* Construction work around the hotel and noise . *At night the reception guy was drank and he didn’t speak English . *Rooms was small and no Sound insulator * bad room service and also her behaviour was bad . *I booked through phone (sauna service) and the lady in reception told me 30 mins to prepare the room for you and when i go there , I didn’t see any one and all closed. I called her again she said gave me 5 mins to check and she didn’t call me back.

The road nearby was completely busy, no ways for walking or hiking. If you need last ones - consider Kazbegi location.

Location is great in terms of views but car is necessary to go around since nothing is in close proximity, as is the case with Gudauri in general. Parking is ample and free to use. Balcony was an added advantage to sit outside at night and relax.

The restaurant in the hotel is hopeless, we got served the worst pizza ever & rock solid fries, the breakfast lady took 30-40 minutes to get bread and by 9.30 am most of the dishes were over. Most of all the room did not have an A/c, when checked with the staff, they said its cold here so we dont have A/c or fan in any of the rooms, this was a concern of ventilation and had to rely on window to remain open and bugs flying in all the time.

We arrived in the evening. Boys at the reception not very welcoming. But I think that's with most Georgian men they don't smile. Breakfast buffet very basic may be as it was low season. Nearest supermarket 20 mins walk.

I liked nothing . if you want to get stressed from terrible management. Rude stuff . Overcharge you with extra coins to pain . no communication skills .

Need a taxi \ shuttle to get to the ski slopes. It is also far from any bar\restaurant (most of them are in New Gudari) also requiring us to take a taxi back and forth for dinner. They do have a restaurant running for dinners, but it is expansive. First day their shuttle to the ski slopes dropped us at a place where we can only ski down \ or walk up a slope for 15 minutes to the ticket office. Bad for ski beginners. We opted for renting ski equipment there: 1. There was a large group that landed the same night we did, so it took a long time to get the equipment on the first day. 2. Equipment was very old\used, to a point where the ski instructor told us we should ask to replace them. (They were nice about it, had no problem switching).

Cute hotel, small but nicely managed. The location is also great. Not far from the slopes and markets. The staff do an amazing job. Very professional and relaxed despite how busy the hotel is. I like that they have a ski rental just behind the hotel, very convenient. The guys there helped us find an instructor too so it was really good. The lady at the reception was nice and patient. Dimitri at the restaurant is an excellent staff that deserves 6 stars if not more. Nice experience overall. The Jacuzzi was a plus to everything else. Great airport transfer service with good quality limousine.

- The rooms are not soundproof 😩 At night we could hear other guest flushing their toilet, talking in the corridor. - It's such a pity that the hotel did not really invest in good beds and pillows. They are very uncomfortable, especially after a long day of skiing. Sad. - The menu at the restaurant is limited. Missing some of the well known Georgian dishes like dumplings 😩 - The housekeeping should be improved. Not replacing towels that are already put on the floor. They just hung them back.

Location was good

Some staff members were polite some were little bit rude. No shuttle service were available for snow resort while guest were visiting mainly for this purpose. Standard was below expectation quite below the Best Western hotels.

Staff. They were nice and allowed us to use restaurant as a cinema room after its closing.

Room sizes. SPA was closed. Poor-quality furniture. Condition of bedding and towels. New Year dinner, it costed 100$ (!), but didn’t contain any main dish.

Nice cozy and place

We were 11 persons and spent there 2 nights from 31.12.22. Cozy place, but was too expensive - 446€ per 2 nights, and 100$ per person for gala dinner. And all the night was too loud music and we with all of my friends couldn’t talk
