodations, restaurants and pools!

This is our 4th trip staying in Quivira, second time in Copola. Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo is so comfortable and charming, views simply stunning, condo is equipped with everything you need. We’re golfers and played Quivira, highly recommend. Some of the most spectacular views. We like to go out and cook so it was so nice to have all cooking essentials. Thank you for the very warm welcome! We loved it so much, we’re going back next Christmas. We rent a golf cart to tool around Quivira and also have access to a driver if we want to go in to town or other golf courses while in Cabo. We love, love, love the location! A perfect getaway! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

We loved the unit and all the amenities, the owners have a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The furniture was comfortable and the only thing we all found that the beds were not very comfortable. We enjoyed the area and loved the location and views. We only experienced a few problems. The first was the gas range dials and temperature indicator were broken and the property manager promised they were going to fix it the next day. Nobody ever showed up and I left him numerous messages. The big problem happened on our last afternoon when we came back to the unit preparing to get ready for our last night out at our favorite restaurant in Cabo, Edith’s. We came to the unit to find no power. After injuring with the concierge, since the property manager was ignoring our calls, they informed us that the property manager had not paid the power company and that they came and shut off the unit’s power. So we were in total darkness, no lights, no hot water, no AC. After numerous attempts to reach the property owner we finally were contacted by the owner and after a spoiled evening he was able to arrange for us to stay in another unit for the final night. It was sufficient and he also kindly returned some of our trips payment for having to deal with the situation. It definitely put a damper on the vacation, but at least he tried his best considering the horrible property management he has working for him. I’d be happy to return but I hope he finds a better person to help him out.

Hosts Rich, Carol & Maria have put their heart and soul into this spectacular condo. We were previous owners in the deluxe Copala at Quivira plan, so we knew well the perfect location for a quiet and well-positioned 4th floor condo overlooking the beautiful building pool and background vista of the Pacific with the Sea of Cortez. What a great choice - the owner’s excellent taste in decorating and attention to every detail made our 5-week vacation perfect! We also wanted to return to Copala for the world-class golf, many amenities, and great friends. This spacious condo is first class with some of the best ocean, mountains and golf course views in all of Copala. When having coffee or cocktails on the front deck - it is truly magic. Being retired, our lucky stay was for five wonderful weeks!! Excellent communication, kindness, and some of the most beautiful vistas that you will ever see. We will return ASAP!!

Views were amazing and property was in great condition as pictures advertise. We had one minor issue that was quickly resolved by the concierge service.

The rental was clean we had no issues besides the hot tub not getting hot after the first day but every thing else was great

This Capollo Condo was a perfect fit for us. Very clean, lots of space, well stocked to cook if you wanted to. Location was amazing with great view of Ocean, golf course, and other resorts. 4 great [pools in our compleax were so nice. Getting to visit the other Resorts pools, bars, restaraunts in the safe gated community was awesome. Shuttle service worked great when we did not want to drive. Short drive or taxi ride to all the action down town if you want that. Concier was very helpful throughout our 2 week stay. Highly recomend this condo.

The condo was in excellent condition and well-equipped. However, it was a15-20 minute drive to the center of town and it took me a couple of days to navigate all the streets coming and going without getting lost. Cab ride $20 each way. The food at the restaurants was for the most part average at best. Our meals from the Italian restaurant at the Courtyard were below par. The Mexican restaurant was just ok. Had two meals at the Bistro which were average. The 50's restaurant was very good The neighborhood was excellent but the location was too far from the restaurants downtown. Our concierge provided excellent service. *****

So comfortable for our family of 4 adults. Kitchen huge, more than we needed as I don’t cook on vaca. You will need a car as it’s far from everything. The washing machine didn’t work the whole time we were there; honestly we were ignored after repeated attempts to rectify it but in the end Maria gave us a 200 credit which was just fine! She was great.

The property was beautiful. The people working there were amazingly friendly and you get incredibly safe. We rented a car and it helped a lot getting around places. Loved this place! Would come again.

We had a fabulous time at your condo. Everything we needed was there. The resort was super clean and the sister resorts were also wonderful. The hot tub…awesome! Definitely would come back!! Thank you!!

A beautiful home with lots of amenities and sunshine! Staff on site are all more than helpful, with punctual and professional shuttle drivers. Prepare to go to the grocery store for most items as we were low on salt and coffee when we arrived. Otherwise very clean home with upgraded appliances and comfy beds.

The property was as described, both in pictures and amenitie. The main attraction for us was the patio hot tub!! Well worth it. A great and very convenient way to relax at the end of the day. Although, if you are looking for something close to town, this is not it. Yet, on the other hand it is clean, safe and quiet. I woukd hire a car next time. Karen, our concierge was fantastic. The owners communicate and answer any question you have in a very timely manner.

4 adults stayed at this property and we loved the location. It's a 10 minute drive to downtown, but the view made up for the drive. Once the hot tub got figured out, it was the icing on the cake. The only negative and it was our own fault, was there were 2 twins in the second bedroom. I highly recommend this property.

