Super nice choice for families traveling with friends, especially with kids. Buying seafood and cook in the kitchen is a very nice experience.
10 minute walk to the dock is OK.

Spacious room. 6-8mins walk to Jetty. 3 mins walk to McDonald.
Aircond. I stayed in 2 different rooms before from my previous trips. Both rooms are stuffy and aircond not cooling at all. No spoon. No shower caps.

very comfortable to stay for fews days long.
but have some sign in mandarin languange. you have to upgrade to english languange in room because not everyone understand the any papan tanda in mandarin sign. and must have iron too. atleast can share the iron.

Good location not too far from Semporna centre, area is not busy and feels safer with laundry and McD nearby. Very big room with nice beds and toilets. Overall a very comfortable stay.
Contact number is Chinese, so not possible to call with Malaysian number, since the location on Google Maps is wrong (search for Tabung Haji instead). TV was not working, not much cutlery provided and not possible to cook without stove. Since card is required to power the apartment, fridge cannot stay turned on when not at home during the day.

There’s only 3 bottles of mineral water for everyday, if we need hot water there will be not convenient.

the code at entrance is hard to do on keyboard, the staff has little English skills and seems not to care. but far from harbour (15min away by foot)

The bed is extremely comfy, spacious. Very suitable for bringing baby or kids. And it has a nice bathroom with the super mirror. Everything is so well, we slept really well and actually one of the most comfy hotel during our stay. The lightings is extremely special. Overall I really love staying, the room wasn't as pink as pic shown. It's modern design.

Very nice room which was comfortable and well decorated. Next door to Summer Breeze restaurant which does great food. A shuttle was arranged to take me to the airport for 30MR which was useful too!
Hard to find (the map locations are incorrect) Look for the Tabung Haij (bank ?) And it is next to that.
There were also strict on checkout time of 12noon.
