Situato in una posizione ideale nell'isola vulcanica di LANZAROTE per accedere al nord e al sud dell'isola durante i tuoi tour in auto.
A pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia sabbiosa di Las Cucharas, nota per il windsurf, la partenza dalla scuola di surf e molti negozi, bar e ristoranti. Supermercato 5 minuti a piedi.
Villa indipendente composta da ingresso, salone con porte che si aprono sulla piscina con patio, giardino, area barbecue, sedie a sdraio e zona pranzo all'aperto. Lavanderia con lavatrice e stendibiancheria. La sala da pranzo interna con porte alla piscina. Cucina con tavolo da bar, microonde, lavastoviglie, piano cottura e forno, frigo-congelatore completamente attrezzato.
Al piano inferiore ci sono 2 camere matrimoniali e 1 bagno con doccia. Il piano superiore è accessibile da una scala in legno che conduce ad altre 2 camere da letto: 1 matrimoniale e 1 con 2 letti singoli. Tutte le camere sono dotate di armadi a muro. C'è un bagno al piano superiore e l'accesso alle 2 ampie terrazze private. Al piano superiore ha un soppalco che si affaccia sulla sala da pranzo al piano di sotto.

The villa provided everything as described and the owners were super helpful and quick to respond to questions and requests ahead of our stay.
The villa is huge with plenty of room for our party of 7 adults. Well located within easy walking distance of Pueblo Marinero.

The Villa has everything you need and more... The owner has done a great job in providing a very comfortable place st stay while enjoying some lovely sun Lanzarote...
Our granddaughter particularly enjoyed having a room to herself and a pool that she could both enjoy and improve her swimming too..
We all had a lovely holiday and will be back to Villa Isla...

The villa was exactly as described with everything that we expected. The location is close to amenities and yet sits in a quiet residential street. We never heated the pool as the weather was fantastic and it wasn't required. Overall a great villa in a good location that I will be thinking about renting again in the future

There are two double bedrooms downstairs with beautiful en-suites both have hair dryers. A wc downstairs, dining room, kitchen and a living room. Upstairs you have a double room, a twin room, a games room which has a sofa bed and cot in it, a bathroom with a shower/bath and access to the upper patio area. The kitchen is really well equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Outside there is a good sized pool with lots of loungers md a large dining suite. There is a washing machine outside and a clothes airer. Access to the property was well communicated and communication with Bernard throughout our stay was great.
The villa itself is really central. It’s a 5 minute walk from a well stocked supermarket and 7 mins from the beach promenade. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

The villa is a short walk away from amenities in a very quiet location. It is very spacious with 2 ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor with walk in shower cubicles which were good for my dad and myself as we both suffer from arthritis. Upstairs was a further 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and roof terrace. There was plenty of space round the pool. There was so much space we could spread out and be comfortable. There was a nice welcome pack left by the host and a dishwasher which was useful for the 5 of us. The villa was fully equipped.

My family and I had an absolutely super week, a mix of ages from 6 to 70+ we had everything we needed at the Villa and on the doorstep! The Villa is lovely, we were easily quite at home, communication with Yann was very good and Bernard was a friendly face in person. The villa is well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. We throughly enjoyed our time in the heated pool! It is a short walk to the supermarket and restaurants and the beach is also easily accessed - it is a fab beach, the sea was so clear on the last day, we’ve been twice now to Costa Teguise and have loved it both times. The location of Yann’s villa is perfect. Thank you for a wonderful holiday :-)

Beautifully presented , clean , wonderful swimming pool , all mod cons, the best villa we have ever stayed in , we were looked after from the moment we arrived , Bernard has to have a special mention, he came over with, wine , booked out Taxi's, was on hand for anything we required, and we have all forgiven him for the France -England World Cup Result !

The villa is excellent. Has everything needed and owners very nice. Met Bernard and he was great and let us know if needed anything just to let him know. Would definitely book to stay again. Have recommended to our friends as they are thinking on doing a family holiday. It is also not far from beach and other amenities. We didn't want to go home. Rooms were large and tastefully decorated. Outside areas were perfect for relaxing and there was the added bonus of 2 upstairs huge patios. Located in a peacful area only 5 minutes from beach and amenities. Special mention for Bernard the property manager who was such a pleasant man and very helpful.

Lovely villa and location
An amazing villa in a great location. Not too far to lots of restaurants and about 10/15 minute walk to the “square” for the Friday night markets. 10 out of 10 all round.

Perfect family location
We loved this house and Costa Teguise itself. Rebecca was a fab host and was so kind and helpful. Highlights were Omar Sharifs House and the national parks.

All as above in the ratings, 5 out of 5 for everything.
Very convenient for beaches and shopping and above all the bars and restaurants after a hard day touring and around the pool.
A would go back and stay in this property without hesitation.
One thing that I would like to highlight is that when you get out of the pool, you must be very careful of the wet tiles. I slipped and hurt my hand and cheekbone, but all repaired now.

Lovely villa
We stayed at the villa for 11 nights which was in an ideal location just a short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The beautiful villa was very spacious and we felt at home. Perfect for children too. Would definitely visit again.

This property is as described very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday . It is situated in an ideal location, close to shops restaurants and the beach . The pool is a decent size and was warm . Poolside sunbathing space is a bit limited but there are two upstairs sunbathing areas with sun beds.

Villa in very central location everything you need is supplied by the owner for a pleasent stay only downside is that a dog never stops barking from very early in the morning which is very annoying

Fabulous villa Casa Isla
Just want to say a big thank you to Becky for our stay at Casa Isla. We stayed here for my parents 70th and there 50th wedding anniversary. We arrived early and Becky was there to accommodate us until the villa was ready. The villa was fantastic it was spotlessly clean and very spacious with everything you need, including a welcome pack to have a great stay. The villa is situated about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the beach and main Square where all the local shops, bars, and restaurants are situated. The pool is cleaned twice a week with a bedding and towel change once a week. We would like to thank Becky again for our amazing holiday and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Great stay at Casa Isla
We had a 5 day break in Lanzarote and stayed in Costa Teguise at a beautiful villa, Casa Isla. Lots of space and excellent facilities. Very clean and we had everything we needed including a great pool. Thank you Becky for everything and the lovely welcome pack. We will be back again next year.
