Perfect

c’est un hôtel assez central qui permet de tout faire à pied. C’est spacieux et la vue est magnifique si on est dans un étage élevé

L’hôtel commence à dater un petit peu. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le coup et il est à un prix exorbitant par rapport à ce que c’est autant aller se promener dans le quartier trouver quelque chose de plus sympathique.

I liked the location

The congested elevators were slow but the doors close dangerously fast, the staff often didn't seem happy, no one cleaned our room although we called the front desk more than once requesting it. Instead, they gave us sheets to clean the ourselves which is not what we requested and garbage overflowed. They were very slow stocking pool towels so we stayed in the pool longer than needed because it was too cold to get out. Staff weren't accomodative at all when I requested an extended check out of only 30 minutes so that I could finish a zoom meeting I had coming up. Some of the hot buffet food was also cold on site(waffles), and when I asked for a to go plate for my family, they wouldn't give me an extra plate and cup for my toddler(whom I was holding and was also included in the hotel and buffet reservation).

We didn’t get breakfast there $20 a person was a little to expensive after paying for the room for one night but was great location for our musical across the street.

The pool was only 4ft and got lock out had to knock on the window and couldn’t get into sauna due to being out of order.

Everyone from management to housekeeping to the restaurant staff were exceptional. Cheerful, friendly, efficient and professional. The location was perfect. The parking was very convenient and the breakfast was amazing.

Our toilet leaked a little and the pool was smaller than expected.

Large lobby, good food at on site restaurant and very conveniently located for shows and other activities. Had its own garage with easy access.

A little rust stain in tub but rest of room was beautiful. Had a corner room overlooking city which was fun but ended up being really noisy throughout the day and even until like 12:30 am (drag racing sounds , horns etc ) I realize it’s a city though and to insulate the room from outside noise isn’t possible if you want a view of city.

The front desk staff was AMAZING! the young lady we had was awesome, she checked us in and gave us our cookies and we were on our way, The view we had was great, but the next time we stay I will get a lower-level room, lol, maybe not. lol

The room we had this time, wasn't like the room we had in June, the bathroom was a lot smaller than before, water was leaking from the toilet, so we walked into a wet bathroom floor, but no biggie. the ceiling in the room itself had like dark lines going across it, that didn't bother us too much, but other than that the room was " okay" for it just being for the night. oh, and the parking lot attendant, was very rude and unwelcoming.

Pool was small. Suite did not have bedroom separated from living area with a door. Elevators were under service on Sunday.

My granddaughters loved the window to people watch.

The heater was ridiculously noisy all night long.

I was to stay at the Doubletree Hilton after a concert. The concert was canceled. I was unable to cancel. Booking .com tried to get the property to let me book at a different time. Hilton as charging me the difference. Which was $115 dollars. So I stopped fighting. At this time I will not ever go to a Hilton Property or use Booking.com again.

1. The noise in the room. Outside noise was heard loudly in room. 2. There was dust & Dust webs in window 3. Sign indicating allergy free cookies and there weren’t any

The chosen colours of the carpet in the corridor. The internal a/c split unit cover was broken. The interior a bit old and needs a facelift

This hotel is not at Hilton standards. The rooms are completely outdated bringing you back to the 80's with low quality beds. The swimming pool was really bad, not clean, very small. Dont use this hotel until its refurbished. We paid way too much money for the rooms.

The very loud noise all night long not sure what is was but was a constant almost like a garbage truck sound

Very comfy and would come back, due to the little things: thoughtful bathroom set up (but needed more towels!), coffee maker in room (but needed more supplies!), coffee shop downstairs so could purchase breakfast and coffee and consume in room, very helpful bellhop. Parking was also convenient, and location was perfect.

AC was a constant challenge with noisy fan going on and off. Could not find a functioning ice machine or any access to ice cold water (bar unattended, no fountains) as we were leaving so had to get on the road without any in our water bottles. Would have preferred checkout to be by noon, rather than 11am - which we couldn’t find posted anywhere and in the end had to call the desk to find out (at 10.50am!).

Room was really roomy for 3 people

We loved the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. The cookies were definitely a great add on!! I need more of those!!! Amazing view!

Nice and clean in general

We were on the top floor and it was LOUD. Stret noise for some reason was an issue.
