Situació en un bajo/sotano. No hay luz natural, brilla por su ausencia. Baño viejo, ducha muy pequeña. Puertas no cerraban bien de los viejas que son. Por lo que cobrais y cobran fue un robo.

Great Location close to all the best restaurants and quiet perfect size for our family

Location was excellent, few minutes walking to the centre of trastevere. Small kitchen and fridge was perfect for cooking a few meals and storage some groceries. Easy to get the bus to the main tourist attractions. Neighborhood had some groceries stores and local restaurants and it was quiet and safe. It also had a washing machine which we used and it was great!

Shower was a bit too small and also a bit dark, probably because of the bathroom curtains.

Comfortable big property with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, fast and stabile WIFI, TV in every room and in the kitchen. Responsive owner, we got very clear instruction, so self check-in was ease.

I selected property only because in description was stated it located on the ground floor (no chance to use elevator with trolley). I would like to emphasize important moments: 1. The property placed at the BASEMENT. So guests don’t have any view from windows (even backyard view), and have to accept stay with walls view with quite high humidity and weak natural air ventilation inside. So even you wash your clothes, no option to dry it because of specified earlier humidity and missing of natural air ventilation inside. 2. There is air conditioner in property, this is good, but after it was turned on, appeared specific smell, (probably because AC required cleaning). 3. The property located on steep hill, to reach it by walk, you have to go last 15-20min upside or use steps depends on selected route. 4. There is no any groceries in vicinity of 5-7min walking.

Simone was a wonderfull host, booked us the transfer from and to the airport, always available, gave us good restaurant recomendations, I would say this is be best reason to book this property, along with the value for money.

If I have to mention one thing, I would say that the house does not have many natural light.

Excellent apartment. Large rooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen with all facilities including dish-washer and washing machine. Simone was very available and offered good tips on what and when to do. Perfect air-conditioning and Wifi. I'm only sorry that it was such a short visit. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Rome. Very good location - walking distance of Trastevere attractions.