This property was in excellent condition. There were many things in the kitchen and the rest of the house that made it feel like home. We had everything we needed. The clubhouse is close and very nice. The view was wonderful and it was very quiet.

Had been 10 years since our last visit to Cabo and Pueblo Bonito. Just as beautiful as we remembered from years ago. Accommodations were exactly as represented and expected. Clean. Comfortable. Just what we needed for our getaway.

It was great overall. the Live TV was not easy to operate - we never got it going - but netflix and youtube was easy. The hot tub was not hot when we first got there - but the property manager had someone there the same day that we alerted her and it was fixed, so that was all you can ask for. Perhaps the host would consider having normal salt and pepper stocked in there as they have a ton of other herbs - but low on salt - we did find pepper - and perhaps coffee would be good for others - but we had some - so no biggie - just a suggestion. They had everything else stocked and the check in was easy as I use WHATSAPP and live in the area and I work in the resort - so all great there. Great view - great TVS air conditioners all work - everything was great overall.

We loved your condo. Beautifully decorated and homey. Our only suggestions are the TV situation. We recommend revising the binder for better instructions on how to run the TV…… we found it .very confusing. Also, the Master bath shower has very low water pressure. These are small but hopefully fixable issues! We are staying here again in December so we hope these issues are fixed by then! We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends!

We have been to Cabo more than a dozen times and this is one of the better properties that we have stayed at. Property was exactly as pictured in the listing. Karen, the concierge was extremely helpful and prompt in meeting us for check-in and she was available upon check-out of property. Really high end condo in a developing neighborhood developed by the owners of Pueblo Bonito Resort. You do need a car at this property due to distance from downtown Cabo and other attractions. Pool was not occupied the majority of the time we were there. We took advantage of the ability to go to the other resorts in the Pueblo Bonito chain and enjoyed the 20% discount offered for staying in this condo. Also able to use the beachfront location the Pueblo Bonito Rose of Medano Beach. We had access to fold out loungers and beach towels from the resort. We ate lunch at this location as well. The condo had beach supplies that we used at Chileno Bay and a fully stocked kitchen. We were able to make meals there. We usually ate breakfast at condo and before heading to beach would pack a light lunch. On arrival we utilized the clubhouse for late lunch. Really helpful workers and everyone tended to be friendly. An overall excellent value for price paid and I would not hesitate to book again here.

Everything was perfect! About 15 minutes from downtown which is the only negative. Would stay here again except we bought our own place!

Rich and Maria have a wonderful vacation property - everything was as described and would highly recommend staying at Copala 6403.

The place was just as advertised. Great location and amenities. Being part of this large holiday condo development has many advantages, including access to several very good restaurants - at a discount! The hot tub was a nice feature at the end of many evenings. Five stars!

The condo is as described. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. The views from the balcony are amazing. If there are any issues with the condo all you need do is call the concierge and it is addressed quickly. All that being said, know this...Copala condos are on the outskirts of Pueblo Bonito properties. And, yes, free shuttle service is provided to all other properties at Pueblo Bonito. Sounds good until you discover there is only 1 shuttle for the Copala condos with 1 day driver and 1 night driver. Due to the lack of drivers and accessible vans you will sometimes wait for a ride 45 minutes even though you've called ahead of time and "scheduled" a ride. The Copala van has broken suspension (which is unsafe), torn up interior and exterior damage. This is not the fault of the drivers as they are only trying to do their job with less than limited tools at their disposal. I noticed the other resorts on the property, which are management/hotel conglomerate owned, have several drivers and several well kept shuttles which ran like clockwork. The only conclusion I could come to is the Copala condo property owners are responsible for providing shuttle service for their guests and are unwilling to invest in the maintenance of the 1 shuttle it provides and/or are unwilling to purchase new/additional shuttles and hire additional drivers. I will go back to Cabo and I will stay at Pueblo Bonito but will consider one of the other properties offered. And, please, please...TIP the shuttle and bus drivers every time they run you from one property to another, TIP the waiters and waitresses, TIP the people that serve you, help you maneuver through your day, answer your questions...TIP THEM ALL AND TIP THEM WELL. They are all hard working individuals and rely on your generosity for their livelihood.

The condo was fantastic! Beautiful views, great pools and very peaceful. The shrimp tacos at the clubhouse might be the best we've ever had.

We have stayed at other properties and this was by far the best. From communication with the owners to the amazing service by both the concierge (Karen) and the sweet cleaning lady. Comfy beds, soft linens, higher end cookware and every gadget needed to cook. Amazing sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee in the hot tub and sunset down at the clubhouse on the beach! Instructions for everything which made it really nice along with a book that contained everything you needed to have a fun and successful trip. Copala is off the beaten path in the Sunset Beach resort/Quivira community but has all the amenities needed. A van that takes you into SB, use of all PB resort facilities and a bus that will take you over to PB Rose on Medano beach to either use those facilities or to take a stroll into town. Huge thumbs up for the wonderful and thoughtful owners for making our trip even better!

Beautiful space, comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The condo was actually a lot bigger than I expected. Quite community, stunning views from balcony and felt very safe. Very easy check in with the help of Karen who was extremely friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.
