the location of the lock box was positioned too near the ground and involved kneeling on gravel to access the key. Very inconvenient and could easily be remedied. Difficult for more mature or less agile people or during inclement weather or in the dark

Great location, faculties and super comfortable beds.

Slightly dusty, small niggles like batteries not working in tv remotes and inaccessible plugs in one of the bedrooms. Nothing that would stop me booking again though!

Great location. Perfect place to hire for our group of 4 women going to WOW 2022. Comfortable, warm and well appointed.. Good communication with Taylors property

very quiet location

House had everything you would need to stay long term. Location was fantastic and super easy to find. Will definitely come back.

The lockbox could be higher off the ground as having to kneel down on the stoney drive was not good for someone with bad knees. The couches could do with a clean as armrests we quite stained and the ensuite ceiling could do with a clean as well. But other than those 2 picky points the place was great

Loved the open plan living. the deck would have been awesome weather permitting.

Beds were very comfortable and linen nice and fresh. Living space very good and deck too. Also easy access with drive and walk on.

Twin bedrooms were a bit of a squeeze. Not much room between the beds and on one of the bed ends, I stubbed my toe. The master bathroom shower was slippery/potentially dangerous with no slip mat or rail to hold onto for older family. Could do with a couple more comfy armchairs or couch as being 7 of us, 2 had to sit on dining chairs - not a relaxing sit. I hope this is taken as constructive comment - I appreciate it’s not easy pleasing everyone but clearly a couple of improvements might help. It was nice enough and although a little way out of town it was ok.

We had problems getting the oven to work and it was very frustrating. Tried contacting the property mgmt company several times and it kept ringing out. When I finally got through the person who claimed to be the property owner only wanted to escalate the situation vs solving the issue - she advised if I didn’t like it we could leave. Only 1 towel per person for two nights stay were provided and the kitchen utensils were minimal! Considering the cost per person per night and the overall experience I am net returning where this particular property management company is involved.

House and bed were very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean

Dusting - the coffee table shelf was covered in dust, so much so that the guests before us had written 'clean me' in the dust. Also, lots of dust on the shelves and ornaments. Could do with a few more platters for when having just nibbles.

clean, quiet and close to town. everything we needed. the milk in the fridge was a great touch

Location was fantastic, about a 2 minute cycle to the centre and 15min walk. It was very hot the days we were there so having access to the pool was just amazing. The accommodation was open plan and very spacious for us all.

The location was perfect and the house was a great layout for 3 couples

Not enough crockery for 6 people and the BBQ was dirty

Great place for a family to stay at together!
