Great area and responsive host

We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again. Accommodating host that is quick to respond.

This property is in a great location for restaurants, shopping and hiking. Host is friendly and quick to reply to messages. Host does need to update listing as property didn’t match online photos. Living room furnishing were not as depicted and views of desert and mountains are now obscured by large storage shed and conex storage container giving an industrial feel. Property needs a good detailed cleaning. Kitchen not well suited for longer stay or meal prep.

Had the Best stay ! We had our Dog Kona. He had his own fenced in backyard with even a dog door! Place was clean and perfect location for us! Great property. Perfect neighborhood to walk Kona. The owner was So kind ! 100% recommend this gem!

The pictures are accurate, it's beautiful. We got to take a walk around the property one day and there was so much wildlife--quail, rabbits, mourning doves, lizards...no snakes, fortunately! And Ami was very helpful. We had folks over for a small get together and she provided extra tables and chairs. We were made to feel very welcome!

This was a very comfortable and clean guest house in a beautiful neighborhood with mountain views. The neighborhood was safe and walkable and conveniently located near restaurants.

We had a great time in Tucson; the place was bigger than we expected, super clean and comfy, the location was excellent, close to restaurants, shopping center and the aquatic center and in a safe neighborhood. Ami was great!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this comfy home with a gorgeous backyard nestled up against the mountains. Looking at the stars from the hot tub was one of the highlights of our trip. Ami is a friendly and accommodating host. Highly recommend this place!!

Perfect location for us. Allowed lots of variety for day hikes. Loved the birds especially the quail. Need to be a dog lover as three dogs will join you in the pool area! Trigger is a little more energetic than Ben and Bella. Slightly disappointed that pool was not heated other than by sun but very refreshing after morning hikes. Sad that we couldn't sit in hottub at night and look at stars as way to cold to be called a hottub! View from pool was gorgeous though!

We hiked Finger Rock and Catalina Park and all was spectacular!

Clean pet friendly property that has what we needed for a short visit to Tucson.

Ami’s vrbo was perfect for us! Ami, family & 3 dogs are very friendly & welcoming! Ami’s home is located in the back of a safe, quiet residential area nestled up under Pusch Ridge in the Catalina Mountains. We saw folks walking, walking dogs on leashes, running & biking. Traffic was minimal & slow so it felt very safe to walk the streets to get some exercise & take in the views on our off days from hiking. This 4 room unit (entrance way/living room, dining/kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom) is very clean and comfortable, has a well-equipped kitchen & bathroom, 4 person dining area next to a huge window where the outdoors is right there (we saw hummingbirds coming to a flowering plant multiple times each morning every day) comfy bed, sheets & blankets, couch, TV’s, & we especially loved the beautiful patio in the sun, secluded from any breezes during the morning coolness. The huge windows in the living room, dining area & bedroom (with blackout curtains for night) made it easy to be connected with the outdoors & the mountains, moon, stars, sunrise, & sunset views are great. The location was wonderful! The mountain views covered in a variety of cactus are lovely & peaceful. We had a lot of fun walking the nearby wash & streets to see quail, hummingbirds, bunnies, sparkly stones, cactus, hawks, & a wide variety of songbirds. Had a coyote howl outside our window one night & saw one walking down the street one afternoon. The sunsets here are gorgeous! We'll be back!

Ami is an outstanding host. She had everything we needed. The home has a quaint feel yet the bedroom & kitchen are much bigger than we ever expected. Most of all, the wall to wall windows and backyard have the most beautiful view of the foothills. She was kind and answered our questions about the area! We will be back again!!

Highly recommend this lovely little house. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies, laundry, etc. We loved our sunny little patio. Lots of storage for all of the stuff you brought that you thought you might need! The location is so convenient--on a very major road, and close to great hiking and some good food. Also easy to get farther afield because it's a major artery. We loved the hot tub after a hard day's hike. (Too cool these days for the pool, but it looked great.) We saw various birds (hummingbirds, cardinals, quails) and a coyote. Loved the dogs, Ben and Bella. My partner found this place, and I don't think he could have found anything that worked better for us. (We are active retired people.) Thanks to Ami!

We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very responsive to requests and even brought us a turkey roaster for Thanksgiving! The area is great and close to everything we needed in Oro Valley. The owner is so quiet we never heard a sound during our entire 10 day visit. The dogs were super sweet and very friendly.

I reserved this VRBO for my parents while they were visiting from out of state. Everything was super cute and very clean. Ami was an absolute life saver and and got things ready for my parents - who showed up a day early - with no notice. My parents loved having their own place that they could call "home" while they visited with their dog.

Conveniently located near Catalina State Park, in a very nice neighborhood at the base of the Catalina Mountains. The property was very clean and comfortable and Ami was a great host - quick to respond and helpful. My only regret is that I could not stay longer. I hope to be back soon. Thanks, Deborah

The Host was most helpful, beds comfy, area quiet. I Want to give a better rating yet rented this property based on the daily use of shared outdoors area and pool. Host did not notify until arrival that the pool pump had been out. Pool was green all week. Several large Dogs are friendly yet they are in and out of pool/hot tub, did not feel the area was sanitary. Private patio has unkept chicken enclosure nearby, allowing foul smell into private area and near entryway. Parking and access great.
