great location and views over bay and city
light rooms, spacious apartment for 2 people
some things need to be repaired: the shower (hose, door are broken) in small bathroom
dining table has a broken surface

only downside, wifi was quite chaotic. Also, carpet on the floor which is not super nice in a rental.

The circular staircase should be highlighted. The infirm would find it hazardous especially with luggage.

The views are the most amazing in St Ives, so close to the harbour.
Flat needs modernising but overall very good.

poor maintenance in general, open bin in lounge room, ironing board in lounge room, tired, worn furniture, old unsafe outdoor furniture, damaged or missing kickboards, mess of wires in a tangle, perspex coffee table trip hazard, curtain as 'door' for ensuite

Carpets need a clean,especially in the hall, and carpets in bathrooms not hygienic!

Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and spacious. Great views. Everything well provided - the cream tea was an unexpected delight!
Just a small matter, when we arrived, we searched for some time for Apartment 5, then realised that the sign we both thought said "Waves" actually said "Wave5", this could be made clearer

The apartment had not been aired out before we stayed and had a distinct smell of pizza.

Location was ideal and the apartment was great, had everything you'd need for a short break. Nice touch to include some scones, jam and cream
Could have identified the lack of parking in the area in advance to plan for it - there is a long stay car park immediately opposite the apartment, but a lot of the spaces are reserved for others in advance, and often queue for over 30 minutes to find a space
