La cucina completamente attrezzata presenta moderni elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, mobili bianchi luminosi, raffinate piastrelle in vetro della metropolitana e contatori di quarzo di lusso. Tutto ciò che puoi immaginare in una cucina ben fornita. Un nuovissimo televisore da 55 pollici. Dormi sonni tranquilli in uno dei due materassi Queen (uno morbido e uno semi rigido) con lenzuola nuove, cuscini fantastici e trapunte leggere.
Il patio esterno privato con un tavolo da bistrot e 4 sedie incastonato tra le palme di albero di Natale e felci giganti è pronto per il relax. Il patio è un delizioso rifugio perfetto per cenare all'aperto, grigliare, leggere un romanzo o sorseggiare il tuo cocktail o vino preferito. Lo spazio è illuminato di notte con l'illuminazione in stile lampadina Edison! Modo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata piena di azione in spiaggia. Abbiamo anche sedie da spiaggia e refrigeratori da portare con te. Abbiamo detto che siamo a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge del golfo, Bradenton, Coquina, Holmes Beach - e Anna Maria!

The house was every thing the add said. Very nice and clean. With children, the pool was a must and it was perfect for them. It was very easy to get to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

This stay was everything my family needed, and more. There was quite a few items that we had forgot to bring on the trip such as sunscreen, bug spray, small items, etc. Not to worry, though the host had that covered everything in the house was for our use, and it was very much appreciated. In addition, house was very clean and nicely decorated. Location was close to beaches and you didn’t have to travel far for activities. We had lots of fun and plan on coming back in the future.

Our stay was excellent! It far exceeded our expectations.
Very clean and well equipped. Communications with owners was great. Pool and back yard were perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time out there. Layout worked wonderful for each family to have some private space. Check out was the easiest of any VRBO we have stayed at. Location is close everything we needed and wanted to do while there. We loved it and are hopeful for a return trip.

This property was perfect for our stay for our party of 7! The home was clean and well kept. Everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed the pool after long days at the tournament we were in town for. We slept like babies on the super comfortable beds. Hosts were quick to answer all of my questions prior to arrival and made sure we checked in ok. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

The property is so easy to find and get to! I rented this property for my sister and her family to stay at for the week of my wedding! 6 adults and small 4 children.The kids loved the pool and it was close proximity to everything (beach, the wedding venue, restaurants, a Walgreens and Dollar Tree). The house plenty of dishes and pot and pans. There was also ample amount of linens and towels. We could not have asked for anything more and the price point was perfect for them! My new husband and I live in St Petersburg and are frequent visitors to Anna Maria Island/Holmes Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this house. The layout, the pool, the decoration. It was so beautiful and comfortable. It was very close to shopping, the beach and the town.. I would recommend this house to anyone.. We will definitely come back in the future..

The owners were incredibly responsive to all my questions and gave excellent suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. Perfect location and amenities for a family of 10. Spotless, organized, welcoming and had everything we needed. Pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, pack and play and stroller! Great location to beach and perfect for beach day then coming back to spend time at the pool. We will be back! Thank you!

This property is extremely well-maintained and beautifully equipped. John and Chrissy are so responsive, they answered every question immediately. There are no surprises here - the pictures are very accurate, the location is absolutely perfect, and amenities, (pool, grill, etc.) are in great shape, (no excessive wear and tear like you may see at other properties). We loved driving over to the island, literally a 5-minutes' drive. But we mostly loved hanging out at the pool, grilling, and spending time together. Lucikly, this house offers you both options-- easy, breezy! We'll be back next year!

The property was very clean and super aesthetically pleasing. The backyard was perfect for containing the little ones. The owner was very friendly and accommodating as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Its exactly what it looks like in the pics. Clean, well kept, nice pool, comfortable beds ect. Drive to the beach was quick. Kids liked it so much they wanted to always go back early from the beach trips to swim.

House was perfect. Spotless. Checkin was easy and owner allowed us to check in early. Perfect for family with older parents because master bedroom is away from rest of house. Pool area was the best part. Very private and well appointed. Water was a balmy 85. My grandkids loved it. Recommend highly!!

The listing and information provided where just how we found John and Chrissy's place. Beautiful home and the patio area with pool was great. Our kids enjoyed the pool area very much. We drove from Cincinnati to Bradenton, Florida making one stop along the way (6 adults, 4 children). This location is not far from the expressway and easily navigated by gps to the vacation rental. Upon arriving we realized we knew very little of what the outside of the location looked like. The property was very well maintained with only one small step off the gravel/stone driveway. We had 3 large vehicles that also fit easily. The house was absolutely perfect and the pictures do not do this place justice! There were 2 front bedrooms and hallway bathroom, fully stocked kitchen (with labels!), 2 separate entertainment areas, large dining room table and a giant master bedroom with separate shower(that opens to the pool). The outdoor space was the true star of the show. This large outdoor space was equipped with a large table, grill, and sitting area with lounge chairs. In the evening the heated salt water pool and ambient lighting, beaming off the palms trees, drifted you back to paradise… The owners of this property have thought of everything, extra plush linen, towels, and beach chairs for a group as large as ours it was impressive. Manatee Beach and Bean beach were also a short drive away. Needless to say we had a fantastic time. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Perfect Family Getaway
The owners have done a fantastic job in renovating this home. Everything was extremely clean, and came equipped with all we needed. The linens felt like we were the first users. They provided lovely dishes and glasses, both plastic to use for the kids and pool area, and china for indoors. the back pool area was beautifully landscaped, had a large picnic table, great grill, couch and coffee table, and even floats for the pool. I would definitely rent again.
