Location. Facilities within the apartment.

Was advertised with a city view and had an old dirty wall as a view from the balcony and by dirty “large spit balls”. Booking was without services and extra supplies such a towels and extra bedding.

The location and facilities were excellent. Bed was super comfortable, would have been better with a mattress topper to hide the two super singles together. Awesome size with heaps of room.

The apartment was spacious and clean and the pool was nice to swim in. The view of Adelaide was also a great feature.

The spa wasn’t operating.

Dryer had never been cleaned. One bed was like a plank of wood. Pillows were beyond thin.

I loved the pool and gym facility. The appartment was a fantastic size and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was so close to everything and the free tram picked up close to the front door

The view from our balcony was of a wall. And a little up there had been wet toilet paper thrown at that wall

Location was extremely noisy. The curtains in the main dinning did not close (work), so the walls to the bedrooms from the main living is glass, so it was light all night. Host did not come and fix the problem. The washing machine did not spin or drain, water ran out on the floor, we call the host to repair, this was not done either. The kitchen had only 1 wine glass and 1 sparkling wine glass on arrival, we asked if they can send more, which they then send 6 wine glasses. Cleanliness is not very good. Maintenance is not being done and is lacking. We called the first day to report issues, host got back to say they cannot do much 2 days later. We will not recommend this stay or return. Noisy street with nightclubs during the weekends.

We did not like it and did not enjoy our stay. We requested another unit or a refund, but could not be assisted by host.
