I loved not being able to check in on time and not being able to sleep due to it being 90 degrees in the house and most of all I loved not having any management doing anything to help with fact that I reserved and paid for something that I not receive. If you stay here I hope you have a good time because I did not.

Customer service and the property management was horrible. The ac didn’t work, check in time was at 4pm and was not ready till after 5pm. The place smelled of cigarettes, floors were dirty.

Looks nothing like advertised

The property that was advertised was not what was given to me. It was false advertising. Not sure if they be overbooked and thought there guests would settle for something less than advertised. I did not even stay because it felt unsanitary and unsafe.

Only 30 Minutes walk to the bell.

Good location, clean nice place, with all the details on hand ( coffee pods, washer detergent, kitchen utensils, cooking oil, seasoning....almost everything. Recommend! Very good for family, walking distance you can get eveyting , grocery city hall, love park ....

Washer and dryer bit not match with other facilities. The bedroom at the end ogmf the hallway lack of wifi signal and AC is not colling enough. Luckily host provide a fan in the room, with open door it helps. Overall, very good place for family 👪, highly recommended.

Great space- 3 separate bedrooms and 1.5 baths for 5 people. Living room couch could have been cleaner. There were some ants in the kitchen. But overall nice space and walking distance to the theater we were going to. Paid parking in parking lot right next door.

the 5 flights of stairs, i was fine with it but would be a problem for someone with small kids or mobility issue. The bathroom was filthy, tiles were dirty and found hair in sink, water from the shower remained very hot and could not be adjusted.

The accommodation was well located and easy walking distance to what we wanted to do / see.

Sofa in the lounge had seen better days

Convenient location both in walking distance and to the train/metro. Trader Joe's grocery store was a short walk away.

Door code had a few issues, but all ended ok.

Unsafe stairs to entrance of apartment - should have been the main note on the location that there is no elevator. 2 flights of VERY steep stairs. Getting out of the apartment was also unsafe - significant gap in distance from railing from the first step. Railing is set up for going up the stairs and not down the stairs so is at the wrong level when going down the stairs. We are traveling so we have luggage. Very unsafe. Also was provided incorrect door code. Tried several times, texted, no response. Had to call. They had provided wrong code in email.

Location, size, cleanness

The stairs. It's 5 plight os stairs and very steep. Carrying big luggage to 5th floor is a mission impossible.

The apartment was close to the convention center 3 big bedrooms and good quality internet

Was not easy to contact the owner (only web page or cellphone message) for foreigners is not an easy way. There is no place to leave luggage, which, given the time of arrival and departure, is a major shortcoming. The neighbor is full of homeless using drugs on those streets

Due to maintenance we've been relocated to the top of the stairs (otherwise my evaluation points would be higher). Although it was frustrating, the apartment itself was good. Huge space, separate bedrooms for everybody, even a small balcony. Well equipped kitchen, dining table, big fridge. Check-in via cellphone (data is needed), doors are working by the codes provided. Easy check-in and check-out. Parking space next door (30 $/day).

We had chosen an apartment on a lower lever due to the seniors we were travelling with, and 2 days before arrival we've been relocated to the top. There were no signs of maintenance there... We had to pull our big suitcases to the top of the stairs. The promised refund has not arrived yet either!!! The top floor is a U-shaped place, it's big, and it means you have to walk a distance from bed to breakfast table or the restroom, but OK.
