House was perfect. Very clean, except for a little mold in upstairs bathroom. Comfortable.

This was my first time using booking.com to set up a vacation and everything was smooth and without issue. The house and accomadations matched the advertisement. The main bedroom was very comfortable.

I didn't like that there were not more cleaning supplies accessible like a vacuum or broom and dustpan so we could keep the house tidy as the week went on. I also didn't know when to put out the trash/rubbish for collection.

This was our first time staying in a home vs. a hotel and my family and I loved it. The house was clean, fully equipped with kitchenware for cooking if you choose. I love that I was able to wash our beach towels in the washer as well. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as well as the living area. The house is located close to Main Street and on a quiet street and the yard is impeccable. It really was a home away from home and we look forward returning next year.

The property was lovely. It was a few minutes walk to the Nantucket/Martha’s vineyard and a 10 minute walk to downtown Hyannis. Everything was provided

The air conditioning was not working well, it was in the low 90’s with high humidity. We did run out of toilet paper, and had to buy some, but that wasn’t that big a deal

Loved the outdoor area. The swing set was perfect for my 4 year old granddaughter. Loved the house.

There was a car parked in the driveway the whole time. I called the first person on the property manager list and asked about the car and to please call me back. No one ever responded. It was kind of unnerving at first because we weren’t sure if someone else was in the house. Also, ants were in the house by the first floor bathroom the last 2 days of our stay. We didn’t get instructions on what to do with the trash either.

A lot of loose handles in the bathroom like shower handle and tolet paper holder. The upstairs bedroom was hot.
