No se respeta el descanso(a las 9 llegó gente nueva y les explicó todo,despertándonos), el baño lo usa la dueña y tiene todos sus productos y 4 esponjas q tienes q esquivar(es desagradable),la alfombra de salir de la ducha es para todos...el secador tienes q pedirlo y devolverlo(tienes q explicar si te lavas el pelo todos los días o no...) no repetiré

It was very near the railway station which was convenient for an evening arrival and an early departure by train.

I was informed that I would be met at the property even though I was arriving after the last check in time of 10pm, but arrived to find a key safe on the door. Unfortunately the message with the code for this arrived well after we did so although we could get into the block, I had problems accessing the apartment and on ringing the host, because of the language barrier I was unable to understand what she was saying to me until the message actually came through with the key code. To give her credit, she did ask booking.com to ring me to ensure that I had gained access. Once inside, this felt like I was going back over 40 years in time and staying in student accommodation. Although I booked with booking.com, this is also an air b and b property and I believe the other occupants are probably permanent residents, judging by the amount of personal belongings in the bathroom, etc. and the dog barking from one of the rooms when we came in from going out to eat. This wasn't really what we were expecting at all. According to notices in the apartment, there seems to be some system in place that unless you had booked a time to use the kitchen you couldn't use it and there were several people in there when we returned from going out for a meal, so using our travel kettle we just made tea in the room that night and again in the morning. We were aware from the description of the property that there was a shared bathroom and there was an additional toilet too, but it did feel very difficult to relax even in the bedroom, knowing that other people were actually living there even though we hadn't met them. I really don't feel the information offered on booking.com is an accurate representation of the property as you certainly don't have access to the whole apartment and we were not aware of the kitchen restrictions. Basically this is use of a room in a shared apartment rather than the guest house it sounds like from the description.

"After 22:00 pm I will not open the door to receive you". I have more than 10 years using booking and Airbnb I never received a coment like that. We explain to the owner that we will get late because a lot of streets on the city were closed to traffic due a event (pride parade). In my opinion there other ways to solve this kind of issues and not threatening to not to open the door. Finally we run away to get there before 10:00pm and avoid sleeping on the street. On the other hand, Eve sister open us the door and was very kind.

WARNING! This apartment is not what it appears to be. 1) You are going to live in one small dirty apartment with the owner and another old lady. 2) The walls are made of cardboard despite the fact that on the website it said "soundproofing". The noise from the outside roads is horrible, impossible to sleep 3) The owner was nice and helpful at first, the next day she said I can only shower for 5 minutes. 4) After showering I went to my room only covered in towel to put on some clothes. One minute later I hear the owner knocking on my door. She was screaming something in Spanish (We stated many times we don't speak Spanish, just English, but she didn't care). As I understood, she was angry about some water on the floor that dropped from my slippers. I tried to explain to her that I will wipe it after I put some clothes on because I am currently naked after the shower. She cussed me out, saying "she's not my mom". Of course you're not, because I'm paying you 50€/night. 5) Later that day I got a call from Booking, they told me the owner wants us to leave today. We booked another apartment right away, then the owner changed her mind and wanted us to leave tomorrow, refusing to refund the night. Summary: It's a horrible place to stay, stay away from it! The owner is not okay, screaming and cussing for no reason, it was scary.

amazing location! everything is close, especially train station:) also close distance walking to the Alicante center. Host is absolutely nice and lovely person :)

The room was next to the street and it was very loud. The room was a little bit too small and place itself for me felt a little bit dirty.

We paid for two night but we left after the first. We couldn't sleep, the room it's in a corner of two streets with a lot of traffic...so noisy. When you pay something for sleeping you exept to do it. The owner was such unpleasant and weird, when I tried to speak with her to explain that we want to left a be refound, she become paranoid and rude. The bedroom was not clean, the sheets were not changed, the kitchen was dirty, the bathroom too. My advice for you, don't spend money for this......search for another place! It's crazy this rate of 7.9 she deserve 3-4

Great location and fantastic price. 2 bathrooms as well which makes a difference.

At times it was noisy during the evenings due to outside traffic. Poor flexibility with check out times.

I needed to stay close to the railway station for one night

the flat was very clean except the bed. I think they forgot to change the sheets. but I was too tired at night to complain. The street below is noisy, you may want to wear ear plugs.

It's very close to the station, which is great after a long train journey. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and well-maintained. Eve herself was very nice and welcoming.

Stay in this room was very good and I cannot complain about anything. The room and bathroom were well equipped and very clean. Host was helpful and kind too. I recommend stay in this place during trip to Alicante for everybody. :)

Super friendly staff and helpful with navigation to the property, easy contact. I had single room, for someone who is tall the bed will be too short, for me it was fine as I am petite. Good clean facilities, 2 toilets made it easy to always have access as needed. There are few shops in the area, train station is super close and bus station only 10min walk away. Perfect place for overnight stay when travelling. Thank you.

The only downside is that there is a large road around the corner so there is some noise from the cars, for people who live in the city, that is totally normal, I live very rural so it was noticeable for me but I still had decent sleep, and it would have been even better if I didn't forget my ear plugs, my bad.

Great location, plenty of parking, big comfortable room. The hostess, who lives there, was lovely and friendly, you didn't feel in the way. Shared bathroom was not a problem, there's also a second toilet. Heating/Aircon in every room. Great value for money.

Great location for an overnight stay for a clinic appointment nearby next day. The hostess was very nice 👌
