We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and an outdoor shower. We loved the layout and all the amenities. This lovely home has plenty of space for guests to spread out and come together for meals, games and fireside chats. Please note, there is no hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return for another visit. The house is fairly new, so the furniture was in great condition. My wife kept saying how well stocked the kitchen was with paper towels and all necessary items. A wonderful collection of dishes, glasses, utensils and any item you could think of for a kitchen. The island is massive and holds plenty of people and getting around the kitchen even with a crowd was a breeze. The two decks were also very large with the capacity for large family gatherings and a great place to read, have cocktails and enjoy the sunset. Can't say enough about the place, we were extremely happy.

Nice house for our large family, only drawback is that it is advertised as 4/10 mile to the beach, closer to 6/10 by the time you’re actually on the beach. I got a season pass, not expensive, and it was an easy shuttle to haul stuff to the beach. Everything we needed was at house,

This was the perfect property for our wedding party to stay at during our wedding weekend. plenty of rooms for our friends and family to stay in/get ready, but spacious common areas to congregate together. The beds and couches were super comfortable. Communicating with Nick was easy, but not much communication was needed upon our arrival because we had pretty much everything we needed! The only thing I will note is there isn’t much of a lawn space to play games on or anything, but there is a lot of deck space to hang out on, and the public beach is so close that you can get plenty of outdoor time that way. Thank you for helping make our wedding weekend so special!

This was a very comfortable house for 8 friends to share. The kitchen was very well equipped, the best any of us had ever seen at a rental house. We ate in every night and had enough pots/pans/serving utensils, platters, wine glasses etc. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice. The layout had plenty of space for hanging out together but you could also get away from the crowd if you wanted to. The view from the top deck was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The house exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed here with a group of 16 for our wedding and it was the best decision we made. Plenty of space for everyone, the house was stocked with all the essentials. The outdoor decks, and kitchen area were massive, so plenty of room to hang out, but we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Gorgeous views of the ocean and the owner was very responsive. We will be back here!

We hosted our family for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect house to have everybody under one roof for a few days. The house is large enough so that it was not crowded and the kitchen is well stocked with enough pots, pans and dishes to feed a large crowd

Beautifully laid out home in a quiet neighborhood (8-minute walk to soft sand beach) afforded us the luxury of sleeping 16 comfortably in 8 bedrooms. The additional air mattress allowed for an additional person. The sleepsofa was not really an additional bed; the couch cushions were not comfortable; that is the only thing I can negatively say about the property. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, paper towels, dishwasher and diswashing detergent, hand soap. Having an additional fridge and washer/dryer added to the comfort of our stay. Our family (ages 21 months to 75) enjoyed the spacious decks and living areas. Much time was spent around the enormous kitchen island. S'mores made over the fire pit was a real treat. Nick was immediately available for questions.

The house is amazing! It was clean, spacious and perfect for a large groups! There are so many great things about this house I would like to note - the kitchen island & double outdoor deck space is beautiful in the pictures posted but even more beautiful & spacious in person. In addition, it also has a large private driveway that accommodates 9-10 cars which we only had about 6 but it was so nice not to worry about parking. Sadly, we did not have nice weather to enjoy the walkable beach but the water views from some of the rooms & top level porch were absolutely beautiful. The owners communication was top notch & highly recommend staying at this house!

This was our annual trip that includes three generations ranging in age from 20 - 90. The house easily accomodated us and all our needs. It was very clean, the kitchen was huge and very well stocked, with an additional fridge on the lower floor. The house was very clean and well supplied. The main living is on the second floor (kitchen, living room, dining room), which could make it challenging if you have people unable to use stairs. For us, it worked perfectly.

We recently stayed at this property for our annual family vacation. We had 14 people and this home was as described and shown and perfect for large families. We spent a lot of time on the decks watching sunsets and having dinner. Great location with lots of restaurant and beach choices close by! House has everything you need! We had a group of eight women who all had rooms to themselves and with four bathrooms and one half bath it was perfect. The gathering areas are large and can accommodate group gatherings for dinners, games both inside and out. Obvious thought went into making this a lovely vacation spot including beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas to a few games upstairs, restaurant recommendations and contact information. It is located in a residential neighborhood, but it is an easy walk to the beach. Outdoor foot showers and a full capacity washer and dryer made clean-up easy.

Multiple Decks, Beautiful Views
Very clean, great layout with bedrooms on first floor , then a living area with kitchen, then another layer of bedrooms, bathrooms thought out, decks are an amazing addition to 2nd + 3rd floors, kitchen is well stocked with great cooking paraphernalia, 2 giant refrigerators, big laundry room, outdoor shower, close to beach ,a great place for kids and adults . my family and I had a memorable stay

Great beach loacation
This property was exactly as described. Had plenty of room for all. We were 13 adults and 4 young children. Loved how all the bedrooms are exactly the same, and having the bedrooms on the ground level was great for putting the kids to bed, then enjoying the roof top deck. The deck is a perfect place to have an evening cocktail, while watching the sunset. we had the added advantage of also being able to see the fireworks on 4th of July.
Clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable. we would highly recommend it, and plan on renting again.
