Fantastic location, really as close as you can be to the Gondola without living on the gondola. Restaurants and supermarket very close by and a ski rental downstairs. Host was very friendly and overall fabulous

There is a bar downstairs, which plays music till late, not a big issue, but may bother early and light sleepers.

Good location, and a very polite host, Ski lift is 2 mins from the apartments. Very comfortable place to stay in, with a big TV in the apartments, and WiFi was stable.

My room (411) had no curtains at all whcih was pretty poor. The owner of the room is nothing to do with the staff so they couldn't help me. I would double check these things prior to finalising the booking.

The Suites New Gudauri (the building) is as convenient as ski in ski out gets in New Gudauri. The door from the ski locker room is 50m, directly in front of the gondola. The Gudauri Travel Apartments in Suites (the landlord) studio I stayed in is clean, comfortable, ideally suited for a ski vacation, and has a sideways view of lifts and mountain, so you can see the weather at the top. The bed is comfortable and the hot water, heat, and WiFi work. While larger than some Suites studios I have stayed in, two adults and one small child is the comfort limit of the space. Travel Apartments' rentals in the Suites have key lock boxes, so check in easy, if you pay in advance. Not all owners in the Suites make it as easy.

The apartment was magnificent, clean, and very close to the main gondola.

- This is a prime location - when you go outside there are pubs, restaurants, supermarket, ski lift, etc. - The apartment was very big, and the shower as well. - Everything is very clean. - Everything was very organized - Ivan (The owner) made it so the check in and check out will be very comfortable and can do in any time alone. - Good view - Ivan agreed that I should do late checkout. - PCR / Antigen test on site. - Free locker to the ski equipment.

- Be careful from receptionist. There is a young man there who serves as a receptionist, and he behaves unprofessionally. On the first day I arrived he took me to an equipment rental store which charged me an exorbitant price, and he was there and he know the price is high, and yet he didn't said anything. Also, he saw they brought me a non-English speaking guide, and he just laughed with the owner. When I found out about the fraud, and told him that my friends paid half of the price - he spoke Georgian to someone who was there, and a friend translated to me what he said later and apparently he was a partner in the scam. Plus, I asked him to guide the taxi driver to come pick me up - so he did not. So I didn't had stuff to relay on. If you rent the place - talk only to Ivan. - There isn't any free facilities, and in this price I think they should provide GYM or a pool or free breakfast. To enter the pool in the nearby building you have to pay an additional price of 70 Lari.

This property was so close to all the amenities - slopes, restaurants and ski rental. The staff were so helpful and friendly and we felt very safe.

The only downfall was no lift access down to the lockers but there is only one fight of stairs and they weren’t bad at all!

The location is amazing, so close to the gondola. very bright, clean and comfortable for a family with 2 adults and 2 kids. Check in and out is very easy and efficient, host is very friendly and supportive.

Good Location. Ivan - the apartment owner's representative, was as helpful as he could be given unhelpful reception and building maintenance.

Reception is completely unhelpful and tell you to contact the owner ie they do nothing apart from turning off your water telling you to tell the owner to pay! This happened to many people in various apartments during our stay. Then they will switch it back on again! They basically do nothing and tell you nothing and really have nothing to do with the apartments. Internet connection can be flakey. Electricity also went off one night. You must be in contact with the owner's representative (Ivan - who is helpful) via WhatsApp, otherwise no one there knows anything (apart from how to switch your water on/off) as each apartment is individually owned. Also individually furnished ie some have washing machines, most don't. Suitable for 2 adults but too small for 2+2 kids although there are some larger apartments. More like Air BnB where you need to know the exact apartment location, size and contents, and there is no room cleaning during your stay. Beware of 2nd floor rooms above the restaurant/club unless you like loud music vibrating your walls until after midnight!!!

Location could not have been better, literally ski in ski out with ski depot in basement of building. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Ivan, the landlord, was very friendly and helpful.

It was VERY basic. Just a kettle in the kitchen, spoons and knives but no forks. No curtains for the windows, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the TV didn't work. Not overly important to have television while in beautiful New Gudauri but we had a young child with us so a working television would have come in handy.

The stay was great, I must mention the host "Ivan", amazing guy who was always so quick to respond (even at-17°C) and helped us feel at home. He also helped us with luggage and quick check in/check out. The place is Highly recommended for all kinds of travellers/skiers because of the close proximity of restaurants, ski equipment rentals and fun activities
