Location only.
Have seen a lot of reviews an expected and older motel but clean and tidy and good value. We were shown our room which had stained and dirty carpet and smelt of mould and mildew. Bottom of windows and the ranch slider wet and black with dirt and mildew. Old oil heater wasn't enough to warm the room. A backpackers would be better. We checked out straight away after feeling ill and went elsewhere. No refund offered or apology given. We had to ring the owner afterwards as he didn't come to reception. Be warned pictures do not reflect this place. If you want a lovely weekend away stay elsewhere.

Location close to town
Everything was at least 20 plus years old Atlas oven and fridge 50 years old.TV plug extended cord to switch on the ceiling

Colin and Gayle are lovely hosts and always make our stay enjoyable! The hotel is nicely located just a block away from the center of activity in town.

Was clean and tidy but it's very run down. Some of that is fine - everything works etc, but some of it (e.g. the carpets) is really quite icky. Price reflects this so that's okay.
Carpets need replacing - they're really quite vile.

The location is virtually unbeatable and the hosts are most helpful and welcoming .

The property was super close to the central town and was in easy walking distance of every. The hosts were helpful and friendly. Making us feel welcome from the beginning. We will definitely be back.

Didn't expect a kitchen, but a microwave would have been helpful. The room was very small, but the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we ran out of hot water in second shower.

The room was spacious and clean,the beds were so comfortable to sleep in ,even my sister said ,she would wake up about 2/3 in the morning ,and usually found it quite hard to go back to sleep,but not this time.The oil heaters were great ,heated our room in no time.The shower was good too,no problems at all,so close to town,our night in this motel offered us a great stay,and we would stay there again.
A little out dated ,the tv would have been better up on the wall,but over all,very friendly owners.A great stay,wish it was longer.This motel does serve its purpose,if you do not want/expect all the bells and whistles.

The location was great with easy access and walking distance to all facilities.

My first impression was a little unfavourable, with the exterior of the reception area being very run-down with broken fences and quite over grown. Looked very unkempt.
I was surprised at no wifi as the town has it free.
Our host seemed very disheveled and looked as if his clothes needed a wash.
