If you are looking for a nice, relaxing stay in Ubud, this is your place. The rooms are cozy, clean and with a nice aesthetic. The pool is very clean and beautiful, and the garden gives a very peaceful atmosphere. Food in the restaurant is also delicious , and the staff are very nice

Amazing stay! The hotel staff are lovely and the rooms are spotless. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in for a long time! Water bottles and toiletries included, breakfast was AMAZING and the wifi and aircon were great!

It’s a little bit far to walk into central ubud but doable! The road is also quite bad leading up to the hotel but some taxis had no issues picking us up/dropping us off.

Cleanliness, service , pool , surrounding view. They also organised a cake to celebrate our daughter’s bday. Breakfast was handcrafted ( not buffet ) and very fresh. Highly recommend this place

We loved the greeting from staff; they came straight away to carry our luggage up the stairs. Our room was spacious and clean/tidy on arrival. We had free breakfast included in our booking; there were 4 set menus to choose from. My daughter is vegan and I'd like to thank the staff for adapting the menu to cater for her dietary requirements (they even went the extra mile to buy in soya milk - brilliant). They offer motorbike hire for an additional and reasonable cost (you will need your driver licence) which is handy. My daughter also loved the garden hut where she could quietly practice her yoga each morning. Free beach towels are available on request to use by the pool. Thank you, we had a super stay and highly recommend.

We had to wait at least 30 min during the night to check in because the guys in the reception were sleeping, was hard to wake them up.

Hospitality of the staff, excellent breakfast and good vibe with surroundings.

Location is bit narrow road, two wheelers can get through it easily but four wheelers bit congested.

L'hotel n'est pas mal du tout, même si je m'attendais à un meilleur déco. Le personnel est adorable et serviable. La chambre que j'ai occupé au 2ème étage était très bien avec un balcon. Malgré qu'elle soit proche de la rue, on n'entendait que peu de bruit finalement. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais suffisamment pour se relaxer après une journée de visite. Elle est d'ailleurs plus grande que dans d'autres hotels.

Je n'ai pas aimé la situation géographique de l'hotel. Même s'il ne se trouvait pas très loin du centre d'Ubud, il fallait quand même prendre un scooter pour se déplacer car à pied cela était dangereux. La route qui lie l'hotel au centre ville et bondée de voitures et de motos, on ne peut pas marcher sans risque, pas de trottoir. La salle de bain, l'insonorisation pourraient être améliorées ainsi que de petites bricoles dans la chambre. La porte de la chambre se fermait difficilement mais ce n'est rien. On entendait les voisins dans la chambre à côté, c'était plus embêtant.
