Service staff is responsive.

Furniture's are old and stained. Ants crawling on kitchen area. Very noisy aircon compressor right outside balcony. Can smell some smoke left from previous tenants. At first there was no chain lock and I felt unsafe the whole night. Next day maintenance came to install a new one which is good service. But overall the whole room is uncomfortable.

great location as it is within the Sunway Pyramid shopping mall, just step out is the mall, no need to spend extra travelling time.

the condition is a little old and lack of refurbishment maintenance.

No parking lot for the guests. Need to find by themselves. Hard to get parking space. Need to pay for the parking

Bathtub no hot water, towels and linen were dirty, no bathroom slippers (slippers was listed in amenities), light bulb in room spoiled, table and inside coffee cup has ants, no parking subsidy

I booked 3 rooms. The rooms were all rundown and poorly maintained compared to the price paid which is equivalent to the price of a double room at Sunway Pyramid Hotel with 2 breakfast thrown in. The kitchen utensils were also limited and the drawers full of ants/bugs. The aircond in one of the rooms was not cold and for the other rooms, were noisy. The wardrobes were on the verge of falling off! The room where the air conditioning was not cold have a stale and musky smell. The mattresses were hard like sleeping on wood. The towels were so old and worn off. To make matters worse, the towels supplied were not even dry! We were told the towels were washed downstairs and they halve no dryer to dry them! Just fancy that!

it’s all there. restaurant, shopping mall, bars and so much more to see. direct to shopping mall. clean and comfortable. i like that the window can be open to let the fresh air in. no ac needed all the time. it was an excellent stay.

the reception lady was not friendly. no smile or greeting.
