Grande casa per gruppi divertenti e di grandi dimensioni! Siamo in grado di ospitare fino a 14 ospiti in 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Distribuisci in entrambi gli spazi abitativi al piano di sopra e al piano di sotto e goditi la grande area con molti posti a sedere all'aperto e vista sulla Lookout Mountain. Il nostro seminterrato è dotato di un gioco arcade con oltre 60 dei tuoi giochi preferiti della vecchia scuola! Abbiamo anche giochi da tavolo, giochi all'aperto (cornhole, lancio della scala e yardzee) oltre a giocattoli / libri per bambini. Goditi una tazza di caffè mattutino dal nostro bar nel patio con una splendida vista sulle montagne che circondano Spearfish. Siamo appena fuori dall'autostrada, a pochi passi dal centro di spearfish, escursioni e piste ciclabili e parchi. Ci sono molti bar, ristoranti e negozi a pochi minuti di distanza!

Smart TV con YoutubeTv e netflix forniti, altoparlanti bluetooth disponibili per il tuo uso, grande cortile con posti a sedere e giochi all'aperto, seminterrato dotato di giochi arcade, giochi da tavolo e giocattoli. Molto vicino al centro di Spearfish. Tutte le strade asfaltate e situate in un quartiere tranquillo con facile accesso all'autostrada e splendide viste!
** La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size e le altre 4 camere sono dotate di letti queen size. Abbiamo anche 2 divani letto queen size nella zona giorno del seminterrato. Ogni camera ha un armadio e una presa intelligente per i dispositivi di ricarica.
** La cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare e c'è una griglia sul ponte. Ci sono spezie e oli disponibili per cucinare e qualsiasi cosa tu voglia usare dalla dispensa della comunità!
** Wifi in tutto, YoutubeTV e Netflix forniti e Smart TV nelle principali zone giorno e camera da letto principale
** Abbiamo giochi all'aperto per il tuo utilizzo tra cui Corn Hole, Yardzee e Ladder Toss. C'è anche un sacco di mobili da esterno per farti godere della vista sulle montagne
** La nostra casa ha un garage per 2 auto e un vialetto disponibile per il parcheggio
** Chiediamo che i gruppi rispettino i nostri vicini e mantengano basso il rumore dopo le 23:00 nelle aree esterne

This was an excellent home to stay in. Plenty of room and stocked with everything you need. We would stay here again.

Everything was very nice -easy to get to places -Nice family time - only thing we had no had towels for the kitchen so had to use paper towels. We also had issue with hornets by the outside door in back. We tried to use the spray which did help but for how long. Thanks for a nice stay

I can't say enough how much we loved our visit in Spearfish. We had never used VRBO before and went in with no expectations. To say that the bar is IMPOSSIBLY high now is not an exaggeration. Not only was our host incredibly thoughtful with how everything is set up but they were also very responsive, helpful, and so kind. We loved this home, and I have no doubt anyone who chooses to stay here will as well!

The check out process is basically make sure the garage door openers are inside and lock the door on your way out. If you stay at a lot of VRBO rentals you know that check out can be stressful. These folks do it right, they were also super helpful when I had questions and the property was clean and as described.

We spent a couple nights here with our 3 teens while touring the local college. This home was amazing! Everyone had their own space, which our teens appreciated. And we really enjoyed spending time in the theater room. We were lucky to have warm February temps while visiting and the hot tub was perfect. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and had beautiful sunsets to wake up to outside the master bedroom. This place was perfect, we just loved it, the town of Spearfish, and the surrounding areas.

This was such a perfect stay! The kids had a blast with the video games and the hot tub. It’s super convenient to have access to parking in the garage! Everything was just so cozy and comfy and we honestly can’t wait to come back.

What a great place, well stocked, clean and plenty of fun stuff to do. The hot tub was icing on the cake, hope to stay here everytime we come to visit our daughter! Thanx again Ryan!

It was a very nice home and had many useful amenities. The only thing I would say could make it better would be if the yard was fenced in. We had dogs and there was a neighbor dog that came into the yard and pooped. We cleaned up after it, but it wasn’t ideal.

We traveled to Spearfish for our mom’s celebration of life. Ryan’s home was perfect! Clean and beautiful which helped us through our emotional weekend. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend!

The proximity to the I-90 was key for our planned daily activities. We visited all of the local attractions. The house is close to downtown Spearfish, a wonderful, quaint spot to explore.
The house was a good fit for our family.
We communicated a few repair needs to Ryan and he acted on them right away.
Ryan and Lucas were very quick to respond to any questions we posed.

I have visited this area many times but never rented through VRBO this was our first time.
This house was everything we could have ask for in a rental. It is a beautiful house and has everything that the listing said it and more ! If you looking for a nice quiet relaxing stay this is the house for you. It’s located close to all the attractions in the Black Hills.
Ryan and Luke the owners of this house are only a text or phone call away if you need anything from them.
I would give this house a 5 star rating and will definitely rent it again next time I’m in the area !!

The home and property were both very lovely. It was quite cold during our stay but the house was very well heated and super comfortable for us. Ryan was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and was helpful with everything that came up. The wifi was extremely powerful and reliable, which was very important to us, since we needed to work (including video conferencing). One of the best things was how well stocked the kitchen was with basic necessities, such as condiments, spices, and baking goods. Easy access to stores and interstates. We would definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for four couples, beds were comfortable. There was never an issue of anyone waiting for a bathroom or finding places to sit and visit. We ate a couple of dinners there and a breakfast and the kitchen had everything we needed!
