Beach Bungalow 2B/2B Private Pool/Spa, North End, Newly Renovated
Questa è una graziosa villetta unifamiliare bungalow sulla spiaggia situata all'estremità nord di FMB per 8 persone. Si tratta di circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e 15/20 minuti a piedi da Times Square e dal molo con circa 20 ristoranti e bar sulla strada. Tutto è stato rinnovato dal pavimento al soffitto. Vi è una zona giorno esterna recintata molto grande con una nuova piscina privata riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio. C'è un barbecue a carbone.
Ci sono due camere da letto. Uno ha un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali. C'è un divano futon molto solido che è a grandezza naturale e le due sedie creano un letto singolo o possono scivolare fino al divano e creare un letto king size.
Entrambe le camere da letto e il soggiorno dispongono di Smart TV Samsung da 55 ". Il soggiorno e la cucina si aprono sulla piscina con vista completa da queste aree.
Ci sono due bagni ed entrambi i bagni hanno docce walk-in.
Il patio / ponte a bordo piscina è coperto per cenare all'aperto. Vengono fornite sedie per la spiaggia, un dispositivo di raffreddamento, un carro da spiaggia e teli da mare.

The house was all updated. Loved everything about it. Loved swimming in private pool and jacuzzi. The washer and dryer is full sized and brand new. Quiet neighborhood, and beach access very close. Beds were firm and loved how everything was decorated. I really felt at home and will come back next Summer.

Great bungalow— super clean, close to the beach and downtown. Everything was great! The AC stopped working early in morning the day of check out but other than that everything was great. Maria was super accommodating and responsive.

Maria was amazing and accommodating. Great communication. The house was beautiful and fit our needs. The walk to the beach was short. So happy to see the beach getting back together post Ian. Thank you!

María has a lovely property ready and well equipped to be enjoy! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, we enjoyed walks during the day and at night. Downtown fort Meyers is a 15 min walk. We brought our dog with us and lovely walk to the end of the street as well to enjoy the inter-coastal wind and view.
The property itself is very well laid out! Everything is a as pictured or better! Kitchen fully stocked with accessories of all sorts, including BBQ tools and everything you can think of needing!
Maria was great in communicating with us. Flexibility of early check in or late check out with advance notice and possibly some small fee.
The pool was perfect to enjoy after coming back from the beach. We traveled with our parents in their 60’s, and our kids 10/12. The house was perfect for all ages. Spent a lovely Mother’s Day weekend there! Thank you Maria looking forward to being back soon!

This house is perfect. Super clean, the right amount of space and every amenity you might need. Lots of little extras are a very nice touch. Made some great meals in the well-appointed kitchen and grill outside...and the backyard is truly a relaxing oasis. Communication and check-in was seamless and owner was quick to respond to our questions. Couldn't ask for much more. Ft Myers Beach is coming back strong too. Don't hesitate to head down there and stay here. Wonderful weekend!

Overall, our experience with Maria and the property on Pearl Street was fantastic. The property was clean, newer looking, decorated well, and had everything we needed. The pool was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids, ages 10, 8, and ). We also were very impressed with how easy it was to get to the beach. The wagon provided by the property was also very helpful for our beach gear.
We contacted Maria a couple of times with questions we had, and her response time was just excellent. She was an amazing host, and we couldn't recommend her enough. We hope to be back to this property in the near future!

We had a great stay at Maria's home. The location is fantastic, the outdoor area is wonderful, communication with the host was great, and beds were very comfortable. We had some difficulties figuring out the heating for the pool and hot tub but when this happened Maria was extremely responsive. The outsoor space is very private and relaxing. The location is awesome - so close to the beach. The snacks and coffee with creamers ready in the fridge were a nice touch. The interior space is a bit tight, which we felt because of some bad weather during our stay, but totally doable for a family of four. Overall, this is an awesome spot in FMB!

I really could not recommend this home any more. They have maximized every space and made it a great week. The pool and hot tub were beautiful!!! I’ve stayed in several places and found this to be the best appointed with all the extras -could not recommend this home more!!! You won’t be disappointed

Stayed for 2 nights after spending 5 days on Marco Island. Was the perfect way to end the vacation. House is great for 2 adult couples looking to just relax and chill. Pool and hot tub are great and the house was very clean and had everything you could need and more in the kitchen and bathrooms. Easy walk to the beach and less than 10 min walk to bars and restaurants. Can't say enough nice things about Maria, the owner. She was extremely responsive and very welcoming. Highly recommended if you are looking for an easy, low-key getaway. Great to see the area recovering!

Price was great for location. Walking distance beach and restaurants and shopping. Ft. Myers Beach is on its way back from Ian! Our host was great to communicate with and available if needed.

This house was a great place to spend a quiet beach escape in the winter. It’s well stocked for a beach trip, and in perfect condition. The pool and hot tub are an awesome way to end the day.

Amazing stay! My husband and I came down for a much needed get away. The house was so comfortable and inviting and had everything we could ever think of needing. Maria was so welcoming! Instructions were clear, concise, and left nothing to question.

Great location as easy to beach and downtown. Good for 2 couples or small family. Both bathrooms are outside of the bedrooms, which is a little inconvenient. We were the first to stay at this place after the remodel from Ian damage and the pool didn't work. Since it was over New Years they couldn't fix for 2 days, but they did resolve with a new pump.

Maria place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and walking distance to restaurants. Her place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Maria was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions.

Everything was as listed. House was lovely, pool was awesome. Location great, bedrooms, laundry, kitchen--everything was wonderful. It was perfect. My husband, nephew, and dogs all had a great time. My husband actually said we will be back. He never says that.

Never say Goodbye
My family and I were doing a celebration for my parents who have both passed. I live in Cape Coral and the rest were all from out of town. It was a perfect location for all of us to enjoy family time. The accommodations were great and you did not have to worry about needing anything it was there. I was so pleased with everything and would not hesitate to stay again.

Great Stay-cation
This place is perfect for family, kids and pets. Loved the pool and jacuzzi was a plus! The home is stocked with all the necessary essentials you need for a relaxing vacation. The beds are also comfy, and we had enough room throughout the place to enjoy our vacation. Check in and out was also a breeze. We couldn't ask for a better place and will be back!

Great family get away
This was a GREAT spot for a family getaway. A truly short, easy walk to the beach and the kids (3 & 1) really enjoyed having a pool in the backyard. This is one of the only places I could find that was pet friendly, which is a huge plus! Communication with property manager was smooth and easy. We ended up extending our stay an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet family spot.

House was fine, and clean enough. Although it was small and main bathroom had a barn door which was odd. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Nice private alternative to the hotels.
We evaluated the lodging for our wknd trip with our pup for enjoying the off leash dog beach in Bonita, and found this property to be excellent for location, comfort. No worries since we had a quiet street, private backyard, and your very own pool with hot tub. Stress free stay.

Amazing location!
You can't get much better then this! The location is perfect; right in the heart of it all! The pool & hot tub are beautiful and perfect for when you want to switch from beach to pool! Our group was 5 mom's looking for some rest & relaxation and we sure accomplish just that. We will absolutely be back!

Great location and property
We were so happy with the location of this property and proximity to the beach with our kids. It made it so easy to back and forth from the pool to the beach when the kids needed some relaxing time at the house. The house itself was great and we felt very at home. Definitely looking to come back again!
