Grande opportunità di soggiornare in una bellissima villa appena costruita con la propria piscina privata, a soli 2, 3 km di distanza dalla splendida spiaggia di Boca Catalina.
Inizia ogni giorno con un tuffo, in una piscina privata all'aperto. Condividi le bevande e rilassati nel patio.
Prendi le sdraio e l'ombrellone, in pochi minuti puoi fare snorkeling a Boca Catalina o fare un picnic sull'oceano a Arashi Beach.
Se ti piace cucinare, adorerai la cucina completamente attrezzata con piano cottura a gas, grande frigorifero, forno tradizionale e forno a microonde. La lavastoviglie e il lavello touch less rendono la cottura e la pulizia del tavolo un gioco da ragazzi.
Cenare in gruppo al tavolo da pranzo della famiglia o accendere il barbecue e apparecchiare la tavola fuori.
Termina la serata con una doccia calda, oscura le luci e guarda un film sul divano, oppure chiamalo una sera e guarda il prossimo episodio del tuo spettacolo preferito a letto.

The house was beautiful and we have enjoyed our stay at the house. However the beds were little hard to sleep on. Aruba is beautiful and we will definitely come back.

This was our second time renting Aqua Vista, and we will be back again next year! The home is the perfect space to take a break from the excitement down by the Hotels, and the space to spread out, especially outdoors is our favorite. Love the updates to the outside. Inside is super clean, and stocked with everything you need. Great communication with owner and local contact. Less than an hour to anywhere on the island - and tons of local gems off the beaten path in Noord. Thank You!

We stayed at Aquavista and had an amazing time. Geremi was a great host. We wanted groceries delivered to the house before we arrived but our flight was coming in late. Geremi offered and arranged to meet the delivery and have the food put away. The house is beautiful and clean. Amazing outdoor pool area. Close to multiple beaches. We definitely plan on returning.

The house was beautiful. Everything was very clean. The washing machine wasn't working properly and I called the owner and someone was there in 30 mins and fixed. Restaurants are close and your minutes from the beach. Perfect stay.

We had a fantastic day at Aquavista this month. Our first trip to Aruba did not disappoint! Our stay was exactly as advertised, the home is clean, beautiful, and well stocked with all the amenities you need for your stay. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels, as we were able to enjoy most days on nearby Arashi Beach. Communication with Serge and Ton on island was easy and Super responsive. The house is a great place to start / end each day, but it’s so close to all the action down by the hotels and multiple beautiful beaches within five minutes. We will be back!

5 weeks in PARADISE and what an amazing home we stayed in. I say HOME because it felt like home. Everything was immaculate from the moment we got there. Talk about CLEAN, it sure was! The pool is kept so clean the pool guy would come all the time, the large outdoor space was great for family that we had come to visit. They had all the amenities you could want. Wi-fi, Netflix, YouTube, amazon plus.
Large screen tv, bedding was wonderful. 3 nice size bedrooms, closets, bathrooms, comfy bedding tons of towels. great washer and dryer.
Anything we needed was done quicker than my husband could of done, lol. The location was perfect for us. We love the big rise areas and the beaches just minutes away. Never had issues with anyone or anything. I hope we can come back next year God willing. Thanks Serge we love your home, and thanks to Toon that was the 'go to guy'. Hope to be back next January.

The home looked beautiful in person. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close distance/drive to multiple restaurants and activities !

We spent a week in Aruba for the first time and aside from the wonder vacation we had, Aqua Vista was a wonderful property to stay at. It had everything we needed and was very clean and also in a quiet area, We wish we would have made the most of the pool but we spent most of our time out and about. However, the pool was also clean and well maintained. Serge was very accommodating on letting us extend our stay an additional day and we are very glad we stayed an extra day. All in all we had no issues with the property and would consider booking again in the future!

I ended up looking for a home with a pool to rent for our isolation so that we’d still be able to swim and play outside. I was terrified of being in isolation with my toddler in another country let alone without toys and things to keep her occupied! I found this home and all my fears were put to rest.
The owners were so communicative and understanding, they worked with me while I was waiting on finding out information from the health department (despite needing to catch their own flight). On top of that- the house is gorgeous- had everything we needed, so clean, quiet neighborhood, pool is amazing, and Ton, the property manager was the sweetest man! As we were in isolation Tom brought us breakfast and a few needed groceries, and then once we were out of isolation drove us to the airport!
Staying in this home was a great and relaxing stay in what could have been a very stressful and scary week for us!

Home away from home.
Like I said. Home away from home! The property is very clean and homey. It had everything we needed. Any questions you have. Serge is there when you need him. We didn’t really need him for anything. Neighbors are very friendly,Very safe. Do to COVID-19 we were very happy to rent this home! We are planning on renting it and for late 2022! Thanks Serge great host!
